I really wanted these to work, but they're just too wide in the heel. Even on the tightest strap setting the sling backs slip off. Super cute styling and comfortable footbed. Recommend for normal width feet and those with narrow feet, but wider/normal heels.

I am returning these. I have a narrow foot and was delighted to find these. However, after ordering them in a narrow, they are still to wide. Also, they are more bronze than brown.

I wore this shoe around the house to see how it felt. When I took it off I saw scuff marks on the side. They will not come off. This is a real problem this finish. I cannot accept it. I did not wear them except to try them out walking in them around the house.

I've been a big fan of Softspots, but they discontinued their comfortable heels. The Neima hurts my feet, due to the 3-strap design over the toes. Have to return them.

If you have a high instep, the front strap will cut into the top of your foot making them unwearable. Otherwise, I thought they were cute and was very disappointed.

The shoe looks great, and the width for my very wide feet is great without looking frumpy. The problem is that the heel is very loose and my heel slips out with each step. Maybe a smaller size would fit, possibly the shoe runs a little long.

I really wanted to like this shoe--it has great cushion, a simple look, and the binding doesn't crush my toes, BUT there's major discomfort in the way the buckle rubs directly against the skin.

Great shoe for work! Good for pants, jeans or dresses. Although I ultimately ended up returning my pair, I thought the quality & styling of the shoe was worth the price. I have a really wide foot (I bought a 9WW) but I need width in the toe box and not towards mid-foot & heel. I'm going to try this brand with a less strappy toe box. Shoe felt true to size.

These felt awkward and unstable on my feet, did not care for them. The footbed was reasonably cushioned, but the style looked strange on my foot.

Very comfortable and pretty shoes. The footbed tore on my second wearing; I will be asking for an exchange because I do like these shoes very much. Fit is true to size and the height is just right.

So uncomfortable I barely ever wear them. They fit true to size but the top straps rub constantly against the top of my foot at the base of my toe so I can only wear them for short periods. Its as though there is not height for my foot. I wear 7.5 medium. I have tried stretching them out but they still hurt my feet. I can't understand the reviews that describe these as super comfortable. They just aren't.

This shoe is shiny material, which I did not realize. The foot bed is scratchy where the tan and white parts meet.

2 inch heel is a little high for me, putting too much pressure on the ball of my foot. A Dr. Scholls gel insert for high heels makes these shoes much more comfortable. My main concern though with these shoes is that the elastic under the buckle gave away after only 1 month of wear. For the price, I think the elastic should last much longer. Zappos was great to replace them and I got the patent leather instead thinking maybe they would last longer, but yet again the elastic is wearing out.

I lLove the style. It is very classy for low heels. They scuffed while I was trying them on, which worries me, so I docked them a star on the overall rating. They are pretty comfortable - I cannot tolerate the stiff edges on my toes anymore, after two surgeries and minor nerve damage. But for most people, I think these would be fabulous! I usually take a WW but these were just a W and seemed the right size. Softspots seems to be widening their shoes.

The side of the sling is cut too low or something. It ended up bowing out like it was stretched. Made my foot look wide and fat, which it is not. Also the beige shiny was a bit too old lady looking for me so even if it fit fine I would have returned it.

I was disappointed that they are not as wide as Wide should be. I purchase wide shoes at a retail store frequently, however they are not very comfortable due to quality. When purchasing this pair, I thought I was buying good fit and quality. Quality was possibly there, but definitely not wide enough for my foot. Cute, think I'll be able to wear if they were wider. So disappointed.

This is a beautiful shoe but it runs wide through the front.

I am returning this shoe in white as it is both longer and wider than it should be for the size I ordered. I chose these shoes because they were basic heeled sandals, but in person they look like something from my mother's closet, not mine.

These shoes are very comfortable and appropriate for work, but they have a "plastic" look about them that I didn't like. So I returned them.

These shoes are an attractive combination between work shoe and sandal. The bottom is soft and cushioned but the toe area is a little small for me and they can pinch. I wear a size 11 and they were true to size.

This shoe was cute when I received it but too wide! The color and construction was very nice. I would like them, but as I said, too wide for a 2AA shoe! Not sure what they are thinking!

Cute shoe but runs wide. I wanted to snug it a bit at the heel, but it was at the last hole. It could use at least another hole for the buckle. These are going back.

The box said 9WW but the shoes themselves are stamped 8 1/2M and are definitely not 9WW. Sloppy work by Zappos.

This shoe had to go back. The patent leather was very stiff and I thought a few hours in these and they would start cutting into my feet. I bought them for comfort and while the shoe bed was very soft, the uppers were stiff.

I bought these shoes and once I started walking the soles felt so comfortable; however, I found that the material of the shoe was so cheap that it bothered my foot. I also felt that it was much wider than normal. Unfortunately, I will be returning these. I just with the material would have been of higher quality. I would have bought 20 in a heartbeat!
