I ordered this jacket yesterday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when the UPS man rang my doorbell this morning with a Zappos package! I could not believe how fast the jacket arrived. It is a great looking casual jacket. It is so warm, furry, and comfortable. I anticipate wearing the Osito jacket often.

The North Face Osito jacket is wonderful, very stylish and warm! It runs pretty true to size, although you probably wouldn't be able to wear a very bulky sweater or sweatshirt under it. The only drawback to the jacket I saw was that it fits very snugly about the waist, and while it can be cinched tighter, it cannot be loosened any. The jacket is great here in Indiana when the weather is in-between; when I don't need a very heavy jacket, but a regular sweatshirt just won't cut it! And it is not bulky, which is nice for shopping or running errands. And the softness is great! Feels like you're wearing a cozy blanket! I would definitely recommend this product to others!

Amazing jacket! Extremely comfortable and warm. Excellent fit, very flatering. The best part is the inside of the jacket and sleeves are furry as well. Love it!

I love this jacket. It is very lightweight but still warm. My only problem with it is that it sheds. Fit is true to size.

My only complaint about this jacket is that it does not have any inside pocket (which is where I like to keep my phone) and I did have to buy a medium rather than my usual small. But the fabric, etc. is great and I recommend it was a casual jacket.

I am 5'3 and weigh 120, I ordered the small cannot believe how short these sleeves are. Love the softness but the sleeves are way to short. My girlfriend had the same problem. What's up with that?

I've had this jacket for 2 seasons now. Overall, I do like it. It's warmer than it seems it should be. My big complaint is that the fleece flattened where my seatbelt hits. I was thinking this was a fluke, but I have a pullover Osito which I wore once while driving and it already started to flatten too. Very disappointing.

A fuzzy mess! I gave this a great review when I got it but my opinion has changed after wearing it. It sheds on whatever it comes in contact with, not something I would expect from Northface or for the price.

Didn't listen to the other reviews when they said sleeves were too short and ordered it anyway. Well they were right. Very upset with the way north face makes there stuff. They need to make things for tall people. Not everyone is short. I will be returning it.

Disappointed. At first this was a great purchase. I finally decided to wash it though, and after washing it (correctly, like it says) it sheds everywhere. Black fuzz is now on every shirt that I own. I have even messaged the North Face website twice about how I can fix this and they have yet to message me back. Don't waste your money on what seems to be a good buy, because you will end up unhappy.

Perfect fleece. So soft and nice slim cut. Price is appropriate. At 5’7 and 120 lbs. I am sort of in between S and M. M is too large, so I always order several of these tops in S to locate one that runs a little larger. :)

Super soft and comfy. Love this jacket and it keeps me warm for chilly days. Its also good just to lounge around the house. Great quality jacket and will last a long time.

I've bought 4 or 5 of these jackets for my wife and daughter. They absolutely love them. Lightweight and very warm. I also want to say how much I love Zappos. Their ordering process is so transparent and easy. Their customer service is very old school, by that I mean honest and respectful. Thank you Zappos for retaining the honest business practices that have been lost by so many other companies.

This jacket is so, so soft and warm. It is perfect for cooler weather. I am 5 ft 8, 135 pounds. Initially, I ordered a small but it was just a bit short in the sleeves. Although the medium is not as fitted, the sleeves are a better length for me.

Have been wanting the Osito jacket for some time now and was excited to find this for sale! The ivory looks a bit more like gray than expected but I love it regardless. It's a perfect weight for mild days and is very soft and stylish.

I purchased the beach glass green color, looks like a soft mint color in person. I love it! Very soft, warm and fits perfectly. I like the original Osito fit better than the new mod Osito.

Obsessed with this jacket! Fits perfectly. I wear a small in everything and I ordered a small in this jacket and it fits perfectly. Incredibly soft (so if you don't like people touching you, don't wear this). :) I washed it recently and was afraid it would lose its softness but it didn't. I hung it up to dry then threw it in the dryer for 20 minutes the next day and it's just as soft as when I got it. The only negative this about this jacket is it does shed. You will have white fuzz on everything you touch. Your pants, the clothes you wear it over, your car seat, the seat belt, your husband, everything.

I'm actually wearing this jacket as I write this review! It's so warm and cozy, I also wear it around the house when I feel chilly. It's perfect for season transition from winter to spring (which is why I purchased it) and it will be great for those cooler summer nights when we go camping. I'm thrilled to know that this jacket is designed to wear with North Face outer shells, too! Therefore, I can zip it into my winter jacket and wear it as a layer when snowboarding. I'm very happy with this purchase...so much so that my mom noticed and ordered one in grey.
