I love the Ryka Studio Flex Low. I bought them specifically for Jazzercise. They are very light weight and flexible, but also provide great support. I think some people may need extra arch support in them.

I am new to Jazzercise and noticed that my feel and legs were hurting during my workout so I decided to splurge on these shoes. I have had no pain in my arches or shins after the switch! I love how light and supportive these sneakers are! They are a big roomy (and I don\'t have skinny feet) but with a thicker pair of cotton socks, they feel great. There aren\'t any spots on the shoes that need to be broken in either. I would highly recommend these shoes!

I ordered a pair of Ryka's for Zumba as I was sticking and twisting my knee with my New Balance. I ordered the Ryka's in my size(101\/2) and they arrived the NEXT DAY!!!! I was so happy!!! No charge for the overnight delivery. More importantly they fit perfectly!! Zappos you Rock!!!

My shoes came in a week after I ordered them. I liked the shoes they fit so I did not need to return them. Ordering on line was easy.

I ordered Ryka Studio Flex Low after searching for shoes to use for Zumba. I have several pairs of Nike (shox, musique, etc.) and a pair of Bloch split soles which I use, but I wanted something that had support but was still flexible with very little tread for pivoting and quick turning. The price was good on Zappos and they were in stock. They shipped them right away and I received them the next day. These shoes have been comfortable from day one. The toe box is wide enough that there was no break-in period for me. I put them on and worked out. I would recommend the Ryka Studio Flex Low and Zappos.

I bought these shoes for dual purposes including Zumba gym classes and working out on the regular gym floor for activities like free weight lifting, using various weight machines, walking on the treadmill and stretching. After a little over a month of wearing them for 3 days per week, I am very happy. The fit was comfortable right out of the box and they are true to size in both length and width, even for my narrow feet because I just pull the laces a little tighter. They have plenty of flex for the dancing, smooth soles to facilitate the pivoting and turning, yet very good arch support for the impact dance steps and other gym activities. There also is ample room in the toe box. I like the black color which compliments most anything I wear.

I'm taking hip hop classes and cardio dance that's almost like ballet dance. Problem is, I have flat feet. After numerous research, I found this shoe. It's great and true to its size (I'm a size 8). I love zappos fast shipment and I love this shoe! Very comfy and my knees and shins are not hurting anymore!

I love these shoes. I take aerobic classes which features dance steps and now taking a zumba class. The shoes are designed for this type of workout. The fit was perfect for me. Has a wide toe box and they are super light. I would recommend them for this type of workout.

I wanted a shoe to fit a dual purpose for the Zumba group gym classes I take nightly during the week and also for wearing back into the main gym floor for the rest of my daily workouts (including various weight machines, free weights, other aerobic equipment like treadmill walking or using elliptical machine, and stretching). Many of the Zumba instructors and people in the group classes buy dance or jazz shoes (like Capezzio) but they have to change shoes before and after the class. I did not want the inconvenience of bringing 2 pair of shoes. So I found some reviews by Zumba instructors and students saying they wear Ryka Studio Flex Low for Zumba and other dance type classes. The shoes give somewhat decent overall support for impact while providing the flexible sole and smooth bottom surface needed for the Zumba dance moves of pivoting and turning. They are additionally lightweight and were comfortable right out of the box with no break in time needed. My foot is 2AA but the B width works just fine for me when I tighten the laces and the size length runs true. The toe box is wider than other gym shoes I've purchased but not too wide for my foot anyway. I have sensitive knees from many years of exercising but they feel better after a class using the Studio Flex than with most other shoes I've tried. As far as working for me out on the regular gym floor, no problem either. So far after about a month I am happy overall with my purchase. The only negative for me is that I wish the shoes had just a little more arch support for the impact moves but then as I said, my knees aren't in the best shape to begin with and my arches are high. I've tried several other brands of cross training shoes for Zumba and this one is about equal to New Balance 1010 for my various gym activities.

I love these shoes. I use them for Zumba. They are exactly what I need. They give me the lateral support as well as forward motion. They fit well and are very comfortable.

I ordered this shoe for Zumba and am pleased with it. It is very difficult to find the right sole for the pivots and slides that can tear up knees with ordinary athletic shoes. Until these Rykas I had been wearing Nike Musique IV and found that the Nikes have very little cushioning and left my feet feeling bruised and numb after an hour or two of Zumba. I wear a 9M in a street shoe, 10 in the Nike and 10 works best in the Ryka. It has a wider toe box than the Nike and that feels more comfortable, too. The mesh is great for drying out between daily Zumba sessions.

These shoes were great from the moment I put them on to go to my Jazzercise class. I've worn Ryka for years and think the world of them. I don't have the best feet and the combination of the wider toes, tighter heel, and support allow me to jazz!

I LOVE these shoes. I'm an aerobics instructor - I teach various classes: step, circuit training, boot camp, kick boxing, Body Combat...my classes are high intensity and high impact - I get very frustrated that you can only find running (all the cushion in the heel) and cross training (very heavy) shoes at local stores or when you get online all you can find are shoes for low impact aerobics classes. When I discovered Ryka I was so excited. Last year I ordered 2 pairs of Ryka Studio shoes and really liked them. I ordered the Flex Low about 2 months ago and I love this pair even more!!! They are VERY light and have enough cushion throughout the entire foot. My arches don't even hurt anymore! I just ordered another pair in a different color. And even though I found these shoes at the same price on different sites. I have ALWAYS had great, fast service with Zappos so I keep coming back. If you are unsure about size you can't beat their free shipping BOTH ways policy!

I am really satisfied with these shoes. These shoes are absolutely comfortable and feel as though I had them for a long time already. They are so great for my feet because my feet are semi flat. Not only that, I'm also on my feet all night. I do recommend these to all who need to be on their feet for a while. I'll be back for another Ryka pair.

I bought these shoes for Jazzercise and I'm so happy I did. Others were buying other dance shoes and were complaining of numbness in their toes. Not the case with these shoes. There is plenty of room in the toe box for side to side movements and they are very light and comfortable so your feet don't get tired during class. I totally recommend these shoes for Jazzercise or Zumba.

These shoes are perfect for me. I wear them for my back to back classes of zumba and power pump classes. I especially like the mesh uppers which make the shoes light weight and allow my feet to breathe. They are true to size. I had no trouble breaking them in --- they were comfortable the first time that I wore them. I initially ordered them in pink, but the pink did not have as much mesh. I returned the pink pair without any problems.I highly recommend these shoes. And, I have recommended Zappos to friends.

I absolutely love these shoes. I highly recommend removing the Ryka insert and replacing it with a Dr. Scholl's sport gel insert to ensure sufficient shock absorption. (Hear this RYKA? That would be one thing you could improve upon.) They really are designed to fit the average woman's foot with a slightly narrower heel and slightly wider toe box. I wore them out of the box with no breaking in needed. I use them for high impact aerobics. They are light weight, provide nice support, and I haven't tripped over myself once which is something that was happening with my previous shoes. Will definitely buy again.

Love, love, love them! Excellent fit, no break-in period. I used them heavily in a gym setting, weights, cardio, etc. Super light. Flexible enough to comfortably do lunges. These are my first pair. I never tried Ryka on in a store, and the Zappos policy of no shipping/return fees made me feel like I had nothing to lose!

I ordered these in black. They look great with yoga pants or scrubs. I really like that they are an all-black shoe as well- no flashy colors, etc.

These shoes are very stable during lateral movements. The only issue I have is a spot where the tongue connects to the shoe - the sides tend to curl under and rub on the top of my foot. That aside, I would certainly purchase this shoe again.

Great zumba shoes. Terrific support and no sticking. Roomy toe box means no problem for bunions. I’d been wearing the Nike Musiques, which moved great across the floor, but offered nowhere near the support and comfort of this shoe. My only complaint is that I have to remember to wear thick socks since my toenails sometimes catch on a seam inside. Think I might buy a second pair for street wear!
