I wear a size 9. I originally ordered a size up since the reviews said the sizing was not right. The 11/12 was way to big. Returned and order my normal size 9. To small, so I am returning.

Really bummed about these. I had a pair of size 38 Havaianas Slims for YEARS before they broke. I ordered the same size/style from Zappos and the footbed was much too small and then when I sized up to a 39 the footbed is too big and the straps are super loose. Seems like they've changed the style, which I'm really bummed about since I loved my old pair so much!

One flip flop was smaller than the other and also very poorly made. I ordered size 9 and one flip flop was significantly smaller than the other, even though the label said they were the same size. Very inconsistent and not happy with the overall quality. Returned.

These are not M width, they say W right on the sandal!!

So cute! But once I took off the tags and put them on, they are so uncomfortable. The inside strap on each flip flop curves around too much and cuts into the bottom of your arch. I've had many pairs of Haviana's, this is the first time I have had this issue. Sadly they will be returned.

I have been wearing Havaiana's forever and love them. They are the best flip flops - they last forever, they are comfortable, and come in great colors. With that said, I have no idea what is going on with them right now. I tried to rebuy a pair that I currently own. I bought the same size/color and they were HUGE. I remembered reading other reviews about them being resized so I returned them for a smaller size. My foot was exploding over the smaller size. Returned again. Unfortunately, I have to find a new favorite brand as there are some definite sizing issues. Be warned.

I ordered these in navy 2 weeks ago and liked them very much. I decided to order another pair in a different color. They are a full size smaller than the navy. A full 1/2 to 3/4 inch difference. I am returning them.

After less than two months, these are already broken. They were not worn very much, and the strap popped out of the bottom and wouldn't stay in. The front of the flip flop wore down very quickly. Not the quality I was expecting. I think I'll stick with my Tevas next time.

Very disappointed in sizing. The 37/38 is WAY too short for my 8-1/2 foot and the 39/40 is WAY too long! There is a full inch difference in the lengths. Plus the 39/40 is much wider than the 37/38.

I have several pairs of Slim Havaianas in different colors and recently ordered a new pair to replace my favorite which came apart after several years of constant wearing - I am very disappointed with the changes the manufacturer has made to this style. Not only has the shape of the footbed changed but so has the sizing (now wider and longer - certainly not "slim") and are not as comfortable as those I originally purchased.

These say they are the Havaianas Slim flip flips, but they aren't. Slims have a different logo on the top of the flip flop and aren't as chunky. These are not true Slims or Havaianas have changed how they make Slims. I had to return the grey pair I ordered.

I am more than disappointed in Havaiana flip flops. I have purchased two pairs in the last month and both of them are defective. The thong keeps coming out, not only at the toe part, but on the sides as well. Their quality control dept gets a BIG FAT F.

As a follow up to my last review - what were once great, great sandals (I have literally worn them for years) has now become a very compromised version. I am a perfect size 9 and ordered the 9-10, only to swim in them. I returned for the next size down (7-8!!) and they are too small. Too bad because they were my go-to for just about everything in the summer.

Ordered 2 pairs of flip flops. One pair was 1 size too big and the other was 3 sizes too small. Neither pair looked like the pairs I had previously ordered from the band website. Needless to say, I returned them both and ordered from the original manufacturer.

Not sure why everyone is raving about these. They are stiff and if your foot is wide you cannot wear them. I guess they feel different if your foot is narrow? Love the style though.

I own another pair of Havaianas Slim in a 7-8 and they fit perfectly, but then these arrived, and they were huge! I held them up to my old pair and they were more than an inch longer and wider.

The soles are so thin on these that top of the flip flop bends under and makes me trip. Also, I've had the top of the flip flop come out of the hole on several different occasions. It goes back in fine but I've never been clumsier than I am in these shoes! The only good thing about these flip flops is the rubber sole. It is comfortable -- when I'm not tripping.

These sandals feel way more than just "a full size smaller." The sizing on these sandals is so incredibly inaccurate. The 41/42's are supposed to be a US 11/12 . . . They are in reality a US size 9. The sandal actually says US 9 on it. As someone who wears a 10, I am unable to buy Havaianas. There are so many women out there that wear a size 10 or larger. To all of my big footed sisters - DO NOT BUY THESE SANDALS. They will not fit! I originally bought these sandals in hopes of giving them as part of the gifts I'm giving to my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, since 4 of them wear a size 10, I had to return them all.

Some were bigger then Others and it's very frustrating when not all of them are the same size.

My last pair of these exact same shoes lasted 3 summers! My most recent pair did not last 3 months given the thong kept slipping out from under the shoe and then it ultimately broke completely. The thong and anchor (the part that goes under the shoe) completely broke in two pieces. Have they changes manufacturers maybe? Thank you Zappos for providing excellent customer service and rectifying this for me.

These are popular and attractive shoes but horrible quality. For the second time, the strap ripped after about a month's wear. Get them if you only need them to last a few weeks.

I just did not find these comfortable. I am a true size 7 and although the length was fine, I could easily slide my fingers under the strap of the sandal.
