I have a normal arch and the arch on this sandal was way too high for me. It felt like I was standing on a small mountain and was unnaturally high for my foot. My foot tipped to the side because of the too high arch and the pressure caused a crease on the side of my foot.

I am in the minority here as I did not like the footbed shape at all. Maybe it’s because I have flat feet; I wore them in my kitchen for 10 minutes and my arch ached badly. I am an 8 wide but got the 9; they fit but were a bit tight.

These are the perfect slipper for casual wear. They run small so I'm going to order another pair one size up.

This was my 2nd pair of these flip flops. The fit is true to size & extremely comfortable to wear walking around the house/garden all day long. I have a high in-step so the arch support is essential for my foot/back comfort. The color is very pretty. Only small problem was that there is a small rubber nub on the seam of the footbed exactly where my big toe sits. It was very annoying and I had to actually "pick" it off. A slight quality control issue as my other pair did not have this problem. I love all the new colors that are available & will be purchasing more.

I was full of anticipation for its arrival after reading all the good reviews. Alas, it was not meant to be for me. I ordered it in the pewter color. The color looks very cheap, as if I paid a couple of dollars instead of $65 for it. The arch support on the right side was too much for my right foot, so it felt as if something is underneath my foot the and it is very uncomfortable. Since it does not happen in my left foot, I know it must be my foot and not the flip-flop. Overall, I didn't find it particularly comfortable. Sorry, have to return it.

I like these sandals, but they just won't work for my feet. I have bunions, and they protrude out the side of the flip flop. I think they would be great for most people though--just not me because of my foot shape. The color was bold and attractive (tropic blue and java). The footbed was comfortable. The straps were a little tight, but I think they'd be comfortable over time as they stretched a bit. They also appeared to be well-made and good quality. Unfortunately just not for me. Reefs tend to fit my feet better.

These are really cute sandals, nice arch support and a footbed that keeps your feet where they belong instead of sliding all over the place. But I had terrible pain in the area where the fabric toe post attaches to the V of the thong. I have broken skin on the tops of my feet just from trying to wear them around the house. My search for a brown thong that doesn't hurt continues.

Very comfortable. I have flat feet and this flip flop is a winner. The only downside is that it does not clean-up well. I love the white color and I assumed going with man-made material, I would be able to clean the thong periodically to keep looking new. Not the case, doesn't clean-up.

Well...if "excellent" arch support means "too much"! These seemed like great shoes, but the arch support was so high and hard I didn't want to take a chance on them. Felt like my arch was going to be bruised!

A bit small, but more problematic, a very high, uncomfortable inner arch - not good for anyone without a natural high arch to their foot! Would have been tremendous otherwise.

Wonderful feel but runs a bit narrow for wide feet. I found the Chaco Florence a better fit.

Love the look, but the thong was extremely uncomfortable. I'm a bit sensitive to how thong sandals fit anyway, but as soon as I put these on it felt like it was going to slice my foot in half. The footbed seemed like it would be quite comfortable, though. Great support. If the thong part hadn't hurt so much, these would have been a great pair of sandals!

I have narrow feet and it’s very hard to find sandals that fit - these sandals are narrow enough and very cute. My only reservation about them is what other people are saying - the band through the toe is uncomfortable. I wish the manufacturer had turned the ribbon sideways to make it narrower as they had on numerous other sandals that I have from them.

Way too wide. Although they are (W) for Women, they are large as in (M) for Men. Returning.

I have been wearing Ohana flip flops for many years, and I must confess that due to quality decline, I am no longer a fan. Even tho' it's advertised as having the most arch support, the arch support is no longer excellent, and is now even less than other Olukai styles such as Kalupa Kai, e. I'm majorly disappointed and am no longer an ardent fan.

Strap broke after very limited use. Don't buy. I expected much more.

Not impressed. Although comfortable, the strap has started to smell so bad, and I’ve only been wearing them 3 weeks. I bought them because they were water resistant and quick drying, but as soon as they get wet the strap starts to smell, making my feet smell. Will most likely return these.

Saw these at a shop at the beach and couldn't wait to come home to order them and I was so disappointed. These are much more narrow that stated and felt a half to a full size smaller. I so wanted to love them but it seemed as if the length in the front was too long and turned up on the ends. I felt like I was wearing skis and my heel was right at the edge with all that extra room at the front. I believe that if these fit better I would be in love with them but unfortunately they went back.

I have always been told that I have very high arches. So, I wanted a flip flop with some arch support. However, the arch support in these flip flops is so high and hard, it feels like I\'m balancing on a rock! Very painful! I\'m not sure if this is something I have to get used to or if these just don\'t fit my feet right. I never thought there was such a thing as too much arch support until now.

I'm always on the hunt for the "ultimate" flip flop: cute, cushy, comfy and supportive. This is marginally cute. Nothing special to look at, but still was hopeful on comfort. Nice cushy footbed and excellent arch support but - OUCH - the stem between the toes is stiff fabric. The edge of the fabric digs into the side of the big toe and the toe next to it. Also, it is very wide. I'm a big flip-flop thong sandal wearer and not usually very sensitive between the toes, but this is VERY uncomfy.

I liked the style and fit of these flip flops. However, the coating that is used on the bed of the shoe turned the soles and toes on my feet black. This does not come off my feet easily.

Although I was very happy with the look of the sandal and they did fit properly, they were extremely uncomfortable to me. The straps dug into my foot so much that it was leaving a big dent on the top of my feet. For the amount of money that these cost, I would expect them to be much more comfortable than they were.

I have had Olukai Ohanas in almost every color and worn them in comfort for many, many years. Had always been really great arch support. Two of my friends and I have had the same trouble last year and this year with very uncomfortable fit. Cannot wear them anymore. And one pair separated at the sole. This had never happened before. Wondering if they are made by different manufacturer or what???? Won't buy again after being a satisfied customer of over 20 pair of Ohanas.

Loved these for a week before the front came unglued. Not very happy, they were not cheap and I thought they were going to last more than a week. Otherwise I loved the feel and look.
