I am so glad that I found these shoes for my hard to fit feet (I have a wider front foot with a narrow heel). They fit well, are comfortable and don't cause the numbing in my toes that I've experienced with other shoes. They provide good support and cushioning for my vigorous daily workouts too. They are so comfortable that I don't want to take them off once I put them on!

Good shoes, and cute too. This is my first pair or Ryka's and I really like them. I have heard from several other Ryka owners that I should order a 1/2 size bigger, when I did, they were too big. Had to send them back and order my true size. They fit great. I wear these shoes for Jazzercise.

Love these shoes! I've used them for step, kick box and weight trianing. They seem to have good cushioning in the forefoot for high impact. They just feel right for working out.

I am a fitness instructor of 15+ years and have always loved Ryka, especially their engage models. They always have superior support, comfort, and fit for women. This newest shoe the Flex Low (even though it isn't an engage model) I think is the absolute best shoe they have ever made. I teach anywhere from 6 to 8 classes a week and do personal workouts in between and would not part from these shoes. I'm even going to get a second pair in the other color.

I first bought these 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size since I wear\r\northotics, but I ended up ordering them a whole size larger. They are\r\nvery comfortable. I have been buying Rykas for years and always have to\r\ngo up a size in all athletic shoes.

Overall, I love these sneakers. I use them for aerobics and elliptical machine work. The only downside I have found is that when they are brand new, they are too stiff in the ankle area, so when you move laterally during aerobic work you are aware that the shoe rubs your ankles. Not horrible, but noticeable. Otherwise very comfy and bouncy.

These shoes are great! There is plenty of room in the toe box, which I typically have trouble with. There is plenty of cushion throughout the shoe. One word of advice: I normally have to go up a 1/2 size for athletic shoes. I purchased these in a 9 1/2, and my foot slides around a bit. A 9 (my street shoe size) would probably fit better, but because I like the shoes so much, I decided to keep the 9 1/2. I might purchase a second pair in a size 9.

I read the reviews on these sneakers before purchasing them. In more than one instance, the people said they ran large to order a half size larger. I did, and they ended up too large. I kept them anyway, they are very light weight and seem to give a barefoot feeling, not as much support as I am used to in a sneaker because I usually purchase running shoes. I will be using them in my Zumba class and for walking the dog. I do like the way they feel and they way they look.

Really solid shoe. I ended up putting in Superfeet inserts because I needed more arch support but otherwise I am very pleased. Good lateral support, roomy toe box, and narrow heel which keeps my foot very stable. Felt true to size.

This is my 3rd pair of Ryka shoes. Love them every time, but not so sure these are for me. I've always been a 6, but these shoes seem too wide in the toe and a little longer than all my other pairs. Comfort is great though! If they made a half size smaller I'd exchange them to see if they fit more snug. I don't feel the security in these as I usually would with Ryka's. If you need a little extra room in the toe area these are for you. No doubt these would be a GREAT aerobic shoe for high impact classes, but also would be good in the gym lifting. The white on the shoes are shiny, but with wear I think they'd dull a little. Not the coolest looking shoe Ryka has to offer, but I'm one for fit not looks!
