I keep shoes for a long time and don\'t remember when I bought my last pair. These Ecco shoes felt good when I put them on and have stayed so, and I\'m on my feet for a long time. Yeah, I would recommend them. They\'re easy to walk in, light, comfortable, and the service is good. I did notice a significant price increase from when I bought mine to currently, though.

I've been wearing Ecco shoes as my primary shoes (both dress and casual) for more than 15 years. This pair is the first I've owned that didn't fit like a glove right out of the box--they were a bit stiff, and the first few weeks my toes were a bit roughed-up by the top and sides of the shoe (even wearing a thicker sock). Still, they have begun to break-in now. They look great, and given Ecco's reputation (and my [past experience), I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. It's been about a month -- so we'll see!

The shoes are very comfortable. They are light weight and provide good arch support. The size and style were right on.

I like nice quality shoes and I like good solid style like Allen Edmonds. However, I am in my 60's and need to wear an arch support. Yes, an orthotic. They cam be sizable to fit in a shoe, so you need a removable footbed/ insert like Ecco has. This shoe also has a wider toe box that helps accommodate how the foot is elevated in the shoe by the arch support. The Helsinki is the best shoe I have found for this purpose. (I also own a pair of Mephisto too. They have a great shoe too, but, it's over 400 bucks.) The style is okay, but it is hard to get a sweet style (like a good Italian leather shoe) and still get the fit needed for the orthotic. I highly recommend this shoe. I actually had a pair before getting the orthotic and the Ecco factory arch support insert is highly comfortable on it's own. Anyway, I wish Ecco would make more like this. I ordered a couple of different styles from Zappos and their service was awesome for returning and getting to the right fit shoe.

I love these shoes. I wear them to work and they are as comfortable to walk in as sneakers - I should know because I walk a mile to work every day and back. They are European sized and they run a little bit big. Usually I wear an US 8 but I had to get a size 41 here which they say is US 7-7.5. These are great if you have a wide foot as there is lots of room for your toes. The brown leather is very handsome too.

Great looking shoe, especially if you have big feet like me - it makes your foot look smaller due to its cut! I loved them so much I bought the slip on in black. I usually wear 16US/50EU but this shoe runs smaller than usually so I returned them and ordered 15 which was perfect. This is a very light, comfortable and great looking shoe! I loved it!

These were another great buy. The toe is rather less pointed than you might guess from the pictures. But they are still stylish and look great with jeans. They are, as always with Ecco, well made and extremely comfortable even for those with wide feet.

I bought these shoes (from a brick and mortar store) literally the day before I left for a 4 week trip to Europe. I have had over a dozen pairs of Ecco shoes over the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. These were the only shoes I took (literally, the ONLY footwear I had with me the entire trip) and they performed fantastically. Light, stylish and durable, they needed no break in time and kept my feet cool and comfortable the entire time. I walked over 5 miles almost every day (Paris, Venice, Florence, Rome, Amsterdam) and it felt like I was wearing athletic shoes. My only complaint is that the leather that Ecco uses on these shoes is of slightly less quality than the leather they have used on other shoes in the past (for example the leather on the old New City Classic line used to be as smooth as silk). It's a bit rigid and "fake" feeling, but still, very comfortable and they look nice enough. Also, the bicycle toe look isn't my favorite, but I thought I would give them a try. Still, for the price these are minor complaints. If you like the look of these shoes, you can't go wrong. If you've never worn Ecco's, you don't know what you are missing!

Great looking shoe but not enough room for toes. Bought the normal Ecco size I have in the past for other styles. Note that this shoe has synthetic lining rather than leather. Length seemed ok but too tight around toes. I exchanged for Ecco Holton, more $$ but roomier and has leather lining. Holtons fit completely different and much better in my opinion, quality level is better also.

Like the color and style but it is not the most comfortable shoe...the design of the shoes causes an uncomfortable crease just below the base of my toes.

Purchased same model Ecco three years ago and loved them. Now this one feels and wears like cheep plastic knockoff Done with zappos

I know what size I need in Ecco. These are consistent to that sizing.

I purchased these for my father for Father’s Day. He has been flatfoot his whole life and needs a great arch. He had this brand for years and his souls disintegrated. I surprised him with a new hair and he loves them. Thanks for making his day.

I love these shoes. They are great for everyday work wear. Comfortable for walking. I did change the inside for better arch support.

Nice soft flexible leather but not as shiny as in the photo. These shoes are excellent, no breaking in needed. ECCO remains a quality product.

I'm very happy with them and they fit great.

Wonderful shoes, my second pair. First pair was blank, second brown - black pair is still in excellent condition and they wear very well (still look new). I have noticed these shoes do sometimes squeak or squeal when walking but not always. They are extremely lightweight (sole is super light rubber) and comfortable. I will continue to buy these if they continue to hold up well durability wise.

This is my second pair. They are excellent. Recommended by my orthopedist.

I bought these shoes for my grandson who works in a restaurant. They are super comfortable, and he wore them all day on the first day with no issues. They help prevent sliding in any wet areas in the kitchen area of the restaurant. He loves them.

This is the third pair of this shoe that we bought. My husband wears this and the same style in black pretty much every day and says they’re super comfy.
