Ordered these shoes for my husband. He is normally a size 10.5 (US), so we ordered a size 44 (Euro) first, but had to return and get a size 43, which fit. The color is a nice rich brown, and the leather quality looks good enough for dress shoes. They look fine with slacks, jeans, or suits. I like the seam lines/toe design on this shoe better than the other Eccos on this site -- like a slightly rounded rectangle, but not too boxy. The sole is black.

I am a big fan of Ecco shoes and own several pairs. The Helsinki slip ons are comfortable and great for city walking. They are easy to care for and wear well. If you are in the market for a very comfortable pair of shoes for walking, the Helsinki will serve you well. They can be worn with jeans or with dress slacks.

Great shoes. I am a musician on my feet for 6 to 7 hours at a time with only one short 20 minute period to sit down the entire time period. I'm moving constantly on my feet while performing, so my feet get quite a work out. The shoes I had prior to these (Donald P.) were more expensive and actually were causing my feet to hurt by the end of the night and especially the next morning! One of my band mates had the same DP shoes and the same problem. Although the DPs were more stylish, comfort was a sacrifice. They are a nice shoe to wear to dinner and a movie- not for spending time on your feet. We had the discussion after he noticed my newer ECCOs, and I couldn't say enough about how much more comfortable my feet are in the ECCOs. They do run generous in size, which is fine with me, as my feet tend to swell over a period of hours of working. I ordered them on the smaller side, and they are perfect. I am now looking into other ECCO styles, and likely will buy more of them. Thanks ECCO, for making a comfortable, affordable, good looking shoe!

These are a super, super, super comfortable and good looking shoe. I recommend ECCO to anyone who has foot/ankle problems or just walks a lot. One caveat is the European sizing... I normally take a size 11 in US sizing, and in European sizing the 44 is a tad too small while the 45 is a hair too big. Prepare for this when you buy these shoes.

It is simple. I used to buy inexpensive shoe. But they were just cheap. Invest in the ECCOs. They are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They even old a good shine too.

Great quality shoes, you will realize this the minute you put them on. I normally wear a 10 in most other shoes, but I ordered the 43 (US Men's 9-9.5), and those fit perfectly.

These shoes are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 13 but can wear some 12's. These shoes were a little smaller at first but after wearing them a while they fit fine. I bought the largest size they had and wish they came in a larger size.

This is my second pair of Ecco shoes and I have been very happy with them. The quality and comfort is as good as a shoe twice the price.

This pair of shoes felt great the moment I first put them on. I immediately ordered a pair in the same size in black. Unfortunately Zappos could not fill the order in my size. It seems that Ecco Shoes is no longer interested in making shoes for people who wear less than size 7 (40 euro). I ordered and received the black pair from Nordstroms.

I have purchased Ecco before and I can depend on the quality of the shoe. These are the shoes I wear to the office. They are comfortable and they look good.

The only reason I gave four stars for comfort is that I wish there was a little more arch support (along the lines of Dansko). But aside from this, these shoes are like walking on air. They are incredibly light and very comfortable! If you are on the go as opposed to sitting at a desk all day, they make a huge difference. Given how I walk, the outer heel wears deeply on my right shoe and begins to give me lower back pain. That is how I know it is time for new shoes. When you work long hours, travel a lot and do not wish to dedicate your little spare time to shopping, there is simply no replacement for Zappos! Phenomenal customer service and absolutely no hassle returns should you buy two sizes and return one. Thank you for the quick back pain relief.

These are good shoes, and they look great. They're a little tight across the metatarsal joints, but otherwise, I like them.

I am not normally this fashionable but decided to take the leap to Ecco's. Can't tell you how glad I am that I did ! These shoes look and feel great. Get 'em, you won't be sorry.

This is a great shoe. I had to buy new shoes for work that I would be wearing everyday, and these were perfect.

This is my second pair of Helsinki Slip On's. Just love Ecco shoes. I take public transportation to work every day so I end up walking a couple of miles a day. These are comfortable from day one and hold up so well.

This is a second pair of this style I bought for my husband, he already had the brown ones. He asked for these as his other pair of black slip on dress shoes was considerably less comfortable. Ecco fits his wider flat feet perfectly, he owns 6 or 7 pairs in different styles.

These are super comfortable and not completely hideous. I've thrown out my non-Ecco dress shoes and have converted to an Ecco-only dress shoe lifestyle.

Best shoe in the world. Amazing, I cant even describe how comfortable there shoes are. I have been suffering all my life from foot pain, until I discovered the ECCO brand several years ago.

As always, Eccos are great, and Zappos is too. These shoes might feel just slightly narrow, but that could be the socks.

I love this shoe. Comfort, dress and casual style, and durability. I am currently on my 3rd pair.

First pair of ECCOs so had some reservations. But they turned out to be light, flexible, solid construction, great with jeans but can dress up nicely and had minimal break-in time. I love these shoes and would consider getting in another color.

After burning through brown shoes since I wear them every day, I decided it was time to spend a little more and get some Ecco's. After a tough two day break-in period, the shoes have been excellent. I've even managed to get a couple of compliments already from the ladies. I think others have mentioned it but these shoes are closer to a rust or cordovan color than true brown - however, I think that makes them look better.

I got these for my husband. He has a hard time finding shoes that work for him because he has some foot and back issues and wears a size 14 or 15. He loves these and we will definitely be purchasing ECCO brand in the future.
