Good Stuff - These shoes are the definition of classic. They are plain but still comfortable. For this price you should buy one of each color. They can be worn anywhere with anything. Simply beautiful.

These shoes are super comfortable, though the size 6.5 is just a little bit big on my foot. If you run between a 6 and a 6.5 like I do I would opt for the lower if at all possible. I went with the 6.5 because the 6 was out of stock but I don't regret it one bit.

Just like I remember them. These old school Vans fit great right out of the box. A rugged and durable shoe. They will last you a long time. Be sure and wash them in cold water only, and then let them air dry. Otherwise the canvas material may be discolored by the rubber sole of the shoe. These are really awesome shoes man.

Simple skating/sailing classic!!! Totally sweet. I really just bought them because they were special edition ones with the Descendents logo all over them ... but I don't regret it a bit. No arch support, but nothing a little insole can't help. Perfect fit, light but sturdy. Woooooo Vans! Let me also say that the laces are of a notably appropriate length (not too long or too short).

About what you'd expect from an antiquated sneaker design that I don't think has changed much for the past 60 years. No one should be expecting Hokas here e.g. This is my first pair in this style of Vans. More comfortable than I expected them to be (similar to a chuck taylor, maybe even a tad more comfy). Zappos color on this particular pair was fairly close to the real-life appearance (warm taupe). I would not wear these if I were planning to have a very heavy mileage day because there are much better options for that, but you certainly could if you're feeling a form over function in the city kind of vibe.
