Very high quality shoe, long lasting, comfortable from day one. If you have wide feet this is a great shoe. I have purchased three pair so far. Not the most stylish but that is secondary for me. There is practically no arch support if you take out the insert; which is good for me since I have custom arch supports.

I wear a prosthesis on one leg and have severe under-pronation on my other foot. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes and sneakers. In shoes I found Mephistos the best. In sneakers this is the best I've ever worn. Even after a couple of months when other sneakers would lose their hold and not support my ankle anymore these NB MW927 hold me stable. Thank you NB and thank you Zappos for carrying this sneaker.

The shoes arrived the very next day after placing the order. They are very cushy. I walked in them for hours one day and no blisters. they are very wide shoes, 6X. I was surprised to find that they carried shoes this wide.

I walk on average of more than 35 Hours a week in black shoes. These shoes helped save my job. They are comfortably flexable. They lasted for over 1 year before showing signs for replacement. I like to have toe room. So being slightly longer than I'm used to getting was and is just fine.

Great shoe for work that requires a lot of walking. I have a bad big toe joint and these are comfortable.

I have a wide foot and ordered 11-2E and they fit fine. Nice cushioned insoles make them very comfortable.

I've had a lot of trouble finding a comfortable shoe. I gave up trying to find a woman's shoe because they aren't wide enough. When I first started wearing this shoe my knee hurt so I didn't wear it all day. I'm glad I gave this shoe a chance because it is very comfortable and I can walk around for much longer than I used to. Also, my ankles swell quite often but these shoes are great and don't dig into my skin. I love the suede tongue because it is soft and doesn't irritate the skin on the front of my ankle like most of the other shoes I've tried. I liked this shoe so much I bought an extra pair afraid they would sell out and not stock them again. Please keep selling these shoes and don't change them! The only complaint I have is that I wish they came in other colors in the suede. If your ankles tend to swell and you have trouble standing / walking for long periods of time I would recommend this shoe!

This is my second pair of these shoes - after my new puppy got a hold of the first ones - which had seemed to have lasted for years. It’s a great shoe for walking with very comfortable heel cushioning. Thanks to New Balance's extra width options I can get shoes so my toes don't have to feel stuffed together and have room to move.

Very comfortable for a slightly heavier than normal shoe. The shoe does stabilize and align feet while walking.

This is my fifth pair of these great shoes. I'm a custodian walking on concrete floors eight hours a day. A lifesaver! And Zappos shipping arrived overnight - 2nd time for this!

New Balance shoes are great for people with wider than normal feet keeping in mind that foot will expand after long day of walking/hiking.

Very comfortable shoe. I wear them for work and they are as comfortable at the end of the day as in the morning.

These are very supportive shoes and long lasting also. Well worth the price.

On to the shoes and these are without a doubt the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever owned. Highly recommended. Would purchase again if this style is still available when I need to get another pair like this.

The shoe required no breaking in and I can easily wear it to work. I am 60 and on my feat more than I like at times and my feet tire easily. They have been perfect.

Superb shoe! Built on SL-2 last, it's meant for people like me with narrow heels and wide toes. Has a very wide box. Most other wide shoes have wide heels that slip when you walk. I'm heavy and started a walking regimen a year ago. I also pronate and am hard on outer edges of sole heel. After a year of use (mile +/day) these are still comfortable and have minimal heel wear. If you can fit most store-bought sneakers, you may not like these, but if you need a wide box/narrow heel, these are perfect.

The MW927 are very comfortable right out of the box and a proper size fit. I have a tough time getting a proper fit but the New Balance shoes always fit the best. Great for walking or an everyday shoe. This is my 3rd pair from Zappos and haven't been disappointed yet. It's very quick shipping in the Zappos manner. I'll be back again for my next pair.

While not a stylish shoe, this has been the most comfortable walking shoe I\'ve owned. The shoe fits well. I have two pair in different colors and would buy them again.

Great walking shoe. Comfortable on long walks or just around the house. Good looking enough to wear with casual slacks or jeans. The big benefit is the incredibly stable platform that is cushioned and pliable enough for any terrain. You get a sense that you are on a very stable platform with no sensation of rocking - flat and level. This shoe is as comfortable on asphalt & concrete as a dirt and stone walking trail. Although more of an urban shoe, would not recommend for more difficult trails where a lugged sole would excel, the shoe performs well in varied conditions. They are true to width, but a heavy sock may feel a bit tight at first. If you wear thick socks, a day of wearing around the house with those socks on will help the width adjust. I would definitely buy this one again.

This is my fourth pair of this type of shoe from N/B. Love the fit, comfort, look. The only thing I don't like about this shoe and the 748 is that the heel counters in the back of the shoe wear out fast and you are left with the plastic digging in the back of your foot. If this happens with this pair, I won't be buying any more.

I expected delivery in several days but was surprised that delivery was upgraded and I received my shoes in about 24 hours. I purchased the New Balance MW727 in brown and they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn. In the near future I will order the same shoe in a different color. I continue to be very pleased with my Zappos experiences.
