A little stiffer than my other Softspots. I can comfortably wear them all day, but not all day and all night like some of my others.

A bit grayer than expected, these shoes are nonetheless neutral enough to go with most of my suits and are amazingly comfortable.

Very comfortable! The strap sticks out on the side but when worn with jeans you can't tell.

Very professional and cute shoe. Perfect for work and special occasions. Unfortunately the left shoe developed a squeak when I walk which hopefully I'll figure out how to correct. Overall I would purchase again!

Very cute shoe, but not so comfortable in hot or humid weather. The top tends to rub and cause a few blisters. I do like the style though, and it looks good with crops or pants.

These get the job done for a semi dressy look. I wanted heels I could walk in and spend several hours on my feet. These fit the bill.

These are OK. Was looking for maximum comfort with a heel for work. The leather is pretty stiff, but it doesn't bother me. The footbed is pillow soft. I wear them barefoot though and don't really like when my heel sticks to the patent leather table. Would've liked the pillow suede cushion throughout instead. The heel is quiet on the ground, but it does kinda have the cheap plastic heel sound (if that makes sense).

I bought these shoes/sandals to go with a dress that I am wearing to a wedding that I am going to. The style is perfect and they are very comfortable to wear. The only downfall I had with these shoes was the width, (I bought a size 7-W) and they were very wide. I tried to make another notch in the strap but that didn't work either--still way too wide, so unfortunately I have to exchange these for either a 6 1/2 W or 7 M. These shoes are very stylish and also very comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend these shoes!

I was looking for an evening shoe in navy. I am 62, but these are too OL (old lady in code) for dressy shoes for me.

The shoe looks fabulous on but the straps over the top of the foot are a little uncomfortable. I am over the moon at finding cute extra wide shoes! Thanks Zappos.

Very comfy shoe. It is a bit bulky, with the straps being wide and not so sexy, but that's why it's comfortable. The patent leather is very pretty.

I ordered the incorrect width. The shoe looked nice on my really wide foot but maybe a bit formal for me. I returned them which was as effortless as it gets. I used the store credit to purchase a different shoe.

Comfortable, but foot sort slips forward if wearing nylons due to the sole labors being made out of plastic or vinyl. I had to place a thin pad at the ball of my foot so it wouldn't slip forward.

Tallest heel I've had in a long time, but the sandal was comfortable. For some reason I felt like I was going to lose the back strap, and taking it in another notch was too tight. I'll keep them though, maybe just punch another hole.

Warning: runs very wide. I ordered the W and have reordered the M. I need a dressy comfortable shoe for events. I was concerned the heel on this would be too clunky, but it isn't. I was surprised at how nice it looked.

Very soft and squishy soles, so nice on your feet. After the whole first day, the tops of my pinky toes were a bit raw from the stitching on the straps.

Love this shoe Brought 11W runs full. Shd have brought 11B or 10.5W Shoe is a little full in front and I have a broad front. After two wearings, had to put an inner sole inside to prevent my foot from sliding through the open toe.

The shoe is very comfortable, I went with the extra-wide, and was very comfortable in these shoes all night. I bought them for a wedding, and was able to wear them all night, and even dance in them. Despite the somewhat strappy design, they are quite comfortable, and offered good arch support. The leather has stretched a bit, so I wish there was one or two more holes for in the back strap to keep the shoe secure, but overall a very good shoe.

Cute shoe. Was hoping they would become my go to summer work sandal. That's not going to happen unless the strap across the foot loosens up a little bit. Not sure it will be comfortable for a full day.

These are basic and cute and would be comfortable, but they run very large. I need a half size to a full size smaller.

Ordered my regular size (9 1/2) and a size smaller after reading the reviews. The size 9 fit and the shoe was very comfortable. However, the navy color was too dark and looked black with just a hint of blue on the sides in very bright light. I already have enough black sandals and really wanted this in a navy for a recently purchase navy outfit. Had to return them.

Love this shoe. I need wide and this shoe seems very comfortable but it slips at the heel when I walk. I usually take an 8 but this shoe is just a little too long. I'll try a 7.5W and I think it'll fit perfectly.

A cute enough shoe, but it just fit weird. I ordered my regular size in wide, but it seemed too wide in certain areas, and fine in others. Just not worth the money for the strange fit. Had to return. A groovy color (pewter) and probably would have been comfortable if it fit right.

Having size 10EE feet, I can't just run down to the local shoe store and find something that will fit. Thankfully, Zappos offers a great variety. I liked the look of Softspots Neima - not too exotic; just a classic, cute, shoe. I ordered a 9 1/2, because when you slide forward in heels, sometimes the back strap can't be tightened enough. This plan worked perfectly - I actually could have used just a bit more width, but lasted all evening in these shoes - I even danced! The best part was Zappos service. I paid for next day shipping (I was in a bind!) I ordered on Tuesday after 2PM Pacific time and I thought I would have to wait an entire business day and get them the day after that. My new shoes were on my porch WITHIN 24 hrs of my ordering! I couldn't believe it. Thanks Zappos!!!

Bought this shoe for work. Still don't know how well it's going to work. The pair I received were just too big. I normally wear a 10EE, and these were too long even for my daughter, who wears an 11EE. I plan to re-order a full size smaller.
