This shoe is super comfortable! I wish I had bought it in white though. I had forgotten I had a similar pair in my closet before I had worn these. Oops.

Ordered this in almond leather and will keep them and return these. Thought this was a linen finish but is patent with a linen pattern. Much cheaper looking than the leather.

Finally the perfect heel. Thank you Zappos for your patience and exceptional customer service. I ordered and returned 6 pairs of black heels until I found these! They were perfect for the wedding I was attended.

These sandals were comfy right out of the box. I have back issues and the two inch heel is dressy enough without causing too much back discomfort the next day. They felt supportive and had good cushioning. A good product and cost was in line with other sites except Zappos provides free shipping both ways and has excellent customer service!

These are so comfortable, but the slingback strap is just too loose, as others have mentioned. I ordered an 8.5WW in Sand Patent. I wonder if an 8WW would work better since the width on these are so generous. The color was really pretty though, but just a tad darker than what I wanted (bone color).

Good comfortable work pump. The foot padding is incredibly soft. I travel often and need a good dressy sandal that can withstand walking/running through airports. The tradeoff is that the low heel makes it look it look matronly. It is a little big. I wear between a 7 1/2 and 8, bought the smaller size and even though I am using the smallest setting for the strap, it slips with hose. I needed it for a trip otherwise might have returned it for a 1/2 size smaller.

Very comfortable shoe! I thought I was done wearing heels, but these looked so nice and they came in extra wide width, so I thought I would try them. I love the cushioned comfort!

Beautiful shoes that don't hurt my bunions. Blue linen is much lighter than I expected so I'm returning them for navy.

These shoes feel wonderful on my feet from the first moment I put them on! I have hard to fit feet with low arches but these shoes fit very nicely. Stylish too!

I am so glad I took the plunge and bought these sandals. I went with the black patent for something pretty to wear with skirts. Like many other reviewers, I'm a bit of a problem-fit person. My super high arches require a bit of a heel; my grouchy back requires something that will not throw off my posture. I wear a 10.5-11, so a shoe that has balance and proportion for my height and feet is hard to find. These are keepers; very comfortable, and I worked in them on my feet for hours. They are stable without being clunky. I would not wear them on a trip requiring all day walking, but they are good for a trip to a museum or other 2-3 hours on my feet in comfort. Lightweight, well cushioned.

Finally a pair of shoes that I can wear all evening with a dress that do not hurt! I have a bunion, so comfort is primary for me. These shoes kept me smiling all night.

Cute age appropriate shoe! I tried these shoes on after a 12 hour work day when my feet were to most swollen. They fit perfectly and are not too young looking. The only issue is the heel feels as if it is not as sturdy as other heels. It moves, however they are keepers for sure. I didn't realize that they have a metallic sheen that is attractive.

Love the shoes! Very comfortable but I would have ordered one size under. Otherwise they are everything I was hoping they would be. Also the delivery time was excellent! Thank you!

I love these shoes -- I have them in black and navy -- they are perfect for work and after. I'm a size 12 and pretty tall, but these are just the right heel to not make me tower over everyone yet still look perfect.

They are comfortable and well made, but I thought they looked old lady-ish on me (I think that it was because they were so shiny - I am vegan and only buy non-leather shoes, but super-shiny looks cheap), so I am going to return them. It's a pity, as these are slings that would actually stay on your feet and were comfortable. I'd like them better if they could have made the pleather/PU leather a little less shiny.

Searching for a pretty Wide shoe is very difficult. So I took a risk on these shoes, knowing that it would be an easy return to Zappos if necessary. It was not! I love how they look and feel. Great purchase.

When I first put these on I thought they were a little tight, but I wore them around the house and now am really pleased. I have a wide foot and am hard to fit.I was on my feet all day and was pleased with the feel at the end of the day. I got the tan too.

Very comfortable and attractive. Even wide shoes are often not quite wide enough. These were plenty wide and feel comfortable without the need to break them in.

I wear a 9.5 wide, so not easy to find a shoe in this size that makes my enormous feet look feminine. This is a lovely shoe that must compliment any foot if it can make mine look good. They are comfortable and easy to walk in. I will probably be ordering this same shoe in additional colors.

I love Zappos. They sell Softspots which are the only dress shoes that fit my feet at a reasonable price! I've tried at least 15 options. I also love the free shipping back and forth because all Softspot shoes are different and the same size in one does not necessarily fit my feet! I often have to try two or three sizes before I get a fit.

I absolutely love these shoes! They fit perfectly (I had even bought some moleskin after reading about the strap issues), but the strap is perfect. They feel so comfortable, nice cushy footbed with good arch support. I ordered my regular size and they are perfect. The color (navy) is beautiful. I may have to get another pair!

These shoes fit my extra wide feet perfectly. Very soft insoles. I have only worn them at home because we are in the middle of a Chicago winter. I have several events that I will be wearing these shoes to this summer.

I have worn these shoes all day to a meeting and then kept going for dinner and dancing. This shoe is my favorite!

I just absolutely love these shoes! They are so comfortable! They are a little older lady type shoe but great for us older women who are so in for comfort and style.

This shoe is so comfortable. The sole is cushioned. I always get blisters the first couple of times I wear a new shoe and this did not happen with this one. The heel is a great height too. Not too high for those of us who do not want "high" heels.
