This was a Christmas present for my daughter from her kids which I ordered for them. Ordering was easy, it came immediately and it was exactly what I ordered.

Good product...as described. The small fit my daughter who floats between small and extra small perfectly.

The product I received was perfect zappos is an amazing place to buy from my package was here in three days I can honestly say I've never had a good experience like this and have always been nervous to but things online but zappos has changed my view. I love this jacket! It's super soft and comfortable. The only downside (and this is simply because I live in Florida) is that this jacket is very warm! I use it mostly for traveling as it doesn't get cold enough to use in Florida very often.

I wear it almost every day in the winter. I have 3 different colors but still can't get enough. They are super warm, soft and cozy. The material is extremely high quality that after several times wash, they still look brand new.

I bought this coat for myself and love the way it looks and feels. I hate big bulky coats but want to stay warm; this is the perfect balance. My only complaint is that the sleeves are short. It fits well on everyone else, but I wish the sleeves were a little longer.

This is the softest most comfy coat ever! It's a little bit like wearing a fur coat. Fairly fitted to the body, not loose like most coats. Keeps you so very warm. Love North Face jackets. Well worth the price.

I love the jacket. The feel and color is great. I read the reviews before ordering, and I ordered one size (M) up as most said it runs smaller, but it was too big, and I ended up exchanging for the size I normally wear (S). The sleeves are a little on the short side (on both the S and M), so if you have long arms this is not for you.

The jacket is good quality and the shipping was fast will do business with Zappos again.

Soft and cuddly. I wondered what size I would be in this jacket so I ordered two sizes. I am a size large in the Denali with room to move, I also took a large in this jacket. It is so incredibly soft. I ordered the Octopus Blue, however; after reading a review about how this color looked like the Cookie Monster, I couldn't get it out of my mind. All I could see was Cookie Monster each time I tried it on. Yikes! Anyway I sent both back and found one in Fusion Pink which is Very cute. I know many LOVE the Octopus Blue (cookie monster blue) but not for me. Anyway the fit of the large is very nice not too tight a little room to move and soft and fuzzy. Everyone keeps touching me because it is so soft. Buy this one you wont regret it. So many colors to chose from.

I was extremely please with the speed with which my jacket arrived. I love the jacket and have had several compliments on it.

Just received it and it is too small. I usually am an 8-10 medium and it was too snug. Order a size larger! It is so snuggly. Can't wait for the new size to come in!

I got this for my daughter who's 11, and she LOVES it. I was surprised at how thick it is. I've washed it a couple of times (hung dry), and it still looks like it did the day she got it. I'll be ordering one for myself when my color gets back in stock!

Great product, cozy fabric, quality construction, but it runs very small. I ordered a size larger because of another review, and it was right-on. I am a size 8, and a large is perfect for layering.
