I love Softspots and this shoe is great looking. The sole is soft and comfortable and I really like the heel height. I would like it to be just a little wider but my feet fall between medium and wide. I also like the adjustable back strap and open toe.

Love it! Very cute and very comfortable! I wear an 8.5 just like in the Sofft shoes I own.

It took a bit to get the size right, and I had to go down a half size; I just hope the sandal doesn't stretch in the width, since when I got the shorter shoe I ordered a wider width. V-e-r-y comfortable sandal even with my bunions; and that is saying a lot!

These are very comfortable. It took me a long time to find something dressy that my feet could stand for a few hours. I can always count on Zappos!

I loved these shoes! The Vanilla Glam Crack Snake would be so perfect for summer but alas my toe protests too much when I wear heals so I must return. Over all I think the shoe is quite comfortable. Does run a bit long.

I ordered this shoe as a possibility for my wedding. I wasn't going for anything really fancy. I liked the way the shoe fit and looked. It was comfortable wearing it around the house at first, but I felt my feet getting tired before long. I knew I'd be dancing all night, and I wouldn't last in these shoes. The patent leather didn't quite go with my style either, so I am going to return them.

These shoes are awesome! I'm not used to wearing heels and the fit and the comfort of these shoes far exceeded what I had hoped possible.

I haven't worn any type of heel in years. These were comfortable. Most shoes I can't wear for more than 5 minutes. I lasted an entire wedding in these. Order a half size down.

Very nice! Comfortable padded sole, stable heel, plenty of room in the footbed for my wide toes. I’m giving four stars for comfort because, hey, they're still heels. But I've spent several lots-of-walking days in them so far with no complaints or blisters, which is unusual for patent leather. The brown is rich and sparkly with notes of red. Lovely with dresses or skirts or to dress up a pair of pants. Great for work, though for evening I'd want something more delicate.

For all my wide footed friends, I just bought these in size 10WW and am in love. I bought them for a wedding in a few weeks and was thrilled to find how perfectly they fit my feet straight out of the box! Granted, my feet are a little swollen after being on them all day, but that should work out perfectly for being comfortable wearing them all day for a wedding. I will readjust my review after the wedding, if necessary, but if right now is any indication, I'll be walking on air! Great shoe! After spending far too much time being constantly disappointed by the selection in department stores for my wide feet, I'm thrilled to find this site (this is my first purchase) and look forward to many more!

These are beautiful shoes but if you have a foot that is not slender, you will end up with a blister or two until you break them in.

I love the shoes. The color was perfect, the heel is exactly what I wanted but the sizing is a little off. When I stand up or walk in this shoe, my foot slides forward.

Good shoe, good for walking. I don't usually wear heels even as low as this, but it is comfy. Oddly, Zappos let me down with their delivery. I didn't receive the package until 5 days after I ordered! Very unusual.

I am very happy with this shoe! I was debating between a wide and extra-wide, and since I hate shoes that are marked 'wide' and then I can't even squeeze my toes in them, I went with the extra-wide. These are wide enough that I probably should have ordered the wide, but I think they will work, so I am not sending them back! I love the look of this shoe...for me, I do not think it has an "old lady" look. They might not be for the most fashion-forward, but definitely a great shoe for someone who doesn't wear heels very often. I think they are very stylish and beautiful, and they seem like they will be comfy, too! I highly recommend this shoe!

These are remarkably comfortable high heels. I can wear them all day without trouble. Stylish and go with everything. I just bought them in 2 more colors. Glad the style is still available. True to fit.

From the moment I first put on these comfortable and attractive shoes, I knew they'd be a favorite. I'm a 7 and I found them true to size. Both times I've worn them I've gotten lots of compliments. Most importantly they are comfortable and the heel height is perfect for me. My only complaint is that the "pewter" color is really more olive, but I love them so much I really don't mind!

Pretty shoe - Attractive and very comfortable shoe but I have to agree that the back strap may have a problem staying up. It stayed up when I wore it the first time but I'm thinking it may loosen up with wear. I may try putting another hole in the strap. The heel is a great height!

Gorgeous! These are beautiful, the heel height is high enough to be pretty, and low enough to be comfortable-no arched-back walking. A very soft step, soft against both the ball and the heel of your foot. They fit perfectly and don't feel unyielding the way patent leather usually does. Just a gorgeous, classy, comfortable shoe. And very much worth the price.

I was surprised how wide the toe area was since I have other comfortive 10N that do not have all this space. Still fairly comfortable... the leather and seams on toes take time to break in an do rub at first. Overall, seems like a sturdy shoe that might become quite comfortable, but will take time to break in.

The inner strap that goes across the instep was too snug and was digging in. I wish they worked as the fit was perfect otherwise. Seemed very comfortable.
