This is my fifth pair of Ecco's and I have been very happy with the comfortable fit and durability. I wear a size 15 and have noticed in the past few months that there seem to be fewer selections in my size. That is my only complaint about Ecco.

I've become a fan of ECCO. They are always very well made and look good far longer than rival brands. The Helsinki pair I received about a month ago did not disappoint. It is a substantial shoe for daily use, yet it has a fashionable look and is extraordinarily comfortable.

Very comfortable and spiffy. A little too shiny and the laces are always coming undone though. No big deal.

My husband has two pairs of Ecco's in the same size as this pair and loves them, but this style was too narrow in the toe box and just felt generally smaller than the other style.

Zappos has easy shopping and super fast delivery. I will shop this site again in the future.

I was looking for a comfortable everyday dress shoe. The Ecco Helsinki felt true to size and required no break-in time whatsoever. Great shoe. I would buy another pair immediately. Extremely comfortable.

Fantastic shoe, stylish and extremely comfortable. I've bought two other pairs of ECCO, by far my favorite brand.

Stylish, yet comfortable enough to walk miles through cities and airports. They go equally well with a suit or jeans, and have a padded back to keep your achilles from getting rubbed raw. This is my 2nd pair, even though I haven't worn out the first yet.

The clouds of air I put on my feet needed no break in period whatsoever! The "Helsinki" by Ecco is by far worth the price. I normally wear a ten and have a wide foot. I took a chance and ordered regular width and it is just perfect. I did, however, order the 9-9.5 and am glad I did.

Great everyday shoes. Love the look of Ecco's and always great service from Zappos. Ecco's are the Asics of dress shoes. They are extremely comfortable.

These shoes look and feel great. Like all Eccos I have owned in the Oxford (business) style, they provide a light, airy feel with a relaxing and supportive foundation. Excellent shoes. One word of caution with this color and finish: Be careful when you try them on. As soon as you take a step and flex the shoe, strong crease marks take hold in the leather. Some shoes take a day or so to develop these creases, but this shoe takes only a single step. This is fine if you want to keep the shoes (the creases look great and add character) but if you wanted to return them it would be a problem because the shoe definitely does not look new with the creases.

Overall, a very good shoe, but ecco has lost big style points with me for putting their name on the shoes, something they did not used to do. A half size to full size smaller than marked--definitely order up in size.

I have always been a big fan of Ecco because of the comfort and support their shoes give my size 15 foot. This shoe was a big disappointment, and I returned it immediately. Ecco has redesigned the insole, making it too clunky. As a result of the new high arch, anti-fungal, anti-wetness, all-in-one insole, my ankles rubbed against the outside of the shoe. They were very uncomfortable. I hate it when perfectly good shoes get redesigned!

Be warned... My husband has been buying Ecco shoes for years. The soles on two frequently worn pairs fell apart. Then he started wearing another pair and the soles fell apart with minimal wear. I don't expect much more from these. Ecco's website indicates that they are not willing to help: "ECCO’s One-Year Limited Warranty applies solely to ECCO products purchased at our website, us.ecco.com, or from authorized ECCO retailers. The One-Year Limited Warranty is void if purchased from an unauthorized dealer. For Authorized retail stores, Click Here. Some defects such as deteriorating soles go beyond the One-Year Limited Warranty. ECCO reserves the right to inspect any shoe for determination of warranty coverage. ECCO DOES NOT OFFER REPAIRS OR REFURBISHMENT." We will never buy ECCO shoes again.

Runs larger (1/2 size) than normal. Good looking shoe with excellent support and comfort. Went with Kenneth Cole for the last 5 years, but these look like the leather is better quality and hopefully the the sole will last longer than 6 months!

The shoe is well constructed and comfortable. It makes a great work/casual dress shoe when paired with khakis or other earth-toned trousers.

The best out of the box shoes I have ever purchased for comfort and fit. Ecco does and outstanding job! I'm in the airline industry on the flight ramp all day, no dogs barking here. Zappos is the best relating delivery, returns and customer service.

Zappos has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. The shoes are great too. In fact I bought a second pair for my son.

I couldn’t be happier with the pair I ordered in black. I have received quite a few compliments. They are also very comfortable for days when I’m constantly on the move. The fit is perfect. I imagine, however, that if I were someone who likes a very roomy toe-box, then this would perhaps not be the best shoe for me. I also ordered the pair in rust brown and found them to be definitely roomier than the black -- too roomy for my slightly narrow foot, so I returned them. Thanks as always to the prompt and courteous staff at Zappos.

EXCELLENT!! I was a little a hesitant about the price that comes with ECCO but worth every penny especially if you are on your feet all day in shoes like these. You can tell they are built quality and they really are very comfortable.

These are neither the most comfortable nor highest quality Eccos that I have owned, but they are Eccos, so they're pretty good. However, if I'm going to pay $140+ for a pair of shoes, I'd like to know where they're made. Zappos is near perfect, but one way they can improve is by listing the country of origin (which I think they used to do). These are made in China, and if I had known that prior to making the purchase I probably wouldn't have bought them. They're light, but that's because they're made of thinner material.

I was pleasantly surprised by the light weight of these...they run true to size and the lamination of the sole to the uppers seems really solid. Quiet soles. Good fit for my workaday cubicle world.
