These sneakers are great! Because of major surgery on my foot, I have to wear a sneaker that accommodates the swelling that I have. These fit the bill and are cute looking also. I get lots of compliments too. I put black laces in the sneaker to make them look a bit more seasonable. They have enough support also.

I love these shoes, they are slightly different from the classic NB sneaker, but still true to the style. I really cute and comfortable!

Very light on your feet. Cute but wide is still too narrow. Will be returning them.

Just received these in black. PERFECT! I wear orthotics and shopping for shoes that fit comfortably and aren't clunky has been a challenge. Finally, I can be "cute" again. I just ordered another pair in light grey because the dark grey was sold out in my size.

These light weight little shoes fit so well, and are remarkably comfortable. I volunteer at the hospital, so running around is a necessity. I feel good, well supported and happy all during my shift!

I just received the New Balance Classics in Black and in Light Grey late this afternoon. I am an 8 1/2 wide (and I do mean wide - I have a bunion-looking structure to both feet). My first impression, other than that the shipping box was extremely light for two pairs of shoes, was "There is no way these shoes are going to fit my big feet!" I immediately thought it was a mistake to have ordered online. I took the shoes out and removed the shipping stuffing and proceeded to untighten the laces a bit. I was shocked. They fit perfectly! I love both pairs! They are cute, too! The color shown online is correct and the best part is, they don't make my feet look big! Nobody will ever look at my shoes because my feet look big in them. Instead, they will admire them because they are cute! I got them for work and I am on my feet 50% of the work day. I am sure they will be great. I do believe they are not meant to do daily walking exercise, but I'm sure they will be excellent for everyday wear. They are thinner in the soles and will be best for indoor wear, I believe, not wearing outside to walk/hike in. I am very pleased with them. I am 49 and I have feet that swell and I have arthritis in the tops of my feet and ankles. I had been on my feet all day long today attending a function in which I was walking continuously or standing. I tried these shoes on after today, so my feet were definitely at their largest. I suggest these for anyone afraid to order online and frustrated with never finding wide shoes. I hope they fit you! I got lucky and am very pleased!

I love the thin soles and overall comfort. They\'re lightweight and the fit is perfect. My Zumba class is way easier without chunky soled shoes! Great service from Zappos, as usual!

I love these shoes. I can feel the cushion as I walk on them. I especially love the multi-colored shoelaces and pink "N", a delight for someone who loves pink. The shoe was true to my normal size. I normally wear a wide and ordered a wide in this, too. It does seem to look a little narrower than my other New Balance shoes. However, it feels fine on my feet and maybe not as bulky as my other shoe. It makes my feet look smaller, since the bulk is not there. The only issue I have is that my shoelaces keep coming undone. That can easily be fixed by double tying them or replacing the strings with a more traditional lace. The texture of these doesn't seem to be the same as a traditional lace; it seems a little more waxy.

I love these shoes. They were delivered the day after I placed my order and the box was so light, I was sure they had forgot to add the shoes. The most comfortable, lightweight shoes I've ever owned. Thank you Zappos! Always a pleasure doing business with.

I love these shoes. I walk about two miles a day and have always had problems with shoes rubbing my ankle bones. These are low cut on the sides, light weight and come in half sizes. Perfect for me.

Shoes are comfortable and light weight. Barely there feeling. I will definitely purchase again. (Slight arch support.)

Love these shoes! The only issue I'm having is the tongue on the left shoe tends to get crooked and it's hard to fix. But other than that, they are comfortable and cute with my jeans.

I liked the look of this shoe when I received it. There is not any arch support to speak of, so I took out the thin removable insole and instead wear it with my pink super feet which adds a lot of comfort. I think these look better covered (full length jeans or trousers versus skirts or crops) because the side dips down a lot. You see a lot of even the lowest cut, no-show sock. I haven't gotten to protecting them yet but read that a spray with fabric protector will keep dark colored denim from rubbing off on the shoe and making it discolored. All in all, I'm happy that I purchased these and I will keep them and wear them throughout the spring.

Cute, comfy, looks good with my jeans. Not much in the way of arch support, but I don't wear them for intense walking.

Stylish and comfortable. I love these shoes. I wear them at work and I'm on my feet a lot. I had to use an insert for more support and I after a month of wearing (almost daily) I notice that the black suede color is fading. Despite the fading, these are still my favorite shoes.

I broke down and bought these shoes after my last trip to the shoe store. It is depressing to tell the girl trying to sell me shoes that I want to see whatever they have in size 11! There is usually not much to pick from. I am glad that I bought these very cute and comfortable casual shoes. They look great with jeans, not like I am headed to the track to run either. They would be five stars but I have an extremely high arch, these have some support but I still need my custom inserts. I would not let that keep me from buying another pair though. I may never go to another shoe store again! My big feet and I love Zappos!

These are great, everyday sneakers. I wish they had more arch support but they're still very comfortable! And very cute to boot!

I was looking for shoes that would not rub my heel after Achilles tendon surgery. The back of the shoe is low enough on my foot that it did not rub. I also have narrow feet with bunions, so it's difficult finding shoes that are comfortable. These shoes are comfortable, except they lack support and are not made for a lot of walking, which is why I rated comfort a 3. I use inserts anyway, which seem to work well with these shoes.

I bought these shoes to cater in (being that they are all black). They have a very high arch which I think may be uncomfortable if you have a low arch. I can't put my finger on why they are not totally comfortable, but I can wear them for a long time. They get the job done, but when I get all the use I can out of them, I will not be re-ordering.

I bought this shoe for my retail job where I have to run around a lot and look stylish while doing it. They hold up pretty well for long periods of standing, but the running part, not so much. I recommend these shoes for style and normal wear purposes, but I would not get them for anything heavy-duty. An eight hour shift is pushing it. They seem pretty sturdy for how thin the shoes are, but we will have to see how long they lasts me before I see holes. I always keep my work shoes until they are in little bits and pieces.

I am a true size 6 and these were very short and narrow on me. I sent them back and got a 6 1/2 wide. I love the simple design of these shoes.
