I love the wide width of these New Balance shoes. They are a little dressy which I like as I needed them for business casual but I do find them stiffer than the New Balance running shoes I prefer to wear around.

Noticeably lightweight, very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase, especially for the price.

The color is true to the pictures.These are some comfortable and well-constructed shoes. They feel sturdy and give good support.

I have to admit that my husband was very skeptical of getting a shoe in the mail that would fit his very wide, very large foot. I ordered these thinking that they might come in a few weeks but we were very pleased to have them arrive in such a short amount of time and to his astonishment the shoes fit perfectly! We will definitely be coming back to this website.

Looking for an all around sneaker with comfort and fit. New Balance/Zappos has never failed me in supplying what I look for at a great price and super delivery. I use the sneakers for smaller walks, working around the yard, and going to the malls shopping.

This is very light weight and comfortable. Great casual and weekend shoe. Goes well with jeans or hiker shorts. Recommended.

I bought these shoes for my 15 year-old. We've been shopping at Zappos for his shoes for a few years now, because the size of his feet makes shoes hard to find. I was so glad to find these attractive shoes in a size 15 4E for a reasonable price! He loves them. Plus, Zappos continues to provide next-day service, which always astounds us. Apprehensive putting the New Balance walking shoes on for the first time. In the past I had difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable and that fit my feet properly. Had no problem fitting into these shoes. Very comfortable right from the start. Very slight stiffness in the shoes when I do my 4 mile daily walk. I would not hesitate in the future to buy another pair of NB shoes at Zappos ... where they have a good selection of all types of shoes AND sizes!

I needed some dedicated shoes for working out - something I’m trying to do 2 or 3 times a week. I tried an extra wide Asics shoe, but returned it due to tight fit, and returned to New Balance (which always fit me). These were mostly broken in after two wearings: one walk, and an hour at the gym. They are just what I needed and expected, as New Balance always are. I’ve gotten a few, "new shoes?" because they’re so white, but I figure they are just jealous. Now I don’t have "need shoes" as an excuse for skipping the gym.

This New Balance shoe is excellent in most regards (NB is a favorite brand of mine). However, less than a month in, the heel is starting to flop off. I suspect that this is just a lemon. I've never had this problem with a NB before.

This shoe was successful for the anti-slip fuction. However after a few months the glue from the sole on one shoe came undone.

Shoe is pretty good, but the upper portion of the shoe is stiff. Would prefer it to be softer. Tried soaking in warm water to soften, but no soap.

Replaced NB MW676...not even close. This shoe has no arch support! Switched back to my old 676's until I can buy another pair. 12 hours a day on my feet and these were killing me. They are a fine shoe for short stretches on your feet but not an all day standing on your feet shoe. I wore them to work so I have some new weekend shoes.

Although I liked the style, I found they did not provide enough inner sole support for the back so they were not as comfortable, especially for walking around in for any length of time.

Was not happy with this shoe. I work for a large brown company and I go through shoes every three months. I tore through these shoes in two months. The old 608's black where the best I ever whore foe my job, made with a thick real leather. Not the fake leather on the mx608v2. bring back the old 608's in black. I have seen them in white, but that won't work. I'm disappointed!

These were my third pair of New Balance shoes. My first pair lasted 4 years before wearing out, the second lasted even longer. I purchased these shoes in February and wore them once and didn't return to them until my old shoes completely fell apart. In October, they became my regular shoes. While they fit well and were comfortable, after only three weeks the soles on the heels on both shoes started to come off. It as if they are being pealed back. It is with that in mind that I do not recommend these shoes. Maybe I got an off pair, but it has shaken my faith in the New Balance quality. I would understand if I had worn them every day since I received them, but it has really been only a month of regular use and they are already coming apart. I am not pleased.

Although comfy and attractive, I cannot recommend these shoes. I went through 2 pairs of the MX608V2 in 8 months. This is simply unacceptable for a pair of shoes! Especially New Balance shoes. The bottom layer of the sole separates from the rest of the shoe at the heel. I wear my shoes daily for walking, and for biking and working out a few times a week, and have never had such an issue before. These shoes fall apart in half the time it takes for other NB shoes to wear out (and not fall apart). If you wear wide with like me, you are stuck with NB, so try a different model. Buyer beware, though: These shoes have shaken my faith in NB quality!

I'm moderately active, I walk or bike at least 2.5 miles a day. My previous pair of New Balance shoes were amazing lasting through two hiking trips in Scotland and near full time wearing over 2 years. These have seams failing and tears on both sides of both shoes in under 6 weeks with no abnormal use. I'm very dissatisfied! I wish I could upload pictures. This is sad because I loved the brown and green.

This is the new shoe that replaces the 608AB. The old AB had a deeper toe box - more comfortable for high arches and a more flexible sole. I would gladly buy another pair of ABs, but of course they are no longer made. I will not buy another pair of V2s.

The sole lasted 6 months. It's coming apart now. Very disappointed!

These shoes suck. They made them narrrower than the last version and I can hardly wear them. I have wide feet and order 4E\'s, which fit fine in the 608 but not the 608V2. I used to order 608\'s by the twos - probably been through 8 pairs - but will never order this shoe again.
