Great summer flip-flop - I bought this shoe 3 years ago on vacation. I wore it nearly everyday in the summer. This year when I was digging out my summer clothes one was MISSING. Just had to buy myself another pair! Perfect summer staple.

Reef’s Butter shoe - I am overall satisfied with this shoe. It was comfortable and the strap across the foot is not too big or too small. I am completely happy with my purchase.

Comfortable Summer Staple - Reefs are my favorite brand of sandals and these in particular are quite comfy and cute. I'll probably be walking in them until September!

A little clunky! I usually love Reef sandals...I have several pairs of their flip-flops. These are cute (I got the silver), but they are a little heavy and clunky. I've worn them a couple of times and are getting used to the feel (and I like the platform...makes me seem taller).

Great shoes however it would be better if they offered 1/2 sizes...

Great, but for one thing... These are great sandals. The foot bed is squishy and very comfortable. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't order the sandals with the decorative stitching. The stitching rubs a little bit. Would be more comfortable without. Aside from that, no complaints.

Something different from Reef - I love Reef sandals. They are always comfortable. This one is a little tight around the strap, but since it is leather I don't see it being tight for long.

Nice Sandal - I found these to be a flip flop that needs breaking in which is different. Once they are broken in, they are very comfortable. They are also quite nice looking.

A shoe with a bit of lift - Nice easy shoe with a bit of heighth...soft and comfy...great for Hawaiian casual and party.

Straps stretch out a lot! Like a previous reviewer, I found that these stretched out quite a bit. Very difficult to wear now without scrunching my toes and cramping my feet. I wish I had followed my instincts not to spend so much money on a flip flop.

Man, are these heavy!! I'm referring to the Butters here. I love how they look (got them in black), but surprisingly they are extremely heavy--you could use mine as a weapon in a pinch!--and the footbed is flat and very rigid. Maybe it's because I have narrow feet, but the thong, coupled with the weight of the flop, nearly chewed my toe-cleft raw from day one. So, they look great, but I'm not coming back for a second pair of these. Zappos, as always, is the very best, though--had the order in my hands in less than 18 hours. Just amazing!

Foot bed too slippery! Absolutely LOVE the look of these sandals but the footbed is shiny and slippery that my foot slips out when trying to walk. Was disappointed because it seems like so many people are happy with these but unfortunately I am going to have to return them!

NOT Pewter and NO arch support - I bought these in "pewter" which was much closer to bronze. I wanted to replace my beloved Gingers and spice things up a bit, but these had no arch support! Very disappointing. I need the cutest shoes possible with arch support for my flat feet. Otherwise summer is miserable!

Heavy shoe - This shoe was much heavier than expected. I would not recommend.

Okay - I'm not sure why these get rave reviews; they fit like typical flip-flops. Very large though, I suggest rounding down for size. They're very wide, too.

Not as comfortable as most Reefs - I bought this shoe because it is a little dressier than the typical Reef flip flop. But the straps are made of a different material and rubbed my skin raw.

Disappointed - I searched high and low for these sandals. I got them and was very disappointed. They are my correct size but the way they are made they rub against the top of your foot. Now I have sores on the top of my foot and can not return them because I wore them. What a waste of money.

Not as comfortable as I thought - These are a great shoe of quality. Unfortunately they just do not do well for my feet. They are not as comfortable as I thought from the reviews. My feet are on the wide side so they were not as easy to get into. I am sure they will stretch.

Used to be much better... First off, they raised the price for these... I was disappointed when I got mine. The sole is not flexible and the straps are tight, so they dig into my feet. I bought Butter about 3 years ago for less money and they were much better!

Butter Flops - I had another pair of platformesque Reef flips that were a little higher and looked very similar but were 100x more comfortable due to the foam sole they used. I thought these were going to be the same (just not as high) but they were surprisingly HARD. I like the "butter" finish of the 'insole,' but was a little disappointed with how hard and rigid they are.

Kind of a flop - I bought these Reefs because I know people who swear by them -- but I'm a bit disappointed in the comfort level. I've broken these in slowly, but I still get terrible blisters from the strap if I walk far distances. Not really what I was hoping for in a flip flop. Zappos service, however, was beyond compare per usual.

Just not enough support for troubled feet - The reviews on these are great, so I figured I would try. I felt no arch support and thought they felt clunky. Also the strap was so wide. So these are headed back to Zappos. Thank you Zappos for your great service.

Reef's Butter W - Love the color. The shoe is a little heavier than I expected, but no problem. I wear size 8--ordered size 8--fits fine.

Butter review - This flip flop is okay. Not the best... A little to "clunky" for my liking. Should have chosen something with a thinner strap. Like the height of the heel but with the thick straps it looks less feminine.

Too heavy!!! I purchased these shoes thinking they would feel like "butter" instead I felt like I had weights on my feet!
