Last year I bought these shoes in black and broke them in very quickly. I liked them so much that I decided that to get them in brown this year. They are very well made and extremely comfortable with the gel sole and padded heel. I am someone who would much rather wear a kitten heel vs a flat because I'm a hard heel walker and flats hurt my back after a while. This shoe provides great heel support. And being pregnant this fall, I wanted something that was comfortable but still extremely stylish. I highly recommend this shoe and they are worth every penny.

Love the shoe, however, when they arrived (as usual very fast) I was very disappointed, the shoe runs very narrow and the back is short so the tendency is that with a few wears it will hurt and slip off at the same time. The shoe is uncomfortable! I was very surprised since I love and own various pairs of CK shoes. The price also was a little high and when I think of the shoe, way too high. I want to send them back, but I trashed the box and paperwork before wearing them. I did not think that I would have a problem since I have never been unhappy with any of my purchases from Zappos. Keep up the good work.

These shoes were true to size for me (8.5) and don't pinch or slide off when I wear them barefoot. With stockings, there's a tiny bit of sliding but that decreases when my feet warm up. Also at the beginning I got blisters on my pinky toes, but I've never had a non-sneaker shoe where that hasn't happened. The gel sole is great for comfort; did squeak for the first few days, but luckily that stopped. I find the heel height and toe cleavage just right for me. I don't mind toe cleavage and don't like very high heels. These are low enough that I have no trouble walking in them. All in all a great shoe!

I love this shoe because it is classy and comfortable. I was so happy to find this shoe in my size. I am thinking about ordering me another pair because I am afraid they will be discontinued. Thanks for a great product.

Really nice shoe for the money. I have the leopard print. Very attractive, & comfortable & well made. I wear a 7.5 & the 7.0 fit great. Fun shoe for fall!

I bought the CK Diema in the leopard hair print. I love this style & the fit. I usually wear a 6AA in shoes, but ordered the 6B, which fit fine. One note: the heel height is listed as 2 inches. It is actually 1 1/2 inches, which suited me better. It is definitely a kitten heel, if that is what you are looking for. I plan to wear these with jeans & also dress up a nicer pair of black slacks with a white shirt & pearls. Zappos speedy delivery & the fact that their shoes have not been tried on numerous times are huge selling points for me. My size is always on display in stores & is always stretched beyond belief.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for, plain pumps with low heel, and could not find in department stores at any price. Finally found at major store but they didn\'t have my size. I wear a 7 1/2 narrow and these come only in medium so purchased 7 medium and they are okay. Problably couldn\'t wear all day but for a few hours they are fine. Shoes are great and I agree with other reviewers that they look more expensive than they were. This is my first Zappos purchase but will not be my last. Just need more choices in narrow.

Bought this shoe in leopard pony hair. LOVE IT! I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfect. Hot little stylish shoe for fall!

These shoes are great! Not only do they look great, they are comfortable. The rubber on the sole helps to make you more sure footed. The price was good, too. I highly recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes! I felt they fit true to size. They are comfy. I'm going to buy a 2nd pair! I've been looking for a pair of basic pumps that are stylish! Very nice with a suit or slacks.

The more I wear these shoes, the more I like them. They are perfect for the business casual environment I work in. I'm on my feet for a fair portion of my day, and these shoes are comfortable enough to keep me moving. They took a few days to break in, and are a great fit now! There's a bit of padding and support and the shoe feels well constructed. The low heel and the roomy toe box contribute to the comfort of the shoe.

The first day I wore these they were comfortable all day. They are padded and have enough room for the toe box. Very nice but contemporary line for the office. Many thanks!

These shoes are fantastic. Cute little heel and great pointy toe (showing plenty of toe cleavage). The gel on the bottom is amazing! It's designed to help keep you from slipping on certain floors. I work in a hospital where there is a lot of linoleum. These shoes are a godsend!

These shoes are fabulous...sexy on your foot whether you are wearing slacks or a skirt or dress. The fit is so comfortable and true to size...great if you have a high instep also. I bought them in TWO colors and love them...got a lot of compliments on them also. Buy these shoes ladies!!!
