Perfect fit - Stuart Weitzman shoes are the perfect fit but narrower than marked on leather shoes. I have a hard time finding my size. When Stuart Weitzman says 4.5, it is definitely a 4.5. Others are never what they say. This brand will always be the first I look at before anyone else. Thank you!

Beautiful shoe but way too narrow! I don't have particularly wide feet, but I could not even get this shoe on my foot! I own a few other pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes (all in a size 8) which fit fine, so I was surprised by how narrow these were. I was disappointed by how different the fit was compared to other Weitzman shoes that are similar in style. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.

Bringing Sexy Back1 - This shoe has all the elements that I look for in a pump: extreme pointy toe, high stiletto heel w/slight curve and perfect profile views. HOWEVER, if you have any 'imperfections' on baby toe, the cut of shoe across toe can be uncomfortable!

HOT SHOE - This show is very nice looking. I had to return in because there was absolutely no support. I am used to wearing very high heel shoes but the heel on this one felt really flimsy and unstable.

Stuart Weitzman Fever pumps - This shoe gets top marks for looks but the sizing is very strange. I am a true size 8. I initially ordered it the brown patent color but there was no room to move my toes. Then I decided to try the black kid as I thought the leather would be more forgiving. Yes it was, but not enough. The left shoe fit fine and I was willing to let me feet break into it but my right shoe was so tight, there was barely room for my pinky toe. I had to return the shoes unfortunately. I had tried the 8.5 in the store but it was too big so finally I accepted that this shoe was not built for my type of foot and took a pass. It is very very narrow.

HOT - So beautiful, but sized very strangely. Run a full size small and extremely pointy narrow. Not for walking.

Beautiful but naaaaarrow! You should give yourself plenty of time to practice walking in these puppies before venturing out on your big night with them on. They are a little tricky, but feel good on the foot if you get the right size.

Hot Shoes. I love this shoe but after 8 hours your start to feel the pain.

High Fashion - Whenever I were these shoes I definitely feel confident, tall, and sexy. As you'd expect, when you are wearing a 4" heel and are doing anything but sitting, they will start to feel uncomfortable after a while. However, I do not find them excruciatingly painful enough to take off.

Sleek - I really needed this shoe for a special occasion. I ordered it a week before the event in my size; however, when I received it... I had one shoe in my size and one shoe was a size smaller. I contacted Zappos Customer Service and my representative was very nice and understanding, with her help I was able to rush them back and reordered but I only had a choice of a half size smaller than I would normally wear. The representative even sent me a hand written apology letter for the confusion! (Way to serve your customers Zappos!)Initially they were perfect...but as the evening went on I wasn't able to stand still! Maybe this would not have been the case if I were able to secure my correct size...I originally ordered. But they really were hot...hot to see because they made my outfit and I received many compliments...also hot because they were burning the bottom of my feet like crazy!!!!!!

Beautiful yet uncomfortable - They are gorgeous shoes only when you’re sitting down. Hard to walk on for a period of time.

Narrow shoe! Bought these for my girlfriend who wears a 9M shoe 95% of the time. She could not even get her foot into the 9M, tried the 9W and that was too narrow. Tried the 10M and that was too small too. Very bummed because she LOVED the look of the shoe in Cognac.

WOW - These are sooooo pretty. They are so high and very hard to walk in. I sent them back because for $200 I better be able to wear them whenever. They are HOT though. I cried at the post office when I had to return them.

Very Narrow - I ordered these shoes for a formal party and I can't wear them because they are too narrow. If I had time to return them and re-order I would order the wide size. They look great on though.

Sexy, classic pump - but not meant for walking! Gorgeous pump - typical SW quality and incredibly sexy, but classic enough for a pantsuit. Nice side profile and toe area is cut in a way to show a small amount of toe cleavage. Fits true to size, but these are NARROW! My feet normally can take a B or M comfortably, but it's a bit snug on my right foot. The left fits great for me, so I'm hoping I can stretch these out on my own.

Looks That Kill: Stuart Weitzman Fever - I love high heels. And over the years, I've gotten very good at eyeballing shoes for proportion. Things like heel placement & height can make or break your experience in a great looking pair of heels. Well, all I can say is that I underestimated this little beauty. The heel is about 1/4" too high and thin for comfort, especially since the sides of the shoe aren't high enough to keep your foot stable when you step. The description says that the heel is 4" high, but I'd swear it's higher...I'll have to go home and measure. I've worn 4" heels for years with no problem at all. Another surprise: the shoe is much narrower than I expected. Combined with the extra-high heel, it made for a very interesting wearing experience. Interesting in an I'll-give-these-one-more-chance-before-I-give-them-to-charity sort of way. Overall, these shoes are HOT!!! But if you're planning to order them, adjust accordingly for size and don't wear them out of the house until you're certain that they work for you.

Very Sexy Shoe! The shoes are stunning on your feet! Especially in the patent leather cognac tartaruga print which is very similar to a tortoise shell look. The only thing is to be aware that they are very narrow at the toe and depending on the shape of your foot, and taking into consideration the 4 inch heel, you may want to buy a half size smaller than you normally wear. Other than that the shoes are BEAUTIFUL!

Review as requested by Zappos - I agree with everything everyone else said. It is extremely sexy, narrow in front even in the wide; the arch support and heel are comfortable. I can see with a narrow and long foot it could be very comfortable. Just don't try doing much walking and you have a serious man-pleaser (and why should you be walking with these shoes on, anyway??).

The Hottest Looking Shoes Around! These shoes are hot, hot, hot!! Although they felt true to size, if I had it to do over again I would have purchased them a half size larger. I usually wear a 5.5 but I think I should have bought a 6 because I feel these shoes NEED those very spongy insoles added to them because they are so high and will eventually hurt the balls of my feet. When I added the insoles they fit very tightly. Without the insoles, they fit perfectly but as I said, they are so high they will hurt my feet if I stand in them too long. So, I will wear them to places where I can alternate between standing and sitting. Oh, the price we pay for looking beautiful!!

Killer Shoes! Definitely not worth the $, but pretty sweet nonetheless. Between the super pointy toe and the skyscraper stiletto you could do some serious damage with these.

HOT!! Another Stuart Weitzman spectacular...this shoe is so sexy...I felt it ran a little smaller and tighter than my other SW's but its material instead of leather. But no matter what you wear with these shoes you will always look SEXY!!

The price of beauty! I wore these shoes for the first time today and I can honestly say that I have never gotten so many looks from both men and women from a pair of shoes. It was awesome. What was not too awesome was how painful it was to walk in them. It made me think that was what Chinese foot-binding felt like. The pain was so bad; I really thought I was going to pass out. The sides are way too narrow and pinch into the skin. But I really love the way they look, how I look in them, and the looks that my feet get. I guess I will only wear them to places where I travel in taxis and do not have to walk far or stand for awhile.

Beautiful...but not for me. The only way I can wear these shoes is if I never have to walk in them. They are wonderful, I don't think I can perch tip toe long enough to get out of my house. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered the 8 and the fit is fine but just much too high of a heel for me.

I really wanted to love these but found the point to be very exaggerated. Almost like a caricature of pointy-toe shoes. Also, my regular 9 1/2 was way too tight. Sorry to say these are being returned, but I remain on the hunt for the perfect, classic stiletto! Thanks, Zappos, for being awesome.

I bought Daisy which I love, but it fits in the heel like fever does in the video - big gap in back. I fixed mine with two ball of foot pads and a heel pad. I do wish they were made with a narrower heel like they were in years past. At that time I could buy a Weitzman pump that fit like a glove with no added padding. They are such a pretty shoe and flatter the toe area.
