I was pleased that these came in a wid because it is so impossible to find shoes in wides that are fashionable and attractive, but unfortunately they looked too matronly in real life. Too hoo-hum and not very fashionable. Still a niche that has yet to be filled, I think! Cole Haan's are not true wides. Sudini used to make great wide fashion shoes, but seems to not exist anymore? And Stuart Weitzman's while great-fitting, high fashion true-wides, are just so crazy expensive. So sometimes I cast a wide net and try dozens of shoes through Zappos to find one or two that fit. Sadly, these fit but looked, as I say, matronly on me. I would love more companies to take on the challenge of making wider but beautiful, fashionable shoes!

Maybe I'm like the Princess and the Pea, but I found the seam under the ball of the foot to be extremely uncomfortable. I kept taking the shoe off to see if I had forgotten to remove a clear piece of packing material or something. There's a stitched line between the patent leather and the cushy nubuck, and it drove me nuts! I ordered these in a narrow, and they were a little wide on me. Otherwise, a well made shoe and a nice color in the nude patent.

The photo doesn't look shiney but the shoe is. It has that plastic look. I was aiming for matte. The bands across the ball of the foot do not give much. I probably could have gotten the wide in this even though I have the regular width of the black and they fit perfectly. The length is true to size

Ordered my normal size 9W and too big…although toe is comfortable, the heel strap floats behind my heel on tightest notch, not secure and disappointed bc it is a cute shoe. I don’t think a smaller size would make any difference.

Uppers may be leather but not soft or comfortable . Footbed is well padded but not leather - sole and heel are slippery and very cheap looking.

I wear either a 7 W or a 6.5 W depending on the style and brand. The Zappos recommender said I should order the 7, so I did. I liked the look, but the strap that goes around the heel was way too big even after I adjusted the buckle to the nearest hole. I exchanged the sandals for a size 6.5, but I still had the exact same problem. The heel strap wasn't secure, and my foot came right out, even with buckle as short as possible. Maybe I should have tried a 6, but I just ended up sending both pairs back.

Love the style, but the heel strap does not stay in place. It continually slides down. This happened with my last pair of this style and I had hoped that it was a fluke, but it seems not. Since this seems to be a common occurrence (and saw the same complaint on other reviews after I purchased) I cannot recommend it to others.

Slid down into the toe of shoe so length was too long and width was a bit too wide. Like this brand a lot but not this style.

I have several Neima shoes. Incl a 2 pairs of soft, thicker patent leather. Tried these on and took them off immediately. These shoes are cheaply made patent leather, that is so thin it leaves an imprint in your skin, style is slightly different. Back in plastic bag to return tomorrow.

While the length of the shoe was a nice fit, the strap is very loose and slips off my heal. Unfortunately, I must return them.

I thought these shoes were pretty cute and would go with a lot of different summer outfits. But they are the world's most uncomfortable shoe. The straps over the foot have no flex and they dig into my foot and toes. The back strap is much too large and the shape of the strap makes it impossible to punch an additional hole. I bought several sizes hoping to hit the jackpot, but no luck at all.

The quality control on these shoes is all over the place. I ordered them in both the black and the white, same size (12) but the two pairs fit completely differently! The white pair was comfortable in the toe box, but the heel strap was totally loose. Even on the tightest hole it was easily sliding off my heel. The strap widens where the holes are, so there's not much room to add another hole or I'd be keeping this pair. The black pair was overly tight in the toe box, leaving a red mark across my big toe in less than five minutes of wear. The closest hole on the heel strap on the left shoe was obviously off-centered (and not by a customer--it had the same number of total holes on all the shoes). The heel strap itself fit perfectly. Holding the two pairs together it's obvious the difference in heel strap length. I can't believe I can't keep either pair, for totally different reasons.

Comfort is so so...initially they feel great but after 6 hours or so they become much less comfortable. I also had to size down 1/2 size to keep the strap from slipping off my heel. Overall not the best choice.

These are too wide for a typical M width. I'm disappointed to find that they come in such a wide width from softspots, which I've never tried so far. I ordered two pairs in different sizes in this style, but I'm returning both of them. I just love Munro shoes, which are the best in comfort and fit, but they don't come up with many styles I can wear at work.

I had high hopes for this shoe (purchased from Nordstroms). It would have been perfect had the footbed been black. The tan color shoes and makes them more old lady-like than they need to be. I wasn't paying attention or I would have picked up on this before purchasing. Just beware, while the fit & comfort seems superb, the tan footbed cheapens the look. Why would they be designed this way?

I'm a little confused by all the good press these have been getting. I was so confident after reading the reviews that I ordered two in different colors. When they arrived, I noticed the leather had wrinkled in places under the plastic finish and was very unsightly. Then I tried it on and was immediately turned off. So many scratch points along the seams that I knew from experience would cause blisters immediately. I took a walk around the house in them and my skin was in pain. On the up side, they do look adorable and are very flattering to your legs. They also have a padded sole which is comfortable. So if you can handle the inevitable blisters, go for it.

Nice style but horrible fit. Cut up my feet. I got Wide, which I always do, but they didn’t feel wide. They were very uncomfortable and hurt my feet.

I wanted to like these, but the heel strap did nothing. I tried walking around in them briefly, and the bottoms of the shoes kept smack-smacking around. Everything else fit, just the strap would have nothing to do with me. I’m glad I was able to return them, because there’s no way they’d stay on.

Cute shoes, but not enough holes in the strap to tighten and I could have added a hole but I found the strap sat to low on the heel to work correctly. Also, the heel feels very wobbly on such a wide shoe. I returned :(

I was excited to receive these shoes in the mail. They’re a lower heel and I had high hopes that they’d be comfortable. I did not deviate from ordering my normal size: I wear a regular 7.5. On day one, however, the rub spots/blisters were overwhelming and I ended my work day limping to my car. Quite an unpleasant experience. I also noticed that they did not provide a stable underfoot feel. Almost as if there was a cotton ball in the sole. Worst of all, the left shoe made my leg ache, and I don’t have aches in either of my legs ever. All of this within the first 6 hours of wear! Cute shoe, unpleasant experience.

I should have listened to the reviewer who said these looked like granny shoes. I ordered and received the Almond color, but it has a sparkle/sheen and is a light gold. The leather is poor quality, the footbed is puffy, and the "stacked" heel has a plastic look. I can't discourage you enough from buying this shoe.

Shoes came in record time, but fit was terrible. My foot is really narrow and these were way too wide. Straps really stiff and scratchy too, so if they would have fit I would have had to deal with chafing. Not Zappos fault; customer service was really wonderful in dealing with the return...emailed me the UPS label. Brian was my customer service person and was extremely helpful.
