These shoes are cute, low profile and stylish. I found them to be much narrower in the toe than most wide width shoes (usually wides are a great fit for my bunions), and have to return them. I tried a size up and those were way too big slipping off in the heel.

These shoes are so cute...but they do run small. I usually wear a 9 in tennis shoes and I ordered the 9.5, they are still a tad tight around the toes. Sending them back and getting a 10. Width is good - just a small shoe for some reason.

The reviews were what convinced me to try this shoe over a few others I was considering... Turns out i found this incredibly uncomfortable and felt as though the shoe were forcing my foot into an underpronated position with my arches and ankles feeling as though they were caving in. I do not usually have this issue with properly-fitting shoes. So, I guess the lesson here is "your mileage may vary." Oh well.

I read all the great reviews. I was disappointed when they arrived. They are not really athletic shoes. There us no arch support, and they felt tight and narrow (and I have very narrow feet to begin with!). I had ordered a 9 (I usually wear 8½-9), but my toes were hitting the end! I am in nursing school, so was hoping to find something cute that I could wear all day. These did not hit the mark!

You probably have a certain level of quality in mind when you see the brand New Balance. These are not "those" New Balance. They look more like something you would get for $25 at a discount store. This must be some sort of special off label shoe that NB agreed to slap their name on, to sell at a lower price. Pay the higher price and get real New Balance sneakers.

Although this wide may be wide enough for some, it doesn't compare to the other wide sized shoes I have. Way too narrow for me. Can't comment otherwise.

Bought this shoe for a trip to Mexico City. Cute shoe, but extremely ill-fitting in the toe. There was no way I could keep these. I sent them back.

I ordered wide and this shoe is WAY narrower than than new balances wide. I ALWAYS buy their wide and these are half the width even in wide. I would not reccomend for anyone who has a wide foot.

Not the good quality shoe usually made by New Balance. Little to no arch stability not there either. Rather disappointed in this shoe.

I wanted a very plain shoe, which these are. But they are so stiff it felt like walking in cement boxes! Had to send them back.

I thought these shoes would be a great casual addition to my shoe collection. However, they've got a weird curve to them. And on top of that felt very snug and smaller than other New Balance shoes I've ordered before. Great style, bad design. So bummed... they're going back.

I wear an 8w and that's what I ordered. This sneaker felt like an 8 1/2 medium. It was narrow for a wide, no arch support at all and overall not comfortable. I will be sending them back.

The shoe was curved inward when I received it. I ordered a replacement and it was the same way. If you have a foot that curves in, this does not look good on. I really like this style and normally have success with New Balance shoes; however, I am very disappointed by the quality of these shoes.

I wear a size 10 in shoes - and thought to order up to a size 10 1/2. These were extremely small - I couldn't even get them on my foot. Returning and will not try again. I really like the look of these shoes.

I bought these shoes for Nursing Clinical Rotations where I have to be on my feet for 12 plus hours. They were not comfortable and had no arch support whatsoever. They looked pretty, but they were not a good match for what I needed them for!

We bought these for our assistants at our orthodontic office. Unfortunately, they are not comfortable for all day wear and being on your feet all day. Also, the colors are really off from one another. Of course they are suede but when you order black they should be closer to that color rather than blue. They may be okay for running errands but not if you plan on being on your feet all day.

I thought this shoe felt so cheap. There was zero arch support. There was actually more support on the outside of the shoe so my feet felt wobbly in them. They were rather narrow and I could tell wouldn't be good for me in the long-run (live in the city, walk everywhere).

I returned these as they were way too narrow in the front. Even if these had fit properly I don't think they would have been a good choice for serious exercise, they were more of a cutesy athletic shoe, not good for something like a boot camp or running.

Don't like this shoe. Looks cheap fits cheap. I always liked NB sneakers. These don't do NB justice. Will return.

This shoe is not made for a wide foot. I read the reviews that said the same thing but figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Don't waste your time! Also, the width of the shoe combined with the extremely narrow toe box looks silly.

I love Zappos and have been a fan for years. This is the first time I've bought a shoe that was nothing like the description. It did not have the support I except from New Balance. The show was way to narrow for a med show. Although I ordered it a 1/2 size larger there was no toe room at all. I wouldn't recommend this shoe at all!

I thought these shoes were so cute I gave them a try even though there were some reviews advising against it. I should have listened. First pair I ordered was medium width. My foot felt like it was straddling the sole of the shoe and the left shoe felt odd and looked a little different than the right one. I exchanged for the Wide. Those felt much better but the left shoe still fit a bit odd and it was not made as well as the right one. The seams were not as nice. Sadly, I'm now returning them.

I purchased these shoes thinking they were supportive, after all they are new balance. Well, here it is 2 months later and I will not even wear them anymore, the side wall actually did not hold my foot and cause me to walk over the sole of the shoe which caused me such back pain. They are like uncomfortable slippers. I do not recommend these sneakers for anyone and I am very upset that I spent this much for shoes that lasted 2 months.

These shoes are terrible. I ordered wide width and they look narrow. They are totally flat, no support. Very disappointed and I will be sending these back.

It just was too small, my toe pinched and was nerve wrecking. I thought that maybe it was the socks! But to no avail...I would like to send back, but I will keep for my "Saturday things" for running around. Thanks anyway, just will have to try another pair.
