\r\nMy grandson needed these shoes asap for a new job, he is hard to fit and cannot buy at retail locally. Customer service upgraded us to VIP status free shipping and we ordered the shoes in the evening and received them the next day! We were amazed to say the least. These shoes fit perfectly and they met the requirements of his job at McDonalds for slip resistance and we were assured that if they didn\'t there would be a replacement sent the same day.

I have had these for the last year. I wear them nearly ever day for work. Up until recently, these have been very comfortable. It would be nice if New Balance had shoes with the mesh toe box, these do not breath the best. It also would be nice if New Balance would build a little more arch support into their shoes.

I bought a pair of these 7 years ago and amazingly, I still wear them today. Just replaced the insoles periodically but I still wear them almost every day.

After waiting over 2 months for notification of my size EE wide to come in, I finally ordered a pair of 4EE. To my surprise they fit perfectly so I assume that these shoes run a little on the narrow side. Other than that I am very happy with them.

I can never find my width size, 9.5 4E at a store in Augusta. Zappos is the most customer friendly company I have ever dealt with.They make it so easy if you need to return shoes because of fit. I go to Zappos for all my shoes.

They are comfortable but felt a little tight around the front half of my foot at first and a little lose on the ankle. But now I really like them.

Very pleased with the product I chose and the service I received. I would for sure order from Zappos again!

Awesome shoe. Great cushion under the heel. Highly recommend for bone spurs!

I wanted some shoes in the hard-to-find size of 12.5 EE. I like the feel of athletic shoes but wanted some shoes that didn't look like typical athletic shoes, I like that these shoes come in brown. I haven't had a chance to walk far in these shoes yet, but so far I like them quite well.

I have hard-to-fit feet. They're wide at the front but not at the back. These seem to be working out pretty well, though they're not quite as comfortable for me as the discontinued model I bought them to replace.

I am very happy with these shoes; they are the second pair I have purchased from Zappos. My wife and I both have the problem of having wide feet and always have a problem finding shoes that fit properly. These shoes look nice for both dress or casual and as they grow older are very comfortable for working in the yard or short hikes.

Comfortable but need more time to break in. Owned them for about 3 weeks now but don't wear them every day. Have wide feet and NB fit me best. For the price, these met my needs.

Very nice shoe. The bottom rubber sole is harder than the original 608's other than that it's a great shoe. I wish the manufacturer would go back to the softer sole though. I always use my own inserts so no arch support isn't important to me. The thing that impresses me the most about the product is the customer service. Best company I've ever dealt with!

Had to order size 10 because 9.5 were a tad too short. Shoe is OK, but not as comfortable as my old New Balance 621 that were discontinued.

They fit snug with heavy socks. Feel pressure across the top of the left foot. It does not seem to have as much cushion as in previous New Balance products.

Moderate shoe for average treadmill-er. Probably not for a serious runner.

Lightweight and comfortable shoe. Good traction, even on wet concrete. Would buy another pair.

I like the fit of these shoes so much I've already bought a second pair. However, the non-skid sole is a little suspect whenever walking in watery/greasy conditions. One shoe has recently developed a squeak, and the shoe strings are way too long. Overall, a good shoe for the money, with an excellent comfort factor.

Zappos service and promptness was exceptional, as always. I'm a little dissapointed in New Balance - these tennie's soles are much stiffer and less comfortable than any other NB shoes I have purchased in the past.

I received a pair of 608v2 for Christmas; overall, I'm happy with them. They fit well, are comfortable, look nice. One thing that bothers me a lot is the black soles that they used. On the 748 they used brown, which finishes of the shoe better. And they have to use a better material on the heels - it always tears before the sole wears.

I rather enjoy these shoes. Very comfortable, stylish, etc. I had concerns about the green color at first, but it really works with the shoe. My first pair popped two seams after one month of use, but Zappos came through and replaced them. The new pair has not had this problem.

Brown is the new Black. Nice sturdy shoe for indoors and out. Mid sole seems to last.

Not much arch support, but comfortable, especially after breaking in. I now have a tendency to go to the store and try on shoes, then come and purchase them.

My teenage son, size 16!, wears one pair of shoes everyday, all day...lots of walking, stairs, playing, etc. These shoes have been very comfortable for him and have worn well and with a size 16 the box is very useful, too!
