Zappos is the greatest! Bought two pairs of shoes they were a bit too big sent them back and got the new pair which fit just right! No hassles, no problems. Go Zappos.

Comfortable good looking shoe. Bought them to replace another shoe by Ecco that finally died after 7 years or so of use.

I ordered these, a similar pair of Rockports and a Cole Haan for my husband. He tried them all and there was just to contest as to the most comfortable, lightest weight, and quality construction. Ecco is a keeper.

I have to wear business type shoes for work 40+ hours a week. Ecco - hands down the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. On my second pair.

Great pair of shoes and great service from Zappos. I am a first time customer but for sure it won't be my last. Thanks for the great service and quality products.

This is my third pair of the same style and color. I was a strong advocate until my current pair. This hasn't held as well as my previous pairs. The fit is gone after five months. I am starting to look for an alternate brand. I am curious to hear from others if they've noticed similar trend in quality degradation.

This is my 6th pair of ECCOs and 2nd of this exact style and color. The last ones are still in great shape except for the heel, which finally wore down after about 4 years.
They look great with a suit or a pair of jeans.
Zappos is awesome as always with their customer service.

Good looking shoes. I was somewhat disappointed with the comfort after reading all the great reviews. I'm not saying they are bad comfort-wise, but they are definitely dress shoes and are far from the comfort of some other sort of shoe like tennis shoes or crocs.

Tried these, the New Jerseys and Holtons. This one definitely felt great right out of the box with no break-in time. The others were too tight and felt stiff (in the same size 44). Not sure what's up with the weird sizing issues with different Ecco shoes. Only downside is they have a design that goes around the toe of the shoe that might be a turn-off for some vs the other styles.

These have typical outstanding Ecco quality and are built to last. I do like the square toe styling and the fit is ideal. However, for a little more you can move up to the Ecco Fusion model, which offers more bang for the buck in my opinion.

Great shoe, long lasting and good looking. I can attest that the sizing is a bit tricky. I have size 44 Ecco sneakers that fit great, but the slip on design of these begins to hurt the top of my left foot after about a half-day in them. A 45 might solve this, or just a different model, so if you're in between sizes, I'd recommend going a little big.

This was the second pair of the same shoe I have bought. I wear them at work and find them very comfortable. I spend most of my day on my feet.

Only had these shoes for a couple weeks, but so far, they have been a better (albeit more expensive) alternative to the Kenneth Cole Punchual Slip On I've worn historically. Although not as sleek as the KC, the Ecco sole is more more shock absorbent, which is good for my back. The Ecco shoe has the bike toe that I prefer, but the one thing I had to get used to was the little tear drop in the heel back. This allows the shoe to glide up and down a bit on your heel as you walk. I didn't like the feeling at first, but quickly got used to it and don't even notice it anymore. Sizing is always an issue for me, as I run 15 in casual but 16 in sport, and many shoes run in between. So the best insight I can give you is that whatever you wear in a Birkenstock sandal will work for you. The European sizing generally captures a half size more. I purchased the 49, which is a US 15-15.5 and the Ecco fit great. Overall, a good looking shoe you can wear to work or casually.

Very comfortable now that I've broken them in. Initially when walking in them the leather would impact on the top of the foot just behind the toes and was irritating (for about a week) other problem was the heel gripping to tightly for about 1 month before I finally worked them in. Now they are a snug fit and look great. They do require buffing with shoe polish the tips can scuff fairly easily.

Great shoes, however, be careful, the Rust color is more red than it appears online.

I purchased the Helsinki and New Jersey in brown, as they looked similar online and I wanted to see which I liked best. The Helsinki had a more casual look and softer, more supple upper. The problem for me with the Helsinki was that the way the leather handled being creased on the top when you walk. The creases were lighter and really noticeable after just walking around my house a bit. The New Jersey was dressier, with a firmer upper that held its shape better, and there was no noticeable creases in the top of the shoe after walking. I kept the New Jersey.

I usually wear a 9.5 or a 10. i read that these shoes run somewhat large, so I ordered a pair of size 43 which is billed as the equivalent of 9-to-9.5, but they're too big. I would say the 43 is equivalent to a ~10.5. unfortunately my 13-month-old scratched them with her fingernails, so I can't really send them back for a smaller size.
otherwise, they are beautiful shoes with excellent construction.

Unfortunately, the brown color was more of a caramel and not the right shade for what I was looking for.

I just bought these shoes. They are my second pair of ECCO. I was very happy with the first. I wear US 11 size and I always make a mistake of getting EU 45 size first, which are too large, and have to drop to 44, which fits nice.
Now, I've come to expect comfort from ECCO as soon as I put my feet in them. And the positive reviews sold me. But after I wore them for a longer period of time I found that my pinky toes are pressed against the outside of the shoes where they curve. The constant pressure and rubbing is extremely uncomfortable. Ouch...
My shoes are off as I'm writing this review and my toes are rejoicing. I am not sure if I can still return those now. And I'm not sure if they will get better with prolonged wear. Overall, I'm very unhappy about this product and I am not sure if I will continue buying ECCO brand.

These are good looking shoes but despite three attempts in different sizes, the heal still slips - even with a very tight forefoot. Maybe these are just not designed for hobbit feet like mine

Disappointed. Looked at a pair manufactured in China that looked great, but not in my size. Ordered a 39 for the perfect fit, and the quality paled in comparison to the pair from China. this new pair was from Portugal.
The color was way darker, muddy brown and for a second I thought I might have accidentally ordered it in rust, but that's not what the box says. That wasn't even the worst of it. The real insult came from the hacked stitching work. Clearly the Portugal model was not use for photography.
Even the box was poorly put together compared to the pair I looked at from China.
Such a shame, I really wanted to like these.

I’ve had several pairs of these shoes and they are excellent! Always comfortable from break-in and last a long time too.
