Once again, I received a USED pair of shoes from Zappos. Check your freaking returns Zappos. These flip flops I just received are so used they have someone’s footprint stamped into the footbed.

Wonderful fit and comfort! OluKai continues to be my favorite flip flop since I bought my first pair years ago. Size 7 fits my 6.5 sort-of-wide sized foot perfectly.

The food was good for the first week and then the strap between the toes stretched and stretched until I actually fell because they were so loose. I love these and I wish they were the same as my all pairs which never loosened. These were my favorite shoes for years.

I wish I would have returned these before wearing! I’ve had these slip flops before and they are awesome. I mistakenly thought they fit would be the same, but the straps are super loose. The sole fits fine, but the straps are way too loose and I feel like they are coming off constantly. Sadly, these have changed since I purchased them last. Now I’m stuck with flip flops I won’t be able to wear.

Can’t win with these flip flops recommended size 8 to short and tight. Size 9 to loose. Thanks Zappos for putting up with me in my quest for comfortable shoes for my problematic feet.

Feet hurt and the black soles rubbed off on the bottom of my feet. Very disappointed for the price.

Way too large. Poor quality

Comfy and good-looking but arrived with one of the straps cut almost all the way through. This pair almost looks used. Returned. Won't be buying more. Materials seem cheap and not worth the price.

Nothing special

my heals hurt worse than ever with these shoes..omg i have plantarfacitious my arches are ok but the heal pain from these is unbearable. wore them in the house for 2 weeks felt fine but when you get out on concrete, etc it was awful what a waste of money.

These flip flops are just not very comfortable. I feel like I am walking around barefoot. I have a pair of OluKais' that are leather and I really like them. This style I will skip in the future.

While walking around in these I kept feeling like I was stepping on something sharp. Upon inspection, both shoes have tiny pointy nubs on them, probably from the mold they were pulled from. The nubs are all around the edges that surround your foot. No thank you, sending them back. Too bad because they are super cute and the support felt good.

Shoes received were either the wrong width (I ordered a medium) or the sizing is not right.

I ordered a 10 which is what I normally wear...my feet are wide and the medium width was perfect but my feet kept slipping out of the sandal because the straps are so loose.

Updating my review. I bought these for years and always loved them. This time they are chaffing and blistering my feet. the top material seems to be made of something different now. the whole diagonal part where the top touches my foot is bright red and this has never happened before. Very disappointed won't ever buy these again and have to find a new sandal company. I am beyond exhausted every company going down the toilet with using cheaper material and lowering quality of products every year

I, like Joyce, have been wearing OluKai's since 2008. My first two pairs being model Kekai which have been discontinued and replaced with model Ohana which is very similar however the soles are not. Ohana soles do not live up to Kekai soles. They are more certainly a cheaply made product and wear out much faster than Kekai.

I wanted to love these flip flops. I ordered a nine, but I have a wide foot and had to return them for a 10. The new pair fit well and was pretty. Then I took them on vacation to Mexico. It may have been the hot sand, but the toe of one shoe curled up permanently and made them uncomfortable. I sent them back again. I just received the Keen aqua flip, which are similar, and so far, so good.
