My dad never spends a lot on shoes; he is a diabetic with a wide foot, and he works on his feet all day, so he really needs to invest in a great pair of shoes. I practically forced these shoes down his throat begging him to try them, so we did, and now he LOVES them. They are the first pair of shoes in a long time that he doesn't complain about his feet at the end of the day. It has a wide toe box which is important for anyone with diabetes. He literally has little to no pain after standing on his feet for 10 hours a day. Once again, I proved to him that I am the shoe princess. If you are thinking about ordering this shoe- DO IT! I'm ordering him more colors for Christmas...

These shoes are really comfortable. Pay the extra money for the upper end shoes. The cushion in the sole is way better. I have narrow feet and have been purchasing New Balance from Zappos for 3 years because no store in my area carries these shoes.

Bought to replace a NB926. This one seems to rise a little higher on the sides near the ankle bone.

These shoes have a great feel. They provide a very low impact while walking. I work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet most of that time. My feet still feel good at the end of the shift.

I bought these for my husband and he likes them very much. Great fit and comfort.

This is an excellent pair of shoes for walking and everyday activities. I bought the black one and it looks and feels great. Especially, for the people who commute a lot. In addition, the shoe provided me excellent support and balancing that helped to decrease the back pain. I highly recommend it.

I ordered my regular size, but New Balance MW927 was too small. Width was right though.

My podiatrist recommended these shoes because of their stability and design for walking. I have been buying them for several years and can recommend them.

These are great shoes. I have narrow and flat feet, which have caused me problems my whole life. These feel good and allow me to walk without pain.

This is my husband's 3rd pair of MW927. They are stable, well padded, and have a wide toe box. Best of all they are made in Big/Wide sizes...Thanks New Balance. Thanks Zappos - awesome as always.

This NB 927 is just the best for people who need a wide, generous toe in their shoe. Most NB sneaker/walker styles come to a point at the toe, making toe comfort difficult. Give this 927 a try if you can't find the right shoe for diabetics and others who need generous toe room. In addition, the whole shoe is extremely comfortable for walking and standing. I recommend it highly.

Saved money and received order promptly. I wear 6E, they had what I wanted in New Balance and they fit great. I will be a return shopper. HB

I have had these shoes for a couple of weeks and so far they are fantastic. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The only grip is that they seem tight. I ordered the 4E, I have large feet, and while they fit in every other regard they pinch in one spot. However, I believe after some wear they will stretch and not pinch. If buying the shoes, which I recommend, keep this in mind.

Most comfortable shoes I own. I have a long narrow foot and the size 16B fits like a 15.5B which is exactly the size I need since there are no 1/2 sizes. The shoe works good with arch supports.

Very comfy walking shoe. These are my everyday shoes. Seem well made. Wish they were made entirely in the USA.

Excellent walking shoe. Very comfortable whether walking only one mile or four miles in a 4E width. You won't be disappointed.

I love New balance, but this model runs a full size larger than my 2 previous New Balance size 14's. I should have returned them and wish I had!

This shoes are quite comfy and supportive, but I have to say they look a bit dorky. But since I wear 12.5 extra wide, I don't have much choice in walking shoes.

I have significant foot problems, including very high arches, pes caves and hammer toes...these are the only shoes I've found that provide any relief. Purchased the wider version to allow room for prescription orthopedic inserts. I can finally spend more than 20 minutes on my feet without excruciating pain. Highly recommended!

I got a job where I walk roughly 25,000 steps per 8 hour shift, and quickly realized none of my shoes were up to the task of helping my poor feet survive. I ordered these, and couldn't be happier. The comfort is amazing, and they are holding up really well (I've had mine for almost 6 months now). I can't really express how happy I am with them. They support, they absorb shock, they cushion the right places, and I no longer get callouses on my feet. If these things ever wear out, I'll be ordering another pair instantly.

Great shoe. Got it based on other reviews. Use them when I am on my feet for long hours and in my garage where the concrete floor can take a toll if you are there too long, but not with these.

These are great shoes! They felt like the first pair of NB I bought 32 years ago! I actually bought a pair of Nike along with them to compare, and there was no comparison. Zappos has a great program with free shipping both ways, so there is no liability as long as you follow their instructions. Highly recommend the MW927 for the "heavy" walker.

This is a wonderful shoe. They are very comfortable and offer great support for flat feet. The shoe is deep enough and wide enough to handle orthotics. I have worn them to work every day and have played golf in them over the past year. They are beginning to show signs of wear, so I will be replacing them in the near future.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable New Balance shoes I've ever owned. And the grey shoes look really great.
