As always, Zappos filled my order flawlessly. They had the lowest price, plus they upgraded me from standard to next day shipping at no cost. They will always be the first place I look to to order shoes.

The sole of the shoe on only one shoe had an issue splitting across the bend of the foot side to side. Zappos didn't repair or replace the shoe due to the defect, however ECCO did at no charge.

I live and die by ECCO's - quality is tops, as is comfort and usually styling. My only quibble with this shoe is its color - reddish brown and not, for example, cordovan brown. They stand out too much for my tastes - I wish I'd been more patient and not worn them until I looked them over more closely. Otherwise fine.

I ordered these shoes in black and brown. The black pair still looks great, a year later. I alternate them about daily to minimize wear. Unfortunately, the brown pair has not held up well. The sole at the toes has begun to peel off (the rubber part). Very disappointing! I think it is time for me to fork out the money for some good AE's.

The Ecco "Seattle Apron Tie" is a great shoe! Felt very comfortable on the first day of wear and is only getting better every day. I really like the look of this shoe and will be ordering another pair in cognac soon. I do have to say that I believe the sizing is off by one size as compared to the other brands of dress shoes I normally wear. I typically wear an 8.5 or 9 in most brands, for about the last 30 years or so. When looking at the sizing chart for the Ecco shoe, this would indicate a 42 (8 - 8.5) but the size 42 was a full size to large, had to return for a 41 (7 - 7.5). At this point is were Zappos amazing customer service kicked in! From when I clicked on the button to start the return/exchange process to receiving the new smaller size pair took one day! I was blown away...no extra charges, no hassle, just a new pair of shoes in my size before the old pair had left to go back. Zappos, you have a new customer for life. Thank you.

I bought these for my husband so he would have some nicer shoes to wear with jeans and a sport coat. He LOVES them. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he owns and they really do look great. The color is deep and rich. Ecco is his new go-to shoe.

Love the shoes, this is my second pair. Only issue I have involves how easily scuffed they get. One wrong footstep and they are scuffed for life. As far as maintenance goes, they are easy to take care of--I clean them once a month and remove any heavy dirt stains whenever I see them. The arch in my foot really gives these shoes a wear. But with that said, my last pair endured 3 years (I probably should have bought a new pair within 2 years).

Love them. Good quality and comfortable from the first wearing. I did, however, order one size smaller than my previous Eccos and they fit perfect.

Great shoes! Looks great and very comfortable. My husband usually hates to wear dress shoes but he liked these. He wouldn't wear these everyday but will anytime he can't wear his sneakers.

I've had the black version of this for a while. One of the most comfortable shoes ever. The sole is compliant and provides plenty of cushion. The shoe is also quite breathable. On the somewhat less positive side, the actual color of the shoe is 'redder' than the photo would suggest. Finally, the sole cannot be replaced giving the shoe limited shelf life. That said, the shoe does look good and last for a couple of years.

I absolutely love ECCOs. I had a pair before this that lasted for close to 7 years. I usually wear a 10.5 shoe, but the ECCOs fit me best in size 43. I love the cognac color and the fit after break in is super comfy and keeps me going all day on my feet.

My husbands favorite brand of shoes. His last pair had more of a rounded toe vs square so he feels like these fit a little big, but not significant enough to return, he'll just deal with it. Very stylish!

Ilove these shoes. I only wear ECCO and Zappos makes it so convenient to order from my office and have them show up at my door three days later. You guys are great!

I bought these for my husband. He says they are comfortable, supportive, and don't slip on rainy Seattle sidewalks. Sounds good to me. True to size, as well.

They run big: I am 8 1/2 - 9 and take 42 in some shoes, but had to exchange for a 41 and they're good. ECCO are always great choice if you're on your feet all day like me.

We bought these ECCO shoes in the brown color for my husband earlier this year and he loves them! They are comfortable, classy, and can be easily worn with nice jeans as well as with a 3 piece suit. :-) Still look brand new even after so many wearings!

This is a great looking shoe, and it is extremely comfortable. I was able to pull these shoes out of the box and wear them all day at the office, and I am on my feet a lot. They are ECCO, so you know they are well constructed. It's a solid shoe that I anticipate wearing for a long time. The size is OK. It feels slightly large, but not enough to detract from the comfort of the shoes.

They have the quality I associate with the ECCO brand. The fit true to the previous ECCO shoes I've bought and broke in nicely by the end of day 1. My go-to brand for comfortable and reliable dress shoes.

Nice shoe, comfortable and stylish. I do vary a bit between size 12 or 13, definitely needed the 13 in these as they seemed to run but narrow. Arch support is good, comfortable overall so far.

These shoes are great. Comfortable right out of the box and they fit perfectly. The sizing chart was not exact for what I normally wear. I'm a size 9, but went with an 8.5 or size 42 based on other reviews stating that the shoes run a little big. I don't think they run big necessarily, but some interpolation is required based on the sizes offered and the sizing chart. With good cedar shoe trees I expect to get years of good use out of these shoes, even through winters in Denver.

These are excellent quality shoes. They are the go to work horse shoes for those who want nice looking shoes and are constantly on their feet. They do run one size large. Ecco quality for these shoes has stayed consistent despite manufacturing in different sites.

I bought these for my 35 year old son (he did pick them out). He is extremely happy with them and says the Ecco is the most comfortable shoe. Also, he has a job in Atlanta where he needs to be in style, so these fit that criteria. Normally, he wears a size 13, but I got him a 12 because, he knew from past Ecco shoes how they run.

I have had expensive shoes before include Naot and Josef Seibel and I like these the best. What is remarkable is that I can find such a comfortable shoe that I can wear with a suit. The only slight drawback that the Ecco name is visible. I would prefer not to have a branded dress shoe, but its not blatantly obvious!
