I order narrow and it was too wide- must return

Shoe just looked weird on my foot. There was gapping on the sides.

Almond is really a very yellowy gold, not a brown.

I ordered these for my daughter to wear to formal. she and I have the exact same shoe size. She hated them, because of fit. I tried them on before returning and I agree with her. If you have a narrow foot, with a narrow heel, these probably won't work for you. I imagine they would be good for a wider foot.

Horrible! I couldn't even get the shoe on my left foot as if it was a completely different size than the right shoe. Had to return them. Was completely disappointed!

while true to size, these were built poorly (glue showing at padding) and look like an old style (not in a good way).

Ugly

Was hoping these would be comfortable enough for standing on my feet for hours at work events. But right out of the box, the straps at the base of my toes cut into my foot. Straps are not soft and the way they are designed makes them dig into my foot. Returning them and back on the hunt for the right shoes.

I am 32 years old and have had 3 bunion surgeries. I recently needed to dress up for a wedding and needed dressy shoes. My #1 priority with shoes is WW, support and comfort. This provided none of that and my boyfriend kindly pointed out that these shoes were ugly in person on top of everything else.

I ordered the tan and got black?! I still tried them on length was great. Width at the toes is not conducive to the WW which I ordered. I probably would have kept them had they fit better across the toes.

The color does not look like the photo. The actual color looks gold.

I ordered my normal size, but sandal felt much wider and the back strap around heel wasn’t tight enough, not enough holes in buckle to tighten. Also something was hurting ball of my right foot when walking.

The top of the shoe does not sit on top of your foot. It has a pointy sticking up.

The pillow top is nice, but the seam running across the toe bed cut into my foot.

I have ordered so many pairs of wonderful shoes form zappos. I truly do not know how I would have made it without zappos. This is by far the worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased. They stretched like crazy and have absolutely no SUPPORT. I'm just out of 80.00 as I wore them. Do not buy these shoes

super wide...huge even! I ordered the narrow. Could put two feet in one shoe. What are the designers thinking? Hit the return button!

I was hoping the color of this sandal would be a neutral/nude color, but it's more of a gold. I wear a 9wide, so that's what I ordered. The front was okay fit wise, but the strap around the heel was too loose even on the tightest hole. The shoe is more frumpy in person. It's going back.

This shoe is ridiculously wide. I have average feet and I ordered my size and was swimming in it. Needs to be redesigned.

When I first tried these shoes on, I was happy that they weren't pinching my toes, like most dressy shoes do (I ordered a wide). After wearing them for less than an hour, however, my feet were in agony! They have absolutely no support, the front straps were gapping, and it felt like I was walking on cement, on the balls of my feet.

The first time I wore the shoes, I experienced a rough spot on the inside of the straps, which wore holes into the top of each of my feet by the time I walked from the parking structure to my office. I tried adding stick-on padding in the spots where the shoes wore into my feet, to make it through the end of the day. I have not been able to wear again! I'm so disappointed.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable! But absolutely run big. They are so nice and wide and squishy and comfy for the wide foot.But the strap is too loose if you don't order down a half size and they will be like flip flops...so just be aware when you order them.

These are not comfortable shoes. They are poor quality and have poor support. I have owned these shoes for two years worn them twice, a waste of money. They are not shoes for a dancer or someone on their feet for a long period of time.

Buyer beware! I bought this shoe 3 months ago. I sit at a desk all day long. Very little walking. from my car, to my desk, to breakroom for lunch, back to my desk, out to car and into house from garage. I've worn them maybe 12 times as I usually wear black to work. They are very comfortable & a few people asked me where i got them because its hard to find navy shoes. Unfortunately, the elastic that holds the buckle on is just about ready to fall off so I can no longer wear them. It's totally stretched out and hanging on by a thread on the right foot, not as bad yet on the left. Very upset for the price I paid to only get a few wears out of them. Especially since they fit awesome & are very comfortable.

I was so excited when I got these shoes. They look great and actually fit my large, wide feet without making it look like I'm wearing boats on the ends of my legs! Unfortunately, after only three months of very moderate wear (2-3 times/week, sitting most of the day), they are already starting to fall apart. This is incredibly disappointing, and frankly, I expected better from an pricey pair of shoes. I am now hesitant to buy any Softspots shoes out of fear I would run into the same flimsy construction.

I really liked this shoe and ordered it in my size. The length was fine but it was way too wide, even with the strap at the last hole. I will need to return them. My size is usually a 7 N but would need this shoe in a 7 S, which it doesn't come in.
