These shoes are awesome. They fit perfectly, the leather is top quality, the heel a comfortable height, and they have a cushy pad at the ball of the foot. I can walk in them forever and my feet are never sore. Plenty of room for toes. Love my purchase.

These are great. They look just like the picture and were the perfect low heel to dress up an outfit without making me too tall.

Great fit, comfortable, but the plastic padded sole squishes on tile floors. Sounds cheap (I guess it is, really).

You ladies are right! These are comfortable but too squeaky on wooden and tile floors. I even tried rubbing baking soda on the bottom, but that did not work. I am sending these back!

Although cute, these shoes caused blisters on both sides of my feet. They seemed too narrow. Sadly, I have to return them.

These seem to be just what I need as a teacher with bad feet. However, the size is too big. I am exchanging these for a pair that is half a size smaller.

I love the idea of these shoes. I love the height of the heel the elongated toe (it makes your foot look slender). The only thing I don't like is the fact that I bought a half size larger so that my toes wouldn't be squeezed too much and now that the leather has stretched, it slips on and off my foot all day (and it squeaks)! Nevertheless I'd buy this shoe again and recommend it to anyone.

These are very pretty and the heel is just the right height for me. They are a little stiff, hoping they will relax as I wear them.

Divine! I've been looking for a classic pump that doesn't scream "filing cabinets!" and I've found it in this sexy little kitten (heel that is). Although the toe has a bit of a point to it don't be scared, it doesn't pinch or scrunch. Loving these Kliens of mine.

Very cute shoe, comfy shoe! The only time I notice the squeaking that others have mentioned is on wood floors, otherwise it's not an issue.

These shoes are awesome! Love the kitten heel but beware the tip is made of plastic had to replace at shoe maker with a rubber tip. Took a bad slip in the airport and on other slippery floors. They are real comfortable and you can wear from day to night.

A great, standard black pointy shoe with heels. It is comfortable enough to walk long distances in, and looks very sleek and professional.

I haven't worn heals in years. I read the other reviews of how comfortable this shoe is. It really is a nice shoe. Looks great on my foot and helps slim the look of my heavy legs. Love it.

The style of the shoe is very cute and I wish I could keep them, but the sole has a big clear rubbery/plastic part (for the Calvin Klein logo) and it which makes the shoes unbearably squeaky. They are going back unfortunately.

I can, and have, run across the building, through the airport and after the bus in these shoes. I have worn them on 19 hour business trips, without pantyhose, and been totally comfortable. These are the most comfortable dress shoes I've owned in 25 years. I'm buying another pair right now.

Took this shoe on vacation after a brief trial around the house. Extremely comfortable, classic style, loved it, love Zappos for their customer service and patience. This is the first pair of shoes I've kept after returning at least 5 before it. Zappos rocks.

I am 5'9" and wear a size 9.5. I was looking for a nice shoe to wear with a suit that did not look frumpy (like most flats), wasn't uncomfortable and didn't make me feel super tall (like most heels). The first time I wore these shoes, I was on my feet all day for a conference and ended up walking several city blocks, too. My feet felt as good as could be hoped for at the end of the day, with no blisters or uncomfortable rubbing. I'll spend a lot for comfortable, well-made shoes, but these are one of my favorites. They're affordable, look great and are very comfortable. I wear them with pants or skirts. My sister has these shoes, too, and they are one of her go-to pairs even though she has a pretty extensive collection of attractive, professional shoes.

This is a classic shoe - great for business and out, gives nice length to the leg with just a little heel so you can wear it pretty much all day. I travel for business and can really only take one pair of heels with me; these fit the bill day and night. I have worn through one pair and ordered another. Comfortable, with some nice (hidden) cushioning, Strangely, on this particular pair, the sole of the shoe where there is some rubber (cushioning!) makes a crazy squeaking sound. The other pairs I own - I have the tan snakeskin as well - don't do make the noise so assume this is an anomaly and back these go. True to size, don't buy up, they stretch just enough quickly.

I read the other reviews that indicated it was larger and to order a half size down. Normally I'm a 6 1/2 with the occasional 7 depending on brand, so I went with the 6 1/2. I probably could have used the 7 so I'd actually say they were a bit on the small side.

I just cannot wear very high heels so was looking for some attractive pumps with lower heels. This pair accomplished that perfectly. Well made with good quality leather. They have a slight bit of padding in the footbed and a rubber insert built into the sole which provides additional cushioning for the ball of your foot. I stay comfortable in them even after several hours. I bought them in my usual size and they fit just right. I liked them so much I ordered a second pair. Zappos service was amazing as usual.

Very simple low heeled pump that was very comfortable in the forefoot. A wardrobe classic that I really wanted to keep, but it's too wide in the heel.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe. Ran a little big. I would recommend ordering a smaller size. My heel kept on slipping out of the shoe while I was walking.

This shoe is adorable, I just need a smaller size and, unfortunately, Zappos does not have the combination size and color I need. I'm disappointed because this shoe may have worked. I've been searching for months for a black, kitten heel pump; I have very hard to fit feet.

I love these shoes the heel height is perfect and I can almost wear them for 8 hours straight! I would buy these in other colors.
