This is the first pair of Asics I've bought, and they are literally the most comfortable pair of running shoes I've ever had. I trained for and ran a 5K and a 10K in these, and my feet were so incredibly comfortable the whole time. No blisters, uncomfortable rubbing, or sore feet afterward. I always wondered why some people were so obsessed with this brand, but now I know. I will never run in anything but Asics now! Also, I am a severe supinator, so if you also run toward the outside of your feet, I'd recommend these. They give great cushion.

I purchased these for my daughter after a recommendation from a physical therapist, for use with custom made orthotics. She reports they are the most comfortable athletic shoes she\'s ever worn. Further, we received them in less than 24 hours from ordering from Zappos.

Outstanding running shoe! I've worn Nimbus for years and got tired of going through 4+ pairs/year. I had my doubts about this "cheaper" shoe, but was pleasantly surprised. They were a little tough to break in, but I'm still in the same pair I started wearing last October! And I rack up 50-75 miles/week. No regrets!

My daughter was very pleased with the Asics Gel. She ran in a 5K last weekend with shoes she only had 3-4 weeks. No problems! I have been impressed with the ease of online ordering, fast service, and good quality product.

After going through three pairs of this model sneaker, I am convinced it is my favorite. The forefoot cushioning is key for me, along with the good arch support. I am not a runner but am on my feet all day and walk a lot. This sneaker provides great cushioning and support, and it very light and comfortable.

These are the best shoes I\'ve ever had of this type. Not only are they so very comfortable they are also light. With my foot size that is a blessing! I took them a half size larger due to a review I read and that worked out perfectly.

Although I prefer a little more cushioning, these ASICS have the wide toebox I need. With proper lacing to accommodate my narrow heel, they fit well. After reading the comments, and since I\'m normally between two sizes, I opted for the larger pair and they seem the same as the other ASICS I\'ve had. A good value.

The shoes are awesome - very cushioned, but not heavy. The are also great for slender feet around the heel, but have a wide enough toe box for comfort. I buy shoes that work for neutral to slight under pronation, and these are the best pair I've found thus far...Used to be a Nike person, but I really like these Asics Gel Cumulus...this is my 3rd pair. I use them for both running and walking. I run once or twice a week 4 to 5 miles and take my dog out for a brisk walk every morning...these shoes work great for both. I also like this subdued grey\/blue pair in particular. I don't like the really loud colors. I feel I can wear these with all color...nice neutral. I always buy Asics a 1/2 size larger than other brands.

I love these shoes. Plenty of cushion so I can include running into my fitness routine, without these shoes I wouldn\'t be able to run due to foot injury. This is my second pair of Cumulus, before these I used to get the Nimbus which are also great, just narrower.

Great shoe, didn't have to break it in! Immediately went for long jog and absolutely no problem. I'm used to the Asics Gel-Kinetic but this shoe undoubtedly measured up and for considerably less money. Only thing I didn't like (aesthetically) was the very bright aqua accent color. Oh well, it could definitely be worse.

Very comfortable shoe...lots of cushioning. The incredibly fast, free shipping is what is really great! I ordered them at 3 pm on one day, and had them the next afternoon. Wow, that's service!

Love, love, love them! I purchased my first pair of Asics because the main floor in my home is tile and I am here all day. I had begun to have knee problems that have just about disappeared! So I purchased this second pair to wear when I'm out. I have purchased several shoes that did not help any around the house (Nike and New Balance). I will definitely stick with these. I took the advice of another reviewer and ordered 1/2 size up (10.5 instead of 10) and this worked very well for me.

If you have problem with toes this shoe is soft fabric and there is nothing except fabric on top of your big toe. Feel very cushioning even when walking. I always order 1 shoe size up in Asics. Asics are great for people who need a shoe that is a little smaller in the heel area to fit properly. This particular Asics has a wider toe box than some other Asics. I suggest you order at least 1\/2 size larger than your shoe size to start. It is a running shoe and not a cute little sneaker but you cannot get this level of comfort in cute.

My 12 yr. old grandson was over visiting and was excited to show me his new shoes. He proceeded to tell me how comfortable they were, knowing that I suffer from occasional back pain. He said that he had purchased them online at Zappos. So, we went online and found them in my size. Since he was so eager for me to try them, I ordered them and received them in just a few days. He was right, they are most comfortable and they have saved my back. I wear them when I workout or I when I run errands and just want to be comfortable. Love these running shoes! I\'ve logged many miles in them. I was fitted for these a few years back at a local running store, and wear a size larger than my normal shoe size. Now I just reorder on Zappos because it\'s so easy!

Wow! As soon as I tried these on I fell in love! They are so comfortable. My first jog with them was an amazing improvement. My ankles and feet didn't hurt like they always did after running and I could go longer and faster without stopping. I highly recommend these shoes to all women.

These shoes immediately took my shin splints away. They are super comfortable and make running tolerable. Zappos also rushed my shipping for free. I ordered them at 1 a.m. on a Saturday morning and they were at my door that Monday. Zappos is the best.

What a great pair of sneakers. Nice and comfortable and lightweight. A hard find in narrow. I have tried other narrow sneakers, but these were the best to fit my skinny feet. I bought the running sneakers because I couldn't find narrows in walking sneakers. Please keep narrow sneakers and shoes well stocked. There are plenty of us out there that need it. I got this shoe because I needed a supportive, neutral alignment shoe that I could fit custom orthotics in and still have some solid support. They are amazing and I love working out in them. My injury prevents me from running as of yet but I can't wait to get back to it in these!

The Asics Gel-Cumulus is the best shoe I've had in over thirty years! It is true to size and it fits perfectly, snug to my heel. My foot is long and narrow. I use it for trail walking 2-4 miles/day. I hope Asics keep making this shoe. Zappos is my go to shoe source. They make it easy to order, have knowledgeable sales personnel, a superior return policy (which I seldom have to use). I am an avid runner and this is my fifth pair of these particular Asics. Great running shoe. Plenty of cushion. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, provides a lot of forefoot cushion and support, making the shoe feel a bit snug on first wear. It is becoming more and more comfortable with each wear.

I was looking for a comfortable walking\/running shoe for gym purposes and this shoe has been great. It really supports my heels with the gel padding and my toes don\'t slip forward when running. Overall great sneaker. ASICS is the brand I go for when I want a good tennis shoe.

Great shoe at a good price. I had the earlier 'model' and it was great too. runs a bit small; I usually wear a 9-9.5 but I wear a 10 in this shoe. Plenty of room for the toes without being sloppy and cumbersome. Good cushion, without feeling like I am wearing platforms. Colorful, but not over the top gaudy.
