I have searched for a shoe like this for years! It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I work retail construction and I am on the concrete for 12 hours a day. These shoes really support my arch and cushion my feet all day long. At the end of the day my feet are tired, as expected, but not in agonizing pain like before with other shoes. The price is high, but the comfort is well worth the expense. I found the size to be accurate. The quality seems to be good so far. I will be buying an extra pair or two to keep for future use.

I have a real flat arch and Plantar fasciitis, so I really need support. This New Balance MW927 has proven to be the best shoe for my foot condition. I wouldn't buy any other shoe!

I bought these for a bookselling job that involved 5-6 hours of standing and walking on concrete floors. These shoes were awesome for me. I have plantar fascitis and a history of tendinitis, and my feet were pain-free even on busy days. I will say that this worked better for me in a busier, walking environment versus one where I was standing without doing a lot of walking. These shoes weren't great for just standing at a register but for walking around up and down aisles they were terrific. They have great shock absorption and comfort, not to mention support. The insoles come out for custom orthotics but I found that I didn't need them and that my orthotics made the shoe uncomfortable as it fit tightly around my foot without the orthotic. I loved these shoes and would buy them again!

Since I suffered some foot problems a few years ago, I have truly enjoyed this shoe. I am glad I was able to find this pair on this site. It is nice that they offer the wide selections for those of us who need it. This hoe has great support and the Rollbar technology helps my foot not to roll over so much. I would recommend this shoe and this site for their huge selections and customer service.

Good shoes. I have really wide feet and that limits what I can buy. These shoes are very comfortable and are really well made.

This shoe is very comfortable and provides excellent support. I walk at least two miles each day and have no foot or leg weariness. I know this product is expensive but performance is paramount to me and this shoe is a good provider.

I have constant problems with sore feet and New Balance is the only brand of sneaker type shoe that I will wear. Even with this bias, I have to say that these shoes are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned right out of the box. Even with a sneaker type, I usually need to place orthotics and an extra layer of padding in to to make a shoe feel right, but not this pair. I have been wearing them 5 days a week about 12 hours a day for about three weeks now and they still feel as comfortable as the day I first put them on. They also feel as comfortable at 10 PM when I take them off as when I put them on at 6 AM. The extra few dollars I paid for this shoe over other styles was well worth the money this time.

I have flat feet and had plantar fasciitis for quite sometime. I tried several different brands of shoes nothing helped. Then I was directed to the New Balance 927. What an amazing difference this has made. I'm on my feet all day and my feet don't hurt anymore. I'll being buying them again.

I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet. Needing to really take care of my feet I choose these shoes at the recommendation of my podiatrist. The comfort of these shoes for my sensitive feet is great. Ordering from Zappos is the only way to go. The price is right, the service is incredible. I received my order almost faster than I pressed the send button on my computer! Terrific. I will order from Zappos again and again.

I have found the New Balance shoes to be an excellent choice for those people looking for extra large and extra wide shoes. They are the best shoes that I have found to give me comfortable shoes that I can wear for the entire day. This is the third pair of these shoes.

I have had foot problems all of my life and I needed shoes that were supportive, comfortable, and good looking. These shoes succeeded on all three counts.

Very comforable, but horrible style. Just clunky and dorky looking. No style at all. What on earth does it take to get some great walking shoes that don't make you look 100 years old?

This is the most comfortable shoe. If you have any feet, leg or hip problems, this shoe should help. I've been wearing this New Balance type shoe for 3 years. Zappos service is great.

This shoe was tested well by me as we went to Washington D.C. to visit museums and walked miles. They were very comfortable.

Just as advertised. One of the most supportive shoes on the market. I upgraded from a decade of wearing less expensive NB shoes. This was clearly worth it. I wish I had done it earlier.

Attractive shoe, somewhat cooler than other 927 models due to mesh upper. Fine support and overall quality. I've worn 927s many years for fitness walking and always wear heels out, prematurely. Same issue with this model. Too bad NB can't beef up the sole in the heel region. Wish it wasn't so pricey but absolutely protects my feet. I'll buy again.

I bought these for my father who has very wide feet. They are the only athletic shoes he has been able to wear comfortably!

Excellent shoes! This my second pair. I have a very wide and flat foot and I can wear these shoes all day long without being in pain by the end of the day. Plan on buying another pair in a different color soon.

These are the first New Balance shoes I've had that feel a size bigger than labeled.

It is very hard to find a comfortable shoe with my below the knee prosthesis. These walking sneakers are the most comfortable shoe I own. Good support. Worth the high price. Highly recommended.

These shoes are light grey, not white. I like them a lot. I even found grey ankle sock to go with them at socks4life.com. I have prescription orthodics and they fit in as replacement insoles with no problem. New Balance Shoes are made in the USA keeping workers employed here. They make 1/4 of all the shoes in the world (if I remember that correctly).

I bought a pair of New Balance sneakers for my husband for Christmas -- he loves them. They are so comfortable since he's on his feet most of the day.

These are great shoes. I have flat, narrow feet, and go through a lot of shoes trying to find some I can wear that do not make me miserable. These are very comfortable. I put orthotics in them, although I have worn them without as well. I am very happy with them.

I love this shoe! The extra wide makes it very comfortable for someone like me who has duck feet.
