Had to replace a similar pair (not Sam Edelman) of black patent sandals that were my look-a-little-more-dressy-but-still-be-open-flats sandals. I have wide feet (9.5 W) and had to go with a 10 in these. Yes, they seem to run narrow (at least for me), but that's why I wear open, thong-type sandals. The perfect combination of black patent, flat, and wide sandal doesn't seem to exist. These will do.

love the shoe - pretty and appears well made and good quality. unfortunately it's a bit narrow for my feet. they go right up to the edge of the shoe on the sides.

The Bombay Multi color is a super cute sandal that goes with almost everything. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 and ordered a 9. The length was fine but the ankle strap seemed VERY tight at first; I wear most shoes on last (smallest) hole but had to wear this one on the first (largest). They did stretch a little as I wore them. The leather is soft; I had NO blisters after wearing them for 12+ hours the first time out of the box.

Great looking casually dressy sandal. A little hard to put on the first time but if you use the right hole on the strap, you can slip the sandal on and off without buckling each time.

Nice minimal sandal, love the mirror gold finish. SE shoes run small and narrow for me so got half-size up (7.5) and feel like a narrow 7...can get away with it in fully open sandals. These are cute for going out or light walking but not long day on your feet.

These are very stylish, but they feel a little exact on the size. I wish they were just a tad longer. The leather and the sole seem to be of pretty good quality. They are not the best flats I've ever purchased, but they were a good buy for the price.

Lovely looking sandal, but I have to exchange for a larger size. I ordered a 9.5 based on other reviews (I typically wear a 9, though will sometimes do a 9.5 for sneakers). They are quite short. Also, I have very narrow ankles and the straps just barely reach around; I can buckle them, but just on the first hole. Definitely order up!

I could not buckle the back so I had to reorder 1 size up. The only downside - I noticed it is a little harder to walk in then some of my other sandals maybe due to the slender width of the top strap. Overall this is a quality sandal and was just what I was looking for!

These are very cute sandals! I agree with the other reviews - order a half size up. I didn't trust them and returned a pair of my "regular size." I think I will get a lot of use out of these over the summer.

Overall, I like and am happy with his shoe purchase. I do wish I had ordered a bit larger. I got these shoes to replace a pair I really, really loved that finally broke after 8-9 years. These fit the bill. The leather is soft and a great medium color.

Cute sandals and basically comfortable. No arch support though. They seem true to size. I'm an 8.5 with an average width - I could see if you had wide feet where there might be a problem.

Love how comfy these are and the way they look! However, they run SMALL. I'm normally a size 8.5/9 in shoes, and these I had to size up to a 10.5!

I received the Gigi in Pop Fuchsia today. The color is gorgeous! I have several pairs of the Gigi sandal, and they all have the same problem: too narrow at the toe area. Sam Edelman, please make your shoes in a wider width.

I have these in a few colors- I like the durability, footbed and creative color combinations. However, I just received the camo sandal, and didn't like it at all. The camo print was very pale, faded, no "pop". When I looked down at my feet, it looked as if I had spilled some water in a few places on the shoe. Sent back.

These sandals are so cute. Exactly what I was looking for. I have wide feet and they fit really well. They don't feel like my feet are hanging off the sides or anything. I normally wear an 8.5 and I got a 9 based on other reviews and they fit really well. They definitely aren't for comfort or wearing for long periods of time. There's not a lot of cushion or sole to them. I wore them to work and didn't get home until late evening and my feet were a bit sore afterwards. Even though they aren't super comfortable, I think I might buy another pair because they're so cute!

While you can get sandals that look like these at Target, I can tell that these will wear better over time. There are lots of small details that make them worth the extra money. They do run small (in width and length) - I wish I had ordered a 1/2 size up as several other reviewers suggested.

A very cute minimalist sandal that's surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. The leather is good quality and the soles well-padded. I found the 7 (my typical size) a bit small, and the sandals are definitely a little on the narrow side. Overall, a great buy!

I purchased the GiGi shoe in silver to take on my Paris trip. I read online about its comfort and it was recommended by a walker's blog. It's exactly what I wanted in terms of style as well. But I changed sizes three times going from a 6 to 6.5 to finally a 7. What the other reviewers say is true, this shoe runs small and somewhat narrower than my regular shoe size. While the 7 was long enough, the shoe bed was too narrow for my foot. So back it goes.

These shoes are on the more narrow side if you have wider feet. I wore these walking around Chicago the first time I used them and had zero issues. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Nice stylish sandals. These don't rub or cause blisters so can be worn for long stretches. Downsides are that there is absolutely no support (which is fine given the style). The other is that the toe strap is quite loose so the shoe tends to flop around a lot.

I really love the look of these sandals. They perk up every outfit. My only complaint is that they are a bit floppy, meaning that the straps don't hole them firmly to your feet, so they make that annoying flip flop noise.

I am a size 8½ in shoes. I ordered a size 8½, and that fit perfectly. I even have wide feet, and they still fit and are comfortable! I have two issues that I have to complain about. I have only worn these shoes for a few months, and the strap that is connected to the bottom of the fiit (the one that goes between your toes) is already ripped and hanging by a thread. Expensive sandals that will not last a year? I am disappointed, for sure, but I will probably buy another pair. Another problem is that if your feet get sweaty (summer may do that to you, shocker), your feet will slide forward in these sandals. I have probably fallen about three or four times, and crushed my toes on the floor going down stairs because my feet literally slip out of the sandals.

Love these shoes! They do run a little small. Recommend a half size up if you don't want your feet all the way to the edge of the shoe.
