comfortable, just have to return these as I will not poke a hole in a brand new shoe to make the heel fit!

PRO: Zappos WONDERFUL shipping! Received these today and they are cute as can be. CON: HOWEVER, I did not feel they were at all comfortable AND there was no "cushiony, soft" footbed. It was HARD. However, I would have kept them since I only need to wear them from our ship's cabin to the main dining room! The bunion on my right foot stuck through the two (first) straps and looked quite unsightly. NOT FOR WIDE FEET & BUNIONS. Love Zappos Customer Service though.

Wanted to love these because they’re so comfortable but they look like old lady shoes. The color didn’t help - I ordered camel.

Runs half size long. Stretchy section in ankle straps is nice, but strap doesn't hold my ankle because it runs long.

I wear a 10 size shoe, preferably 9 1/2 Wide. I do not have any bunions on my toes or any problems with my feet, other than the grew after having my son. I purchased this shoe in a 10-regular width, solely because the other reviews expressed how this shoe is much wider than normal. That is not accurate! This shoe is TRUE to size and width. With that said, when trying it on (besides the width), it felt extremely comfortable. I'm only giving this shoe a 4-stars review because I'm annoyed with having to exchange the shoe because of the width.

These are sooo comfortable but the strap around the heel was too wide and because of how it's designed you can't make it tighter. Bummer.

Except that the shoes were a bit on the wide side, it was a classy shoe and comfy, but would not stay on my heel as well as too wide.

Great shoe but these are a golden color. Not what I was looking for.

These are my go-to heels these days. I had bunion surgery and still have slight bursitis in the ball of my foot and these are about the only heels that give enough cushion to wear all day. As others mentioned, the strap to too long though. I even had to our an extra hike in the strap and it still sometimes come off my heel. They don't look expensive, but don't look too cheap either.

Seems like nice shoes however, the 10 narrow is too wide for me. The shoe is long enough but too wide, my foot is slipping through and over the edge. The sling strap is not tight enough and my heel slips out. I will be returning them.

A great all purpose summer shoe - very comfortable

The shoe looks great. However an 8 WW was not wide enough for my 7 1/2 WW foot.

I sprained my ankle the day after this shoe arrived so I have not been able to really try it on both feet. The one shoe did feel comfortable but the cork is a bit stiff. Good stable heel with a nice height . I am returning it because I'm not certain I will be able to wear the heel height once my ankle heals. Will order it again when it does and hope that I can wear it.

I ordered this shoe in the navy and tan colors. I wish the shoe fit, but I took a chance on the 11W. I really wear a 10.5 W and the shoe doesn't come in that size. Too big and they need to go back. Too bad because I love the heel height, fit, color, etc..

Quite comfortable, pretty shoe; returning because the back strap slipped around a bit and I"m looking for something I can walk in all day without blisters.

These shoes are super comfy and so cute Unfortunately, as some others have mentioned, the heel strap is too loose even on the last hole. I will have to send them back.

I really want to love this shoe. It's very comfortable and my usual size fits great (9.5w). Unfortunately, the style just isn't as young as I'd like. I'm mid-40's, but this feels older than that to me. Very comfy, though.

I purchased this shoe to wear to a wedding and it was very comfortable and fit my wide foot. As other reviewers have said and I agree, the strap is too loose. I brought the shoes to a cobbler and had an extra hole added to the straps but because of the way the strap widens only one hole could be added and still be able to fit the strap through the loop. It definitely helped but two extra holes would have made the shoe fit perfectly.

This a very comfortable, basic sandal. Out of the box, they look kind of cheap but once on, they're just a benign, COMFORTABLE sandal. I don't think they're particularly cute but man are they comfy and frankly, with a pair of jeans or slacks, they blend in. I wouldn't like these as a shoe with a skirt/dress.

Soft foot bed. My pinky toe hits the strap at my toe nail and I wouldn't be able to wear with out using a band aid or something to protect my toe nail. I ordered these because I need dress shoes and I have ball of foot pain. Not great for that but it is a low heel so its not bad.

I really like these shoes. In general, they are very comfortable, the footbed is very cushy and supportive, and the stacked heel gives a nice lift but is still very easy to walk in. I got the gold cork and I love it--I treat it as a nude shoe that has a little bit of interest to it. These would be 5 stars for comfort except there is one spot on the top of my right foot where the upper pinches the top of my foot just before my little toe. It is not awful, but it is noticeable. I'm hoping it will go away as the materials stretch a little. They have a nice strappiness to them but I don't feel like my feet are being pushed through a meat grinder when I walk in them. I recommend!

I ordered size 11 in both N and M as I didn't know which one would fit. These shoes, although very pretty and would be comfortable, run wide. Even the N was too wide for me and I usually wear a M in most shoes.

I had to return these because the straps around my toes hurt. Otherwise they fit fine. I have an older pair of these and I didn't have that problem. Too bad, they are very cute shoes. Something must be a bit different from the old version to the current version, sadly. I wear and ordered 9W and I have a high instep.

These are really cute sandals. The heel height is nice, but not too much. And the heels are rubber, so no slippage which is a huge plus. I have a couple of spots that need to be stretched to fit, but that's to expected. These will pair well with just about any kind of cute summer outfit.
