Great for Zumba! If your feet cannot take the "dance sneakers" aka shoes with no arch support, you might give these a try. While not super supportive, my feet don't feel like nails are being driven into the arches 10 minutes into a 60 minute Zumba class. Plus - the uppers are made of mesh - nice and airy.

I use these for Zumba twice a week. They let the ball of your foot move with less traction so my knees are happier. On humid nights, they do not slide very well, but, most nights they move on the concrete/vinyl floors well. They have just the right amount of cushioning for Zumba, but, I would not run in them. I have high arches and wide feet so there is very little shoelace left by the time I get them loosened to my liking. I tried the slightly cheaper version of Ryka studio shoes and I could not move my feet they were so stiff. I was using a New Balance and Nike shoe before these, both of which were definitely not a good choice. These are also extremely lightweight.

Returning these. They were a bit too much black. I thought they had a bit of light grey. Also the left sneaker squeaked which was the deal breaker for me but they were comfortable.

Awesome comfort, lightweight, and breathable. I'm a nurse and wear these when I take my kick-scooter to work; they make the travel a breeze, and hold up for a 12-hour shift, too. 5 stars all around for these comfy sneaks.

These shoes have been great! I was having pain in my calf and ankle before I started working out in these. Since I have been wearing these I have not had any pain. Ryka Studio Flex are great for a dance cardio workout!

I have worn Rykas in the past and loved them! This shoe is very comfortable! I could use a little more arch support but overall a great shoe!

I love these shoes! I'm a Jazzercise instructor and have gone through many pairs of aerobic shoes before discovering these. They're lightweight and fit great. The mesh makes them feel cool even on the hottest summer days. If you're looking for a great workout shoe, I highly recommend these!

Love these shoes! I use them for Zumba and they are great, some traction so you don't slip but smooth enough to glide on the floor. Size perfect.

Bought these shoes for my Zumba class and they are perfect! They don't stick yet do not slide around either. Very true to size length wise, a little wide in the roes but not bad. I have a high arch and are very comfortable. Love the breathable mesh.

I bought these for Zumba and they have made such a difference in my workout! I was having some knee pain with my other sneakers but that is now gone. They look good besides being very light and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to all my Zumba chicas out there!

First of all, Zappos sets the standard in customer service. Secondly, I love these shoes. Perfect for Zumba classes. I rarely say shoes are comfortable, even tennis shoes. But these truly are.

I'm 66 years old (but don't look it), and participate in a zumba class twice weekly. I wanted a shoe that provided great support and was light in weight. This is the shoe! I love it. I look pretty sassy in my Ryka shoes and workout clothes.

I recently bought my third pair of Ryka Studio Flex Low shoes. I teach Zumba 4 times a week and have found these shoes to be my favorites. I love the wide toe box and the comfort and support that the shoes offer. They are great for doing Zumba as they move well on the floor. I also appreciate that they are made of a breathable material. I do order a half size larger than what I normally wear.

These are the best Zumba shoes. I returned 2 pair to store before trying this style. The fit is true to size.

I didn't believe it when my friend told me to buy them. I had tried other exercise shoes and these are the best. Light-weight, comfortable, worth a little extra money!

I take 3-4 Zumba classes a week. I bought these based on other reviews and I have to agree these are definitely a good shoe for Zumba. Your feet won't get 'stuck' on the floor. I wish they came in additional, more 'fly' colors. Also, I highly recommend you buy orthotics to put in any tennis shoe for Zumba to reduce the risk of plantar fascia.

I use these for Zumba, Hip Hop, and other high impact cardio workouts, indoors only. I love how lightweight and breathable they are. I've worn Ryka shoes for years, but these are completely different from the Ryka Studio D. I haven't had to use Superfeet yet. Also, once I forgot my socks and was still able to wear these comfortably.

I love these shoes! I was having lots of pain in my arches with my Nike shoes I was wearing for my dance workouts. The are very wide in the toe and ball of feet area and give plenty of arch support.

I bought these for Zumba since the mesh on my running shoes was stretching out with all the side to side movements. I have a slightly wide foot, and the width on these shoes is perfect. I would definitely recommend them if you have slightly wide feet and are having trouble finding shoes for Zumba or other aerobics classes. I ordered a half-size up, as I normally do for exercise shoes and because they were sold out in my regular size. The first few times I wore them, they felt a little big. Now they're fine. Next time I will probably order my regular size as I like a snugger fit. My only complaint is that my feet get really warm in these shoes. Unlike my running shoes, the mesh is lined with a thin, knit material. I may try cutting some of it out to let out a bit of heat. I do wish they would come in other colors. They're a little boring compared to some of the other aerobics shoes on the market.

I am usually reluctant to buy shoes on line, but decided to take a chance since the shoes I wanted were not available anywhere locally. I ordered the Ryka Studio Flex Low (for dancing) and am amazed at what a difference it makes when I work out. They were delivered really quickly, like the next day so I couldn't be happier. I ordered it 1/2 size larger than I normally wear to allow for sock room. Also worked out great.

Nice lightweight shoe feels good on. I wear them with my prescription full-length orthotics so I ordered a little larger than usual. I really like them and will reorder when the time comes.

I purchased these shoes after reading they were the best-rated shoes for Zumba. I am very picky about shoes and I love them, not only for Zumba but general active wear. I have not bought any gym shoes but running shoes for a number of years and these were a delightful change.

Great shoe thus far! Had great reviews. I am using for zumba! I have also used the Ryka Sync and liked both. This one has lots of toe room and seems to run a bit large.

These sneakers are my favorite. I read the other great reviews on Zappos and decided to buy them. I am so glad I did! These are great for the gym and just for everyday wear. I was having a hard time finding sneakers that were supportive enough for the gym since I was having knee and heel pain. Well these are the best - worth every penny. I'll be back to buy another pair soon!
