My short, pudgy feet needed a nice, formal looking shoe. Wide across the instep, but they had to fit my heel. These fit the bill perfectly, since I could adjust the strap in the back. I didn't quite expect the height of the heel, but really liked the look of the shoe on my foot. All in all, a winner. I definitely will wear these shoes on a regular basis!

I live these shoes. I read some of the other reviews that said it was to wide in the heel but I didn't have that problem. I'm a size 9M and have issues with my feet. Not only was I able to make it out all night at a play and walking around Broadway afterward for a really long time w/o any problems, it impressed me so much I bought more colors. I now have the black, sand, white, coral red and mint patents. The things that I like is that the shoe is that it's very stylish, has a no slip bottom as well as no slip inside of the toe and heel area, which for me was gr8 b/c my feet always slide forward and I usually have to put gels in to stop that, and the heel is the perfect height. I wish Zappos would get all the colors of this shoe, like on the Softspot website, but other than that Zappos still has a nice selection and they sell out very fast. Zappos as always made the shopping quick and easy, next day service is great. I'm a faithful customer and will continue to be so thanks.

These shoes are a great fit, are very comfortable and look great on. I can wear these walking around all day and still feel great. The heel height is good for both dressy and casual wear. I loved the vanilla snakeskin so much, that I also ordered the beige patent as well. They didn't disappoint. I have a bunion on one of my feet and usually have trouble with strappy shoes. These worked perfectly.

This is by far the classiest and most comfortable heel I've ever worn. Many compliments. Could wear all day right from the start.

Comfortable dress shoe. Had to add another hole so that strap on heel would not fall down but otherwise very nice shoe. Feet were not tired after night of dancing!

These shoes are very comfortable and great for work. I like the heel height since it's a little dressy without being difficult to wear for a whole day. The soft soles are the best, though. I'd recommend these to others.

Got these for a job interview but they don't work if you have big toes like I do! Very cute on, but small toe opening combined with higher heel cuts into my toes. Had to send back which is no problem for Zappos, the greatest shoe store on earth! (I really should start a fan club.)

I love this shoe! This is a great summer shoe for for dress and work. The heel is a great height and very comfortable. I have it in multiple colors.

The color "Almond Dynasty" is lighter than the picture shows, and it has a metallic sheen with a slightly pink tone. It didn't work with the clothes for which I wanted tan shoes. But these are amazingly comfortable! I have 2 other pair that I can wear all day long without a problem.

Comfortable - These felt comfortable except may get a little hot in the summer. I don't think the shiny leather will look very good with my dress, so I returned them.

The size was just right except for being a little roomy near the strap on the lateral side. Sadly, the color was not as expected. I ordered the almond color in 8.5 Medium, but it looked more like a metallic gold hue as you can see from the pics. I wanted more of a neutral tan color so I returned them. I do like that they are leather uppers and very comfortable, though. They are made in China.

These are adorable, but they should come with a pack of bandages. The straps on top of the foot have sharp stitching. Wore them in beach weather and I developed blisters with less than 5 minutes of walking on the tops of my feet. With very limited walking, I got more and more blistered. They do go well with many beach dresses and I will continue to wear them. I simply pre-bandages my feet to cover all the rough spots.

2 stars - These shoes are comfortable, but they look so outdated that I had to return them. Brown color is not a true brown, but rather a very bronze, sparkly brown that is quite unattractive. In addition, the light colored footbed is very padded and thick, and it makes these shoes look like something my grandmother would wear. Very comfortable and sturdy shoes, but the style is not for a young woman.

I have large feet and these sandals make them look smaller and more delicate. Very flattering.

I thot I was a 9.5w. Went with 9ww. Finally a comfy dress shoe. Have lost count of how many types for a wedding I have ordered and returned. Will keep these! Higher heel then I have worn in years but the cushioning seems to make it doable. Wish they have more dressy colors/non wood looking heel. Very pleased. My Go to brand now.

Finally! A good looking, stylish, feminine shoe that is perfectly true to size and beyond comfortable. The same day I received my first pair, I ordered a 2nd pair in a different color. It would be great if it came in even more colors - green, red, pink, turquoise, or even purple.

These shoes look nice, are comfortable and come in several nice color options. I usually wear an 11 W but in this case that was too wide - I exchanged for an 11 M and they fit perfectly. Have in Black Velvet Sheep and am going to order another pair in Luggage Velvet Sheep - nice texture to this leather. Hope that helps.

Exactly as described. I got the medium width and the size I normally wear and they fit perfectly. For the most part they don't 'click' when I walk either which is a bonus.

Love this shoe! I wear a size 12 and hate heels with paper thin soles. These look great on (not fuddy duddy as someone mentioned in another review), but more metallic looking than the picture allows. I wore them to a wedding and reception that involved a good bit of walking. By the time I left the party my feet were still feeling great. Love them!

Because I have a large bunion, I have a hard time finding shoes that are cute and comfortable. These shoes are perfect for me. The first time I wore them was at a party where I was on my feet for hours and I found them extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend these shoes for anyone who has problem feet.

I'm not a heel wearer but I needed to dress it up for my daughter's wedding events. These were great! The sole is padded and heel not too high. I love the way they look on too!

These shoes are unbelievably comfortable! A little wider across the toes, which is great even though my foot is more on the narrow size, but not really a narrow. Very cushiony. Love them!

I was so bummed I had to return these shoes because they are incredibly cute. Unfortunately I have fat feet and even the WW didn't fit me right. The strap on the back was too long, and the top dug into my foot near my pinky toes. I really love the height of the heel and the fact that they are so cushiony. Oh, and the toe pads actually do what they say and prevent your foot from sliding forward. Wish I could have kept them!

These shoes are very comfortable. For me the heel is a perfect size.

Love these shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. Good heel height for wearing for long periods of time. Would like to have another pair in another color.
