I have large flat feet with sever overpronation to add in the mix and have searched high and low for a comfortable fit that didn't look and feel like corrective shoes. I do believe I have found them. Great to walk in and also workout at the gym. In fact, I put these on every day just for the comfort and support.

Overall these are nice, comfy shoes. The only downfall is they don't have as much arch support as I expected, from the research I did.

I decided to try something other than NB, my mistake. The shoe is definitely not a wide and places very uncomfortable pressure just below the outer ankle. Will be going back to NB.

These are attractive, light, and comfortable. However, the toe area is too narrow, so uncomfortable for me, even though I ordered a "wide".

This shoe seems to run true to size. If you are looking for a shoe with a wide toe box, this is not the shoe. It does provide much stability. Still looking for the right shoe! I would order from zappos again. Great with returns and crediting account on returns quickly.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. I was in a hurry so didn\'t take the time to try them out properly before wearing them. There is not hardly any cushioning in the shoe, especially the front. Definitely not worth the huge price!

I have very serious issues with my feet. I have very flat feet and bone spurs as well. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and most of the time I could barely walk. I ended up going to an Orthodonics business and had some molded arch support inserts made. I wore them in the shoes and tennis shoes that I had, but my feet were still in an incredible amount of pain. Then I went to a Podiatrist here in town and he recommended this style of shoe for me, the Asics Gel-Evolution 5. I wear the arch inserts in these shoes every day and my feet are 95% better. I have no pain as long as I am wearing my shoes and inserts. I even shopped all day out of town with my daughters and my feet never hurt, not even once. Before that my feet would have given me severe foot pain for at least 2 days. I can honestly say these shoes are a blessing to me and my feet.

No surprises. The shoes are exactly what I expected, comfortable and a good fit. Very nice quality.

Great running shoe. Comfortable, but for some reason the bottom of my right ankle gets rubbed the wrong way. I am going to play around with the laces a bit, because other than that it is a comfy shoe.

I have a bunion and these have a wide toe area so they worked great for me. The heel area seem to rub a little but it is getting better with time. I am a 7½ to 8 shoe and I purchased an 8 and it is a good fit.

Love them! With these sneakers, my flat foot issues are obsolete. They're comfortable from the very first wearing.

I am very, very pleased with this Asics shoe - in fact, this is my third pair in four years. I did get a half size larger - as recommended by other reviewers - and the shoes fit perfectly. For myself, I wish they came in all white (no colored stripes, etc.).

These shoes are worth the money I spent. They have given my feet a new feel - less pain, and good support. I highly recommend them.

I love these shoes! I bought them exclusively for running. I was experiencing extreme shin splints and within four days of switching to these shoes, my shin splints are gone! Very pleased!

I am a novice runner, have flat feet and I overpronate. I have the Asics 2150s and love them, but dedided to try the Gel-Evolutions, as they have more structured support. They are fantastic! Although they seem slightly heavier than the 2150s (which could be my imagination), the support they give me is better. My runs have been longer and more comfortable. Great shoe!

I was looking for a shoe with maximum motion control -- this was it. A review on Runner's World said that this shoe was ideal for heavier runners or for those who are injury prone. I've been suffering from posterior shin splints for over a year now and these shoes have helped get me back on board. These shoes have a big toe box.

Great walking shoe, with good arch support. Aesthetically, Asics could improve the appearance of its products as they are rather monothematic. Just bought this pair and so far it has been good. Zappos, naturally, is the greatest: fast, efficient and super courteous!

Great running shoe for people like me who tends to extremely over-pronate. I really like this affordable brand along with the comfy Mizuno brand.

My daughter thinks the Gel-Evolution are the greatest running shoes for her. She has been running in Asics for the past 8 years.

These shoes were a gift for a friend who absolutely loves them. She is a walker and finds them very comfortable; they offer good support; and they are lightweight.

I have used Asics forever for running/walking, and these are no exception. I think these may be the best pair yet. I wear size 8 in street shoes, but I always size up one size in Asics (9). Always a perfect fit with Smartwool socks (Zappos).

I power walk and these shoes help greatly to stabilize the rolling of my feet. They are a little hard, but I guess that is needed for the stability.

I jog/walk for about 30 minutes 6 days a week and go through running shoes about every 8 months. I was having some pain in my knees and lower back so I figured it was time for new shoes and decided to try a different brand this time (all my previous ones have been New Balance). These fit great, have good arch support, and my pain was gone within a couple days. I have only had them a few weeks, but I hope they last for long time.

Great shoe! I suffered a torn tendon in my ankle and after wearing an air cast for 2 months I needed a good shoe with the right support. These shoes fit the bill perfectly! Thanks Asics and Zappos for making my feet feel good again!
