I ordered these shoes for my husband. He loves them! He likes the wider widths that New Balance offers, and he said they are comfortable all day. I wasn't sure how they would look, style-wise, but they look pretty good and he's gotten compliments on them! Great shoe!

After suffering a sports injury, I developed symptoms consistent with peroneal tendonitis. After months of pain after exercising, I decided to switch from running shoes to cross trainers and bought a pair of MX608V2. Wow - the difference was incredible. Whether walking around or exercising on a treadmill/elliptical orbitor, the "morning after" hobbling stopped immediately! My first pair of MX608V2 (brown 2X, intended for casual wear) fit my short fat foot like a glove. I was so impressed with their performance, I bought a second pair, same size, in white. Hmm - the shoe width was fine, but the toe box was more cramped than pair #1 - not bad, but not as roomy as I wanted. The shoes were still very comfortable otherwise. Since I had worn them outside already, I order pair #3 in 4X. The width was fine and toe box was a slight bit wider, but the heel also seemed a little wider - causing some minor slippage. Meanwhile, after continuing to wear pair #2 (2X), the toe box stretched slightly and they are now very comfortable. In my experience with athletic shoes, the toe box for the MX608V2 is less roomy than one might expect - but it’s not bad. In summary, I REALLY like these shoes. They are very comfortable and the lateral support enables me to exercise without inflicting excessive pressure on the wrong part of my feet.

This is an excellent shoe and felt great right out of the box with zero break-in required. It’s comfortable, looks great, and has excellent support. I have not worn them during warmer weather yet, but I hope they remain comfortable and cool.

Bought these for travel to minimize taking athletic and "dress" shoes on trips. They are too casual for a suit, but are fine with khakis or jeans. They are sized like typical New Balance shoes, so a 12 D fits me as expected. Easy to put my Power Steps into. Great shoe! Will buy another pair when these wear out.

This is a great shoe. I thought the initial fit was a little snug, but the leather molded to my feet within a very short period of time for a truly great fit.

I bought this pair of shoes for my son as a present. He loves everything about them-the fit and the comfort. He says that they are the most supportive pair of walking shoes that he has ever owned.

My son has hard to fit feet so we always look to New Balance first because they have very wide widths. We ordered these shoes in a 8 4E and they are perfect. His instep is high and he needs some arch support and these shoes do the trick. Best of all they are good looking. And as always it\'s a pleasure to shop at Zappos.

I ordered the shoes for my Dad and got them in 2 days with free shipping! In plenty of time for Christmas. He loved the color, white with black accents. They fit perfectly since he needs a wide width. Can't find those at the retail stores.

This is a well made shoe & is priced right. This is my second pair in this style. It runs true to size-- maybe slightly snug. This is a solid shoe and a good cross trainer and walker. It's a bit too heavy & stiff to use as a running shoe.

The product is normal high New Balance quality; the impressive side is the delivery speed. How does one order a product after 9 PM on day 1 and receive the product before 10 AM on day 2? The only way it could have been faster was to visit the a store in person. You have absolutely unbelievable, good service. Thank you.

These shoes are very comfortable and true to size. They look good with jeans. Did I mention they are comfortable?

These fit the bill. The shoe is a great fit, hard to find in the stores, but delivered next day to my door after a click or two on line. I wear these non-stop when not at work, so I go through a couple of pair of them a year. The extra wide are hard to find and Zappos has a new customer in me.

Great price, fast shipping on Zappos part! This is like my 12th pair of New Balance Cross Trainers and like all the rest, these are winners. I had a little trouble with the under-tongue of a shoe with a folded seam, but an unlacing and a little knife work took care of that. The shoes fit like I knew they would and after a day of wearing all day, they feel like old friends already. Overall, I'm very pleased with Zappos in terms of pricing and delivery and with the excellent selection. Did I mention price? Zappos has it all.

The best things about New Balance are they have hard to find sizes, mine being 10.5 4E, the sneakers are durable and comfortable. Best on the market.

I bought these as an afterthought because they were "orthotic friendly". They are a very comfortable shoe and I've actually been wearing them to work with casual dress pants.
