Comfy and fun all in one!! I ordered these shoes because I am in a friend's wedding in a few weeks, and like many other Zappos customers, have extremely WIDE feet (4E). I ordered my actual size, a 9, but was nervous that the shoes wouldn't fit because they were only a WW, not 3-4W. But I was completely wrong!!! The moment I tried them on, I instantly fell in love with them - and Softspots!! The real test came when I wore them to work on my "long" day - 10 hours, very little sitting...and when I got home, my feet were still in good shape! The only sore spot I had was on my right heel, where the patent leather "Softspots" patch rubbed it wrong after I had been in the shoe for 4-5 hours. But I'm just going to put some moleskin on either the shoe or my foot, and I should be fine. Yay Softspots - thanks for making my feet cute again!!!

The WW was wide enough for my bunions but the ankle strap kept slipping off so I had to return them.

The shoe in comfortable on the sole of the foot but not on the top where the strap crisscrosses over the top of foot/toe area

Fit felt wider than nornal Wides I purchase.

Shoe was pretty but a lot of space under the top three straps made them too big for me.

A very pretty shoe, but unfortunately, the bands of the upper hit in all the wrong places on my foot, so too pinchy. Had to sadly return.

This shoe went on fine, but after an hour the sides were digging into my feet/toes. half way thru my sons wedding I felt like my feet were falling off. When it was time to go home I practically had to peel the shoes off of the bottom of my feet. It literally felt like the skin was ripped off them. The pain of wearing these shoes did not go away for two days. I don't understand why shoes like these are not more comfortable for this amount of money.

This particular Comfortiva Soft Spot Neima heeled shoe does not come in a 10 1/2 so I tried a size 11. As much as I really like this shoe it was just not the size for me so I returned it and ordered another Comfortiva style. I've found the Comfortiva brand to be an eight hour a day shoe with consistent comfort!

First, let me say that the Soft Spot by Comfortiva are the best al day heels I've come across! The issue for me is I wear a size 10 flat and usually 1/2 size up for heels over 1 inch. This shoe does not offer a 10 1/2, nor did the Comfortiva Katara which I liked as well. So I went with the size 11 which is loose at the sling back strap even with the tightess adjustment. But, the Soft Spot and arch padding is such a comfortable feature that I'm keeping and taking my size 11's to the cobbler and having him add extra holes to the adjustment strap! Wish they offered half sizes on the size 10 soft spots with heels!

The sling back slid down just walking around the house. Had to return.

These shoes are timeless, however, for my feet, the top fit too snugly and cut into my skin while walking.

Ankle strap did not fit my foot . Just too loose .

Beautiful looking shoe! Perfect in every way - except the leather is really hard and hurt my feet.
