This is a great little shoe. Very comfortable and had little to no break in time. I did have to order this shoe a half size smaller.

I work in New York and I walk everywhere. These shoes are lightweight, a bit more stylish than a tennis shoe, and extremely comfortable. I have 4 pairs in different colors. The black is actually my least favorite color, I prefer the grey ones, just a color preference I suppose. I would say- the laces annoy me a little in that they never stayed tied with one knot, what's with that? Oh well, these shoes are seriously comfortable and worth the 40 bones.

Not as cute on as I'd thought they would be, which was sad because I was looking forward to a cute and sporty black sneaker. I don't know why but I've been coveting this shoe for years now and I finally found it on Zappos, so it's a bummer they didn't work out. I didn't hate them, I just didn't really like them either. But the real deal breaker for me was that the arch in the shoe is funny. I couldn't feel any arch support for my inside arch, but I did feel slight pressure on the outside arch. I don't mind outer arch support, but I've got to have inner arch support with it or it just feels funny and eventually uncomfortable. It wasn't anything major, but it was enough for me to decide against keeping it. Maybe that's a problem that could be fixed with an orthotic, but I'm just going to keep looking for something that works better for me.

For a wide, this shoe is rather narrow, even though I ordered a half size up. I was looking for a shoe that was not quite as built up as most athletic shoes for ease fitting into toe clips on my bike. The toe box seems narrower than a D wide. I otherwise think I would have liked it for that purpose.

Really cute, but ran too big, even when I added an insole. I couldn't keep my heel in the shoe. Also, not as well cushioned as other New Balance.

I am a runner and I purchased these shoes in support of my workout routine. I would not recommend this shoe for runners because it does not provide enough comfort or support when running miles. The shoes is very cute though, but not has supportive to my feet as I expected. If looking for a running shoe, I would recommend something with a much softer sole.

Somewhat disappointed. Not very comfortable or supportive. Owned an older version of it but they were a little short in length so I ordered up a half size. I would recommend that anyone order up a half size b/c they seem to run a bit small.

I bought these for my 14 year old daughter. The style is good, well made shoe. We ordered this in a wide width. It still seems narrow. We did keep it, as it's not terrible, but wish it was a true wide width.

Lightweight. They got dirty and scratched quickly but were comfortable. If you want arch support...keep looking.

These are cute, but there is not any arch support. I like a sneaker with some support.

I wanted to love these. I do not. I kept them, but I kind of feel like a goober when I wear them. Something is just not right about them. I love New Balance shoes, but these have no support to speak of. Maybe they will grow on me? Maybe they will collect dust?

This is my first pair of New Balance, and I bought them because they were cute. I usually wear Nike. These are cute but just not for me. I teach school and am on my feet all day- carpet over concrete. These felt too structured and pinched in different places. Not comfy on my feet.

Loved the look and feel of the shoes, but the wide I ordered was definitley not a wide. Even though it was marked as a wide. Sold to a co-worker with a narrow foot.

Not like the other New Balance shoes. These are narrow and small, offering zero support.

Way too narrow to be wide width. I've bought many pairs of NB over the years, including several Classic styles, all in 9.5 wide, and these shoes don't even come close to fitting. When I opened the box, they looked so narrow that I almost didn't even bother trying them on. I had a hard time even getting them on. However, the length of the shoe is fine. Makes me wonder if they were missed sized.

I don't know why anyone reviewed this shoe with five stars. First off, out of the box, it looks very cheaply made. When I tried it on, it made my foot pronate so much my knees hurt right away. I naturally tend to pronate barefoot, but this was crazy. It was like there was extra cushion in the sole on the outside of my foot, and none under my arch. And they look puffy, not a great style.

Liked them at first, but with two months of use the material at the toe tore (and not just at a seam). Only wore about two days a week to work in a hospital setting! Very sad!

This shoe is cuter in the picture than reality. The leather is very thin- it looked more like plastic. The sole is very thin. I would not want to wear it for a lot of standing or walking. It is also very narrow. I have worn narrow shoes all of my life and I could barely get my foot in. This shoe was a huge disappointment. The Clarks Privo are much, much nicer.

These shoes are the worst of the worst. They have no support at all. A pair of Keds has more support then these shoes. Only positive thing about them is they are cute and the color is very nice. Not worth keeping for the color. They are going back...back...back !

These sneakers felt comfortable wearing around the house, so I decided I would wear them to my job as a sales clerk. By the end of my 8 hour shift, standing on my feet, an old injury started to ache on the side of my foot. So disappointing. I gave the shoes away.

I love these shoes! I'm on my feet for a range of time between 13 to sometimes 17 hours (so for almost the entire day). At the end of the day my feet are tired but these shoes help so much! I had a pair of other shoes before that left my feet aching and unhappy at the end of the day. These shoes are comfortable and I almost don't notice that I'm wearing shoes. I feel like I can walk forever in them. They also are slim and don't look tacky when I'm wearing skinny jeans.

Zappos has the greatest website! It is user friendly! Thanks! We have shoe size issues, sorry.

This is my second pair of these. Most comfortable, good looking. Run a little small went up 1/2 size. Love them.

Very comfortable. I have a normal to narrow size foot, but bought both the medium and wide versions to try them out. I prefer the comfort of the wide shoe. I also bought a half size larger at the recommendation of other reviewers, and was happy with this decision.
