I normally wear an 11N. After reading reviews I ordered a 10M and 10N. (Zappos-thank you for free shipping!) The 10N fit great. Bought them for a wedding. Looked great with my dress and I danced a lot. They are fairly comfy.

I haven't worn them yet...I bought them for a wedding that isn't until August, and don't want to mess them up before then! However, they fit and they've got nice padding in the sole. I'm not entirely sure I can wear them without stockings, which is one of my requirements in the summer, since my feet get so hot! But I may need to wear stockings anyway, depending on how much leg is visible with the high/low hem on the dress.

I have narrow heel and B-C toe width. After a few weeks of the strap buckled in the tightest position, I find I will need to go to a shoemaker to punch another hole...but it looks like the strap widens up to much past the last hole to be able to pull it any tighter. Maybe I should try a wider width and smaller size?

I like these shoes and they were reasonably comfortable, but a little stiff (I assume because of the patent leather component). I have a pretty wide foot and these fit well.

Liked the comfort but the right shoe had a wider spacing between the outside top strap than the left. This made a slight warp in the front. I will try reordering.

This shoe is stylish & comfortable. The heel height was perfect for an after five event where I had to be on my feet for hours greeting guests. It's not always easy to find navy sandals & this shoe fits the bill!

This might have been a great shoe. Solid insole support. Unfortunately, one of my toes kept wiggling out the side.

These are comfy, but a wee bit wide. I got compliments when I wore them, so what else matters?

I have been in love with this shoe for a little while and finally bought it after getting a little extra money this spring. I wear a 5.5 WW. Well, I ordered the 6 WW because it didn't come in a 5.5. The strap closest to the back of the shoe was so tight that it hurt just to try to stand in the shoe once I tried to put it on - there was no way I would be able to wear them out for my date. Sigh. This shoe will probably work for you if your foot is on the smaller side of a WW.

I really like these sandals! I was looking for a pair of sandals that would be appropriate to wear at the office but I could also wear out at night, and I also wanted something comfortable. They are definitely very comfortable, and I can pretty much wear them all day (though I spend most of my day sitting down). The one thing that bothered me was that the leather wasn't dyed all the way through. I got the brown color and I scuffed the front of the left shoe on day 3 of wearing them...now you can see the light leather peeking through. So minus one star for that.

I have purchased many pairs of Softspots in the past and I love them. They are usually comfortable from Day 1. I have only worn this Neima pair once and, I am sorry to say, they did hurt my feet after wearing them for several hours. I am sure that after they are worn a few more times, they will be more comfortable and "broken in." They are worth a little patience. I like the styling very much.

These are great little sandals for pants or capris. Fit is true to size and they are very comfortable! Wish all designers would go with the padded footbed! I am returning these shoes for another color and I would stock up my closet with colors if it weren't for the fact that with some of the shoes, the heel and the footbed do no match the shoe color. For example, the almond shoe has a black heel instead of almond, and this shoe would look nicer on the feet if the footbed matched either the heel or the color of the leather. The vanilla snake and the black snake colors are both fabulous, but again it loses something with the sand colored heel and footbed.

I bought these in black. These shoes are very comfortable and look nice. I am able to wear them all day without any issue, and they are easy to walk in. I agree with the other reviewers that the strap should include more notches so they fit a little more snug. I didn't actually have to poke a new hole in the strap, although at first I did think I would have to. They feel a little wider than a normal shoe, but they are not so wide that it is a problem.

Finally found some heels that are comfortable! I ordered a sz.11 in black patent and it very padded. The style looks nice with my dress for my daughter's wedding rehearsal. My only criticism is that I wish the footbed (tan) would would have been the same color as the rest of the black shoe. They are so comfy though, I'm going to keep them and deal with it.

This is a beautifully styled shoe. Perfect for that not-too-dressy yet not completely casual look. Initially when I put the shoe on it felt great -- right amount of padding in the footbed, right heel height -- and I thought I'd be able to wear them all day without discomfort. However, there's this weird thing with the footbed -- it actually abrades the bottom of my foot across the front pad, so by the end of the day the skin itself is tender and sore like its been sanded! I'm hoping that as the front straps stretch a bit, this issue will resolve.

It looks so great! But the top band was hurting my feet. I wish they would have put some elastic on the side. I brought it to a cobbler to have it stretched. It cost me 7$ and they now fit perfectly.

I really wanted to like this shoe. BUT the shoe just did not feel right and it was a little elderly in style.

I adore these shoes for style. I hope they'll become more comfortable. As the uppers are mad-made, I don't know whether there will be any "give" in the tightness. But I do wish I could have them in other colors that are not patent. I would buy them if they came back into stock.

These are cute and comfortable, but slightly wider than expected -- the leather stretches a bit. The straps are a little long, but I'll make an extra hole and that should do the trick!

These are beautiful. They have the look that I needed, but they are not as comfortable to me as the other pair of Softspots. They patent leather seems harder and I didn't have right of the box comfort like my old pair (not this shoe). It may just be me that I wedges better. Size 9W. Perfect for my size foot.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable and well fitting, but it's just a little too old for me. If the straps were a little narrower it would be perfect. Sadly, it's going back.

Beautiful shoe but a little too large. I wish I had seen the Euro sizes listed. I would have ordered a Euro 36 that always fits vs. American 5.5 vs 6. The 6 was too big.

Cute style, great height for work (where I'm on my feet a lot), pretty metallic grey is a great neutral, but other Softspots are much more comfortable. The patent leather is stiff and rubs a bit against the tops of my toes and feet; I'm hoping they break in a little with a few more wears. Still, the footbed is soft and comfortable, and they have a wider toe area, which is helpful for those of us with bunions.
