Very cute shoe for just knocking around town. Not supportive enough for heavy duty impact like running. Definitely on the narrow side.

I bought this shoe in a half size larger and x- wide width because I just had foot surgery and needed something to wear while my foot is still quite swollen and doesn't fit into my regular shoes. It works well for this purpose, and I was very pleasantly surprised how cute this shoe is, especially given I bought it large/x-wide - it actually makes my foot look smaller. The sole is not thick, this isn't shoe for long-distance walking but is cute and comfortable for day to day. I like the non-nondescript black on black, very subtle, looks less like a clunky athletic shoe and more like just a black shoe.

Comfortable and attractive. I usually wear somewhere between 7 1/2 and 8. Usually depends on brand. I purchased the 8 and wish I had chosen the 7 1/2. I'm planning to add an insole which should be enough.

I bought these shoes for work, and the first few weeks they hurt my feet so bad that I thought about returning them! But once you break them in they aren't bad at all! If you have flat feet like me, there isn't much arch support but I just added insoles and it worked for me.

I love these shoes. I am getting ready to order my fifth pair. They are very lightweight and stylish. The only con as far as I am concerned would be the arch. There is no arch support so they are not good for long all day walking. They hold up excellently. I can usually make them last a couple years.

These look great and are very comfortable, but not intended for long walks. They do run about a half size small, so if you're on the cusp, go up a size.

Really regretting buying these. I wanted comfortable shoes to bring on vacation, tried them on when they arrived, thought they'd do and so kept them. I'm now on said vacation but these shoes are no good for walking any distance as I'd hoped. :( I bought the Wide which really isn't wide at all. I also can't fit my custom orthotics into the shoes. :( Very uncomfortable with hot feet the two days I did wear them. They're cute, but if you want Wide, or need inserts, then don't buy these. I'm now wearing my Naot sandals to walk everywhere, but it's far from ideal. Disappointing.

Didn't love it as much as I was hoping. Some of the materials looked a little cheap, though I LOVED how light-weight they are. I had to leave the laces super stretched across the tongue (to the point I almost saw sock) to get them to fit, but even in wides they were still snug width wise, though fine length-wise. I was looking for a stylish street sneaker style and these didn't quite fit the bill.

Comfy but odd ball fit and style... I have a high instep and must leave the laces loose on these, making them look odd and so that my heel easily slips out. These would be great for a narrow foot and a lower instep. Nice looking overall, just not so much they way I have to wear them. Comfy overall too, yet not so much for the way I have to wear them. Decent enough to keep. :)

Bought these for a trip to Turkey and Greece and, after a very brief break in time, wore them just about daily for 5 weeks. One problem was dust, both in the cities and on trails. It got under the laces and seemed to embed in the black suede. A brush would've worked but I don't travel with one. They split on the side so I didn't bring them home. Soles were thin and not good on rough surfaces.

These shoes looked good on my long, narrow feet, but they have no arch support. When I remove the very thin flat insole and put in my custom orthotics, the shoe is so shallow that my heel sticks up way too high and slides right out of the shoe.

I loved these shoes at first, but they've worn out after a summer of wearing them (and not even as my only shoe). They've lost their shape and just look rugged and ugly while also feeling like I have absolutely no support whatsoever on my foot. Cute, but not long lasting.

I love these shoes, but despite ordering the wide width version, they are simply narrow and won't work for me. Sorry, must return them. Maybe another style of NB will work better for me.

Not for the flat-footed! I bought 9.5 Wide, and was amazed at how narrow the bottom of the soles are. Half my foot was spilling over the edge, as if the suede would touch the floor! Tried some superfeet inserts and those didn't help much. I'm returning these.

Such a cute sneaker...too bad it is too narrow for my wide foot. I usually don't have to worry about width when shopping for sneakers but when I saw this shoe offered in wide width I thought, why not! Sadly, even in wide they are too narrow. Did not look as good on the foot as they do in the box. Returning.

These look way cuter in pictures than they do once I got them. The arch support isn't super great and the tops of the shoes are pretty ugly. I was so looking forward to getting these and am disappointed. Keep in mind if you purchase them that you need to get super short, below the ankle socks otherwise it looks silly.

These were really cute, but had absolutely no arch support. I will be returning for something a little more supportive.

This shoe has more pros than cons. They're very comfortable and lightweight. No breaking in required. However, if you're looking for a lot of support, maybe try a different model. I wore these on vacation, and after walking around for a 4-5 hours, my feet were killing me. But they are fine if you're going out for an hour's walk, or to the mall. Also, the grey is much lighter in person that it appears on this site. If you're looking for a darker gray, steer clear. This is more like a dove gray and definitely not as cool-looking in person.

I needed a pair of black casual shoes that I could wear around and thought thee would be perfect. I bought a pair for my daughter as well. NB often run small based on previous purchases so I went up a size on both. They were fine lengthwise but the width was too large. There is really no support around the ankles and it has a huge gap. I love Zappos and would have returned it had I not worn it already. Overall, not a really great buy for me.

I have somewhat narrow feet, and the B width felt very narrow to me, especially in the middle -- it felt like there wouldn't be any support under my arches, so I returned them. I liked the look; someone with different feet might find them just right!

Bought these for work. I work retail 12 hours a day on my feet. They look fine under my dress pants. They are extremely low profile and pretty comfortable. I bought insoles because I need the extra support. My only complaint is after a week they start coming apart. Called Zappos they are sending me a pair. We shall see if the next pair is better.

Love this shoe, but runs narrow. Could not wear, looks smaller than normal size 10, D's. Was smaller.

I really liked these shoes because I run a lot of theater shows and attractive all black shoes are hard to come by. Also very comfortable. The only thing I can't stand is they don't keep my feet warm at all! I might as well stick my feet in a freezer when its cold out.

I loved these on the site. I still like them, but I really love my Tiger Asics better. These are sporty for sure, but in a more masculine way. They are more rugged in style than some other sneakers I think, but also easily blend in to black chinos, etc.
