Disappointed. At first this was a great purchase. I finally decided to wash it though, and after washing it (correctly, like it says) it sheds everywhere. Black fuzz is now on every shirt that I own. I have even messaged the North Face website twice about how I can fix this and they have yet to message me back. Don't waste your money on what seems to be a good buy, because you will end up unhappy.

Just received it and it is too small. I usually am an 8-10 medium and it was too snug. Order a size larger! It is so snuggly. Can't wait for the new size to come in!

This jacket is very cozy and warm. I love wearing it inside and outside. Everyone compliments me.

I love how cozy this jacket feels. It's perfect for a cool day. I did take some advice from another review and ordered a size bigger than I normally wear, and it was the right decision. I usually wear a medium, and the large fits perfectly.

I got this for my daughter who's 11, and she LOVES it. I was surprised at how thick it is. I've washed it a couple of times (hung dry), and it still looks like it did the day she got it. I'll be ordering one for myself when my color gets back in stock!

Great product, cozy fabric, quality construction, but it runs very small. I ordered a size larger because of another review, and it was right-on. I am a size 8, and a large is perfect for layering.

Love this jacket! I wanted it from the North Face store, but the price was more expensive than Zappos. I bought the Moonlight Ivory and it is sort of a white with a grey tint, very pretty. The jacket fits to size and is super soft. I have a black jacket similar to this one that I've worn for years, and I'm assuming this jacket will be just as warm. Want a matching hat!

Didn't listen to the other reviews when they said sleeves were too short and ordered it anyway. Well they were right. Very upset with the way north face makes there stuff. They need to make things for tall people. Not everyone is short. I will be returning it.

Size up if you want to wear layered at all. I am normally a women's small (size 4 dress/pants) but I find that North Face sizing is more like Juniors than women's and the styles are very fitted. I ordered this in a Medium and it fits with room for comfort. My 4 year old had an Osito jacket and it was so soft and cozy I decided I wanted one too. The adult version has nice flattering styling, not at all boxy.

Wow, this jacket is awesome. It's soft and cuddly and oh so warm. Everyone loves to feel it and my 1 year old baby loves to snuggle into it. It's fully washable and comes out just as deliciously soft. Buy it!

It's summer, So I haven't had too much use, but these jackets go fast in the winter. It is very soft and comfortable. Easy to zip and very warm.

I am 5'3 and weigh 120, I ordered the small cannot believe how short these sleeves are. Love the softness but the sleeves are way to short. My girlfriend had the same problem. What's up with that?
