Great service as usual from Zappos, however, I was disappointed in the shoe because it slides up and down on my foot. I needed a size smaller.

Great shoe and in looking at someone elses review, I found was correct, I ordered 1/2 size smaller than what I usually wear.

I know there are already many many reviews of this shoe! There's a good reason why: it is the perfect, chic, comfortable low shoe that goes as well with work clothes as well as with more casual clothes. It is very very similar to the Jimmy Choo 'Aza' pump which costs a lot (link: http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/jimmy-choo-aza-pump/3368557?origin=category&contextualcategoryid=0&fashionColor=&resultback=0) which is worn by Michelle Obama yet, for a fraction of the price, you can get this fabulous Calvin Klein Diema. The main reason I felt compelled to write this review is because I was surprised to see hardly any mention of how large these shoes run. I always wear an 8.5 and occasionally a size 9, but I found the 8.5 to be a full half size too big for me. My feet are slightly wide and these fit fine, but were definitely too long in the length. I like them so much, I'm returning them for a size 8.

Perfect! Needed small kitten heel & pointy toe. Nice subtle slight sparkle black finish-dress up or down. Super comfy...has cushioned insole & rubber sole so can wear all day...need to be on feet 12 hours & run up & down hills & rough terrain - feel like I'm almost wearing sneakers! Love 'em.

These shoes are adorable and very comfy. I wear them with jeans or to dress up and always get compliments on them. Fun statement without being over the top.

It's very hard to find a "classic" pump with low heels these days! This shoe is comfortable, and so much more flattering that some of the contrived styles of today. And it's easy to walk in! Some of us over 60 gals just can't walk in 5" heels, but we don't dress like senior citizens, either! I love this shoe! And Zappos has the best customer service around!

I have these in both brown suede and black leather. They are absolutely perfect for professional work attire. They're comfortable to a point, but do start to hurt if you walk in them for awhile. Overall I love the heel height, and they're comfortable enough to justify the price and quality of the shoe.

These shoes are awesome. The heel is just high enough to look great with both skirts and slacks or jeans. They are very comfortable and run true to size. I would love to have these in several colors.

These are beautiful shoes, but too narrow for my foot. Unfortunately, they do not come in a wide width.

I love this shoe, very stylish easy to walk in. I had to order a full size smaller than what I normally wear but once I got the sizing right it was very comfortable all afternoon and evening. The heel height is really good for someone not used to wearing high heels but wanting to look stylish; because of the pointy toe this shoe looks elegant. The patent taupe color is really cool looking and works with everything, I originally got it for a wedding but I could wear it every day for work or going out too. I'll get it in other colors once they come in my size.

This shoe is unbelievably comfortable and gorgeous! I ordered the olive suede which is a lovely subtle color just perfect with anything and for fall. This is my 2nd pair of Calvin Klein's shoes, and both have been surprisingly comfortable and stylish. Love. A little toe cleavage can be seen but the comfort overrides that.

I love this shoe. I have it in 3 colors. It's the perfect heel for work every day if you wanted. I wish that it came in navy again, because it is hard to find a true navy heel. But I love all the new colors this year.

Best dress shoes of all times--so comfortable, great heel height. I have many, many pairs and will buy more! Glad to see they are available in more colors this fall.

I love these shoes...so comfortable and pretty but when I had to walk a long distance after wearing them several times, they began to slip up and down on my heels. Wish I had a 1/2 size shorter. I usually wear a N width.

Great shoe! Super cute, very comfortable. Will work well with pants or skirts, even jeans. Usually wear a 7 but ordered 7 1/2 because of pointed toe. It's perfect.

These shoes look great and feel great. They are very easy to walk in all day. They do not scrape the back of my heel or pinch my toes, so that is a plus! The only downside was a bit of toe cleavage, but the shoes themselves are so flattering, so that is completely offset!

The perfect kitten heel black leather pump! The toe is not too pointed or rounded. Very elegant on the foot and comfortable. Great with pants, dresses or skirts. Also a great price. Highly recommend.

Maybe order a half size up. I was pleasantly surprised that these weren't painful after a long day on my feet, but I can't really say they were comfortable. They were pretty snug in my normal size 9, so by the end of the day I was wishing I'd bought the 9.5. I'm still hopeful that they'll stretch out a bit. Overall, I'd say these aren't too bad. A solid 4 out of 5.

I've owned a black pair of these shoes for a few years and just added a mink suede pair to my closet for warmer weather wear. My days of high heels are over; these are great for dressing up a bit when needed and are flattering with both pants and dresses thanks to the elongating pointed toe. Runs large, I sized down a half size from 8.5 to 8.

This is a very pretty shoe (I ordered the Light Taupe Patent) at a very good price. I really hoped that it would work. Unfortunately, it runs a bit large/long. I normally wear a 5m; however there was a 1/4" gap at the heel when I stood in these. Instead, I found the Cole Haan Juliana which is very similar but fit much better. It is more expensive though. If you are able to size down 1/2 size, I would recommend trying the Calvin Klein. I would have done that had they offered a size 4 1/2 in these, but they do not.

These are simple, comfortable shoes I can wear all day and not have a problem. I haven't had any blisters or rubbing from the shoes, even the first time wearing them. I don't love the look of the toe, but that may be my own fault for not looking more closely at the pictures. I doesn't bother me enough to return them.

Taupe is a good color and the heel height is comfortable for work and walking. But the shoe runs slightly large. If I wear them without stockings, I still have to put a pad in the shoe to keep them from slopping off at each step. I'd half size down.

I can't really wear heels but needed some for 4 back to back school interviews that included walking tours. I bought these in a 7.5 for the super low heel but felt my heel coming out a bit so I ordered the 7 too. The 7 was too tight so I just stuffed the 7.5 in the pointy front. I thought the pointed toe was a bit exaggerated and didn't really suit my style, and they made me look older and aggressive (I'm 25). If I wasn't pressed for shopping time, I would have probably tried on some different shoes in store. I got some blisters on side of my feet but overall I'd say they got the job done.

Great shoe! Fits perfectly, looks great with pants and comfortable enough to wear all day.
