These are a great neutral low-heel pump that look nice with pants, skirts, and jeans. Very versatile. I do feel like they run a 1/2 small and they are particularly snug in the toe box. Other than that, great shoe.

I really like these shoes. However, the first time I wore them, the heel caps were shot. The nail was showing through after one full day of wear. Granted, I am hard on my shoes. I took them to the shoe repair and they put new heel caps on that are much more durable. Since then, they are my favorite shoes!

Loved these! I'm not a huge high heel lady, so I wanted a heel that wouldn't kill me. Bought them for my friends wedding and they were perfect. Simple black went great with my dress! The only thing that threw me off was the plastic bottom under the shoe that squeaked when I walked on tile floor, but after I worked them in they were fine.

Glad I ordered these shoes. The toe is pointy but not overly, and the heel is a comfortable height. They look and feel like classics.

At first these took a while to break in, and I felt regret when it was painful to wear them. I felt that the width was too narrow. Now, I really enjoy wearing them. I still prefer flats in terms of comfort, but these are dressy, a bit more made up than flats, so I wear them often. They look sharp, and they are comfortable to wear all day long.

Great looking shoe. Was half to full size too large. Considerable amount of toe cleavage showed, but that's because it was too large. Unable to give good feedback on comfort and arch support because shoe did not fit.

I bought these shoes for my son's wedding. I am 57 years old and don't do heels very well anymore. The heel on this shoe is very comfortable to walk in and I feel stable when wearing them. They fit as well as any slip on does for me (one heel skinnier than the other). I will put a heel pad on the bigger one to help it fit. They're very cute in the patent leather.

It was between these and another pair and I chose these. But now I am sending them back. The toe is very long in these shoes and you can't really see that from the pictures. Plus, I had lots of toe cleavage and I hate that. On the plus side, I loved the quality of the shoe and the heel height. My foot tends to run wide and these almost accommodated my need for a wider width. In time, I'm sure they would have stretched. I did find them to pinch in the little toe.

I'm in that delightful no-woman's-land at the top end of a size 10, which puts me in an 11 by some makers, a 10.5 by the two makers who carry that, and a plain old 10 by still others. So even though the 10s were sold out, I thought I'd take a chance on the 11s. Nope -- these seem to be true to size, and I was swimming in the 11s. They have to go back. As far as I could tell without really being able to walk, heel height was seriously comfortable. I think you could walk a long way in these. The shape of the upper was also lovely -- no toe cleavage, no weird gapping around the arch. And these seem to be made well for the price. Be aware that anything with a toe this pointy will make your feet look long. (Admittedly, I was wearing the wrong size, but the effect was...alarming.) So if you're self-conscious about the size of your feet, these may not be the shoe for you. If not, I can imagine these giving the treasured combination of comfort and elegance to a lot of outfits. Wished they'd worked for me.

I've ordered this show three times. I wore this shoe so much, I had to throw them out after a few years and get another pair. Then realized I lost them a week after I got them (left them at a hotel). Reordered immediately and all is good again. These are a MUST have. They are so comfortable. I can honestly run in them and zip up and down the stairs at the office. And I get compliments on them all the time because they still look stylish. Low heel but looks great with a business skirt (professional) and can wear them with pants that aren't too long. As I'm writing this, I'm realizing I should probably order another pair... just in case.

Love the less than 2 inches heel! After my late forties my feet just hurt in a 2" or higher heel and I've been starving for sexy styles in a 1 3/4 in heel. Pretty shoe, but the size ran about 1/2+ size to big. The toe style lifts a little from the ground as in pointing up when standing still.

I was so excited to find this shoe as I have been looking for an animal print pointed toe pump with a kitten heel...! I was very encouraged after reading the many review! I love to be in style and leopard print shoes are all over the magazines and since I don't due flats, this was perfect! I agree that there is some "toe cleavage" that I wasn't real crazy about and if that was my only issue, I would have kept them. The trim around the top of the shoe cut into my feet and the heel of the right shoe slipped! Both proved to be very uncomfortable! I debated because I really wanted them to work and felt that they would stretch with wear, but when I tried on the other similar style shoe that I ordered (Nine West), they were extremely comfortable right out of the box, so the CK's are going back! I may try a larger size, but that unfortunately would not help the heel slippage or toe cleavage. Love Zappos return policy and hope they get more kitten heel styles in stock in a 5 1/2!

Very simple low heeled pump that was very comfortable in the forefoot. A wardrobe classic that I really wanted to keep, but it's too wide in the heel.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe. Ran a little big. I would recommend ordering a smaller size. My heel kept on slipping out of the shoe while I was walking.

This shoe is adorable, I just need a smaller size and, unfortunately, Zappos does not have the combination size and color I need. I'm disappointed because this shoe may have worked. I've been searching for months for a black, kitten heel pump; I have very hard to fit feet.

I love these shoes the heel height is perfect and I can almost wear them for 8 hours straight! I would buy these in other colors.

Love these shoes! The leather is so soft and the heel is just perfect. They are a bit narrower than I would like, but I just have to break them in. Navy is hard to find in a shoe like this. So glad I found them here!

The shoe fit well. I did have quite a bit of toe cleavage, but I've got long toes so it's expected.

Extremely comfortable shoe for classy style and necessary evergreen basic for your wardrobe. Kitten heel makes it an easy option for work. The front sole is a no slip rubber.

Right out of the box these shoes are very cute, but put them on and walked around for awhile and OUCH. My toes were scrunched up in the toebox and I knew if I wore them any more I'd get a blister. Sadly had to return.

This shoe looked better online than it did in person. In person, the leather looked cheap, the toe was very pointy, and it was a half size too big. My quest for the perfect navy heel continues!

These looked great, but showed a lot more toe cleavage than I wanted for work. All well. I had to return them. Besides showing too much toe, the size, style, and heel height were perfect.

Nice classic pump, but the toe is too long for my taste (a little hard to tell from the photos). Unfortunately, I'll be returning this pair.

Lovely but fit was far too narrow for my foot. Toe of shoe was quite pointy; more so than shown in the photograph.

I think what the other reviewers are interpreting as extra comfort room in the toe just makes the shoe look funny when it was on my foot. The pointed toe was way, way out in front...the shoe feels/looks so much longer than my other pointed toe heels. Too clown shoe-y. Toe cleavage, too. Too bad, because I love the gunmetal/snake finish. The pictures here show it well...it is blingy without being glittery, very cool.
