Incredibly comfortable. I rarely wear heels because they hurt the ball of my foot but these are a revelation. Love'em.

LOVE this shoe! Surprisingly supportive and very comfortable

It's a pretty comfortable shoe, but definitely a bit long in the footbed. I am between a 6.5 and 7, and I had to exchange the 7 because it was way too loose at the heel. And the width of the heel strap meant that you couldn't even punch another hole or two in there to tighten them up if you wanted to. But, once I got the 6.5, it fit fine, and it was comfortable for walking and standing. The side rubbed my right foot on the outside just a little bit, but I'm a princess with regards to shoes... my feet are babied. ;)

First I'd say arch support is right between zero to moderate. I say this because I can not wear shoes that have any significant arch support or the bones in my entire foot can't tolerate wearing them however, I am not flat footed. These shoes worked so great for me after ordering my first pair I ordered 3 more in different colors! While someone wasn't happy with the "nude"/bone/neutral color it acually works very well for stylish/trendy dressers. It is more of a metallic finish resembling peachy gold. I've received numerous compliments and questions about where I bought them. Really attractive with slim cut jeans & autumn dresses/colors so often works when you don't have to wear your basic navy or black. I thought it was on target for typical soft spot fit but with that said I wear a 12M in closed shoe and 11M in sandals or open-toed shoes. If it helps to know, I also fall between a narrow & medium width so I get a better snugness at the heel by downsizing, main reason I do it. While cushioning is okay, if you really want to be in heaven in heels-buy foot petals & add those as well, then you can walk all day and all night in heels! I travel frequently with my husband on business & these shoes keep me prepared for anything!

These shoes are a great buy! I wore these shoes to a wedding and wore them all day and night and I never felt the need to sit down or take them off. You will not be disappointed.

I LOVE these shoes! I have not worn heels in a long time and needed to find a pair of shoes to go with my gown for my son's wedding. I cannot get my foot into 80% of shoes in stores. The other 20% hurt my arthritic, bunioned feet. This was the fourth pair I tried from Zappo's. I knew immediately they were the ones--size 6 1/2 Wide Wide. Thank you to Zappo's for making ordering and returns so easy! Now to practice walking in heels again.

Well proportioned shoe for a larger sized foot. The medium worked well when I sometimes need a wide. Comfy too.

Oh my!! These are the most comfortable heel I've worn! They are pretty and so comfortable! I like how they look on the leg too! The fit is perfect for size. I have a wide foot but ordered the regular width and they are a little snug but being they are leather I'm sure they will stretch more in time

I was looking for a comfortable, stylish sandal or open shoe with a heel that could be worn to the office or out on the weekends with a casual dress. I have small, wide feet so have never really been able to shoe shop in malls. I read the other reviews on the shoe and bought two colors. I loved them and bought two more colors. I don't care if anyone realizes they're the same shoe. They're cute and comfortable!

They look prettier in person. Extremely comfortable. I have bunions on my big toes and they don't notice these shoes at all I can't wear high heels so theses are perfect for me. They can go dressy or with jeans. They are very true to size

I normally can't wear heals anymore, but I gave this pair a chance and I'm glad I did. Extremely comfortable, with deeply padded insole. Also, doesn't bother my bunion. Very attractive as well.

Really like these. Needed a nice little pair of sandals for church, work, etc. These are really cute without shouting. I found the fit just right, though tightened one strap a notch. I will get a lot of use from these.

I need a neutral colored shoe for work. I teach ESL and I'm on my feet walking among students most of the time so it needs to be comfortable. I can't wear super high heels and usually go for a wedge to get height (I'm 5') but these shoes are comfortable enough to wear several hours and I'm not wobbly on them.

Lovely dressy little shoes, perfect for work or evening! Feels like I am walking on pillows! Fit is excellent.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I wear wide because of bunions and found this so comfy, not a lot of pressure on the front of my foot like in some heels this high. Unfortunately the heel height makes my knee wobbly, so I am afraid to wear heels. So I am sending it back but too bad, because it really is a wonderful shoe!

These are super comfortable, and can be worn for a full day of city walking. They look dressy, but feel casual.

I purchased this shoe to wear to my son's wedding. I am so thrilled with this shoe and highly recommend it to others! I had major foot surgery in Novembr 2015, I am still having issues with my foot such as swelling and nerve issues. I ordered a wide width which was perfect. The soft foot bed was extremelly comfortable and I was able to wear these shoes all day. My husband and I danced all afternoon and my foot did not hurt until I took the shoes off! A true testimont to how great these shoes are and I was so happy to not be disappointed and pleased I made the right choice.
