I have ordered so many pairs of wonderful shoes form zappos. I truly do not know how I would have made it without zappos. This is by far the worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased. They stretched like crazy and have absolutely no SUPPORT. I'm just out of 80.00 as I wore them. Do not buy these shoes

I was hoping the color of this sandal would be a neutral/nude color, but it's more of a gold. I wear a 9wide, so that's what I ordered. The front was okay fit wise, but the strap around the heel was too loose even on the tightest hole. The shoe is more frumpy in person. It's going back.

When I first tried these shoes on, I was happy that they weren't pinching my toes, like most dressy shoes do (I ordered a wide). After wearing them for less than an hour, however, my feet were in agony! They have absolutely no support, the front straps were gapping, and it felt like I was walking on cement, on the balls of my feet.

The first time I wore the shoes, I experienced a rough spot on the inside of the straps, which wore holes into the top of each of my feet by the time I walked from the parking structure to my office. I tried adding stick-on padding in the spots where the shoes wore into my feet, to make it through the end of the day. I have not been able to wear again! I'm so disappointed.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable! But absolutely run big. They are so nice and wide and squishy and comfy for the wide foot.But the strap is too loose if you don't order down a half size and they will be like flip flops...so just be aware when you order them.

These are not comfortable shoes. They are poor quality and have poor support. I have owned these shoes for two years worn them twice, a waste of money. They are not shoes for a dancer or someone on their feet for a long period of time.

Buyer beware! I bought this shoe 3 months ago. I sit at a desk all day long. Very little walking. from my car, to my desk, to breakroom for lunch, back to my desk, out to car and into house from garage. I've worn them maybe 12 times as I usually wear black to work. They are very comfortable & a few people asked me where i got them because its hard to find navy shoes. Unfortunately, the elastic that holds the buckle on is just about ready to fall off so I can no longer wear them. It's totally stretched out and hanging on by a thread on the right foot, not as bad yet on the left. Very upset for the price I paid to only get a few wears out of them. Especially since they fit awesome & are very comfortable.

I was so excited when I got these shoes. They look great and actually fit my large, wide feet without making it look like I'm wearing boats on the ends of my legs! Unfortunately, after only three months of very moderate wear (2-3 times/week, sitting most of the day), they are already starting to fall apart. This is incredibly disappointing, and frankly, I expected better from an pricey pair of shoes. I am now hesitant to buy any Softspots shoes out of fear I would run into the same flimsy construction.

I really liked this shoe and ordered it in my size. The length was fine but it was way too wide, even with the strap at the last hole. I will need to return them. My size is usually a 7 N but would need this shoe in a 7 S, which it doesn't come in.

I've purchased this shoe three times because it is my favorite work shoe for the office. It was out of stock for a while in my size/color. When it came back in stock I was so happy I ordered them again. I was disappointed this time. These are not made the same as before. The cushioning is a different material, not the smooth and soft sueded material. The band that arches above the toes puckers and does not sit flat against the foot. When I walk in them my heels fall inward as if the heel of the shoe is slanted. What happened? I am sad about the change in quality of these and will be returning these and will look for a new favorite shoe. I would have paid more for these shoes if that's what it takes to manufacture them as before.

I usually wear a 10.5 or 11 narrow. I originally ordered this shoe in an 11 narrow (no 10.5). When it arrived the length was generous but doable. But the width was outrageous - the straps sat a good 1/2 inch above my foot all the way around - top and sides. It looked ridiculous!
I ordered a 10 narrow, and the length was perfect. But the width was the same as the size 11! Had to send both back. It's a lovely shoe and seemed like it would be very comfortable, so I'm very disappointed.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased! I was excited to find such a cute shoe in a wide width, but a no go. Very tight and my foot isn't that wide.
I bought them in 3 colors, and returned them all.

What a disappointment. I'm in my 50's and felt it looked like an "old lady" shoe. I have a wide foot with a bunion and this shoe was too narrow, very stiff, and very uncomfortable. I appreciate the fact that Zappos is so good about returns because this went back immediately!

Shoe is extraordinarily long -- I ordered it even two sizes smaller than my usual size and it still stuck out. Too bad, because otherwise it's ideal -- moderate heel, pretty, lacks the ankle strap and high instep gladiator look which is so unflattering to those of us with thick ankles and legs, comes in lots of widths and colors. Would have bought it in several colors if it had fit properly.

These were very uncomfortable for me as soon as I slipped them on. I was really disappointed since I own several pairs of SoftSpots. The leather was rough on my skin at the edges, so it would have caused immediate blisters. I would still recommend SoftSpots brand, just not this style.

I can't believe it! The box was marked N for narrow, the shoe was marked N for narrow, but this shoe is in no way narrow! Apparently today's "Narrow" is yesterday's "Medium." My narrow foot was swimming in this shoe. There's no way I can even keep it on. This is the third time I've ordered a narrow shoe (I can't get them anywhere else) only to have it not be a true narrow. What gives? A huge disappointment. Someone please tell the shoemakers in China about widths. Sorry, Zappos, they're on the way back.

First I love these shoes. When I first reviewed them, they were great, comfortable, leather soles inside the shoe, pretty, but, after having them only three to four months, the elastic on the buckle disintegrated. The buckle was hanging by a threat. It happened to two different pairs in two weeks.

I had never tried Softspots, but thought this shoe was pretty cute for an older lady (63, but still want cute shoes!) but to my dismay, it was WAY too wide! Granted, I have a boney foot and need a narrow, but the narrow was no where near fitting my foot! Never have had a N shoes to be this big! Was sorry to have to send it back. Don\'t know if all Softspots would be the same or not.
