This is my second pair. The first pair was better quality. This latest purchase is very comfortable but after having for a month, the sandals started making a swoosh sound at every step. I never had that problem with the original pair I bought, they were definitely better quality. I am going to buy another pair and hope it was just a one time issue. Zappos is a great company and will always be loyal.

My shoe size is 9/9.5, so first I've ordered U.S. size 9/10. It was too small for me. So I ordered the U.S. size 11/12 and this one was too large and too wide. Very weird seizing in these flip flops. Do not reccomend buying this brand on line.

The shoes were labeled the same size but one was smaller than the other. I love Havaianas but this is the first pair that have come this way.

I always order size 9/10 in this brand even though I wear an 8 1/2 in pretty much every other shoe. i have several pairs of these flip flops and have never had an issue until this pair. It was put together a bit twisted and so the part that goes between your toes actually hurts when I wear them. I didn't bother sending them back, I'll just wear them around the house but I am definitely disappointed in these. I ordered another color at the same time, and it's great just like all my other pairs.

TOO SMALL. I measured it next to my old navy flip flops which are 10/11, I bought 11/12 in these. The old navy ones are a full 2 inches longer. So frustrating. I need them now so I have to keep them but order a size up. NOT TRUE TO SIZE. I will say shipping was fast. But if I’m paying almost $30 for a freaking pair of flip flops they need to be true to size.

I liked the color but otherwise, these are very basic flip flops. I’ve heard a lot of hype about this brand but didn’t think these were particularly cute or comfortable on. I ended up returning them and getting a pair of Reefs in the same color which were much more comfortable.

Very disappointing. Maybe I ordered too inexpensive a pair. But I was replacing a 20yr old pair of Havaianas that I loved. The new ones looked like the old ones in the picture. The new ones: have thinner straps that cut into my feet; the thong was uncomfortable; the rubber was less cushiony than the old pair.

These flip flops were marked W when I received them and they are WIDE. Not M as noted in listing. Be aware.

I'm bummed! Seems that Havaianas are fitting very differentlty than in the past. I was always a 41 and now I'm swimming in them. These have been my go to's for many years. Shoot!

These flip flops have the same style and fit as the old style, however the footbed is no longer the thick, heavy rubber that Havaianas were known for.

Was too long in the size it said I should wear. But the smaller is just a half inch too short. Very comfortable to wear however if they can get the length correct. Well made. Normally wear 71/2 to 8 shoe.

These are smaller and not as wide as the version/size sold in nordstrom for example. My child felt there was a comfort difference. The zappos pair was made in 2016 and the nordstrom pair was made in 2017. Different manufacturing molds at the time I guess.

Sizing off. I buy Havaianas slim flip flops every year and this year they were too short. I lined it up with my last pair and sure enough the 9/10 was about 1/2 inch shorter than last year's 9/10. Not sure if it was a size printing mistake, just the rose gold color or if they are changing their manufacturing. Hesitant to order another size at this point.

I want to love these so bad but the sizing is all over the place. I'm normally a 7 1/2-8 so if I order the 37/38 they're way to small but when I order the 39/40 they're huge. The quality is excellent and I love the classic flip flop style but I just can't get the right fit.

To be flip, this pair is a flop for me. They are so flipping uncomfortable between the toes I just want to flop on the coach. Too bad I already tossed the wrappings. They look great and fit true to size, just more painful than any slappers I've ever worn.

These broke the second day I had them. The strap came out that’s in between your toes. You can put it back in but it keeps coming out.

Bummed the left shoe / thong has an uncomfortable poking piece in between my big and middle toe. Would return, but I've worn them outside.

Its TOO bad Havaianas changed there sizing!!!! (I confirmed this with Havaianas directly). Have worn these for years, now that they've changed I'm no longer able to purchase my favorite flip flps! What a shame.

I just received my third pair of havaianas and am totally disappointed. The soles are much more flimsy then the old version. Other reviewers have had the same issue. If something is good, why change it? Now I have to search for a new perfect pair of flip-flops :-(

Wide width instead of medium. The quality is not like original Havaianas.

I've been wearing Havianas for a few years and have always loved them, but the 2015 flip flops are very different. I've tried both the Top & Slim styles, from 3 different retailers and the straps on all are really long/high, so they don't fit. They don't stay on. But the shoe is the same size as I've always worn, I'm a size 7 and get the 5/6. Also, the quality is not what it used to be. So disappointing.

I have owned about 5 pairs of this exact shoe now. They are my favorite flip flop when it comes to comfort. The only problem is that the strap breaks after several months of wear. Every time. I've called Havaianas to complain and they didn't really seem too concerned. So I love the shoes themselves, just know that the strap will wear down and you will be stranded with a broken flip flop.

I loved these flip flops so much but after only 4 months of wearing them, the little button that holds the toe separator to the shoe broke off. Not sure if I'll repurchase.

This shoe is very uncomfortable. I bought a pair for my daughter, too. After about an hour, I was sorry I wore them. My daughter wore hers the following day and she too felt discomfort.

These flip flops were recommended by a friend of mine who loves them and they are terrible. Gave me blisters all over my toes and sides where the strap is. Disappointing!
