Modesta Soles - I am returning this shoe and another pair of shoes from the same maker because the sole is made from material that easily scratches and deteriorates. Too bad for me because I love the design and comfort of the shoe.

Toe crunching! Love the look of these shoes and initially they felt great...but after a couple of hours my baby toes were getting "caught" in the side straps and actually swelling. I've always loved Vaneli's to dance in...And dance I did, even with the pain! I had toe surgery a year ago and still experience swelling, but I wore these shoes around the house and on carpet for several days and felt confident I had made the right choice. Guess it wasn't a "true" test of an evening of walking, dancing and standing! I'll still buy Vaneli's, and I will definitely shop with Zappos again...easy and quick delivery!!

Beautiful, but terribly uncomfortable. Definitely NOT a double wide shoe.

Really comfortable shoe. Was looking for a dressy shoe that I could also dance in at our 50th wedding anniversary party. Tried on 10 different shoes; this one is just perfect. Tried on a similar style with a shorter, stockier heel, but this was much more flattering.

I bought this shoe for my 15 year-old-daughter to wear to her homecoming dance. She has very narrow feet so I was happy to see this shoe came in a S width. It has a nice heel height and is easy for her to walk in, Its classic design will go with a lot of things so she'll get some wear out of them.

I read several reviews and decided to buy these shoes. I purchased Petals for more cushioning. They are very comfortable and the heel size wasn't too high. I stood for hours in this shoe without complaining. Unfortunately for me, I must have received a faulty pair of shoes. On the second time wearing them to a party both tips on the heels came off. I returned the shoes and maybe later I will consider purchasing them again.

Purchased these to complement a cocktail dress with silver neckline accents that I was wearing to a wedding. Wanted to pick up the silver accents in the dress without "cheapening" the look with something to bling-y. These were just the ticket--somewhat understated, not too shiny, and very comfortable the whole evening. Received lots of compliments. When taking them off at the end of the night I noticed the straps had made fairly deep indents in both little toes, but the straps never hurt and indents went away quickly. I didn't do a lot of dancing and can't speak to whether the little toes would have suffered if I had. Overall, the fit of the 9B seemed slightly snug, but I preferred that over going up a size and risking inadequate support.

I decided to buy these shoes after reading several positive reviews. I did purchase the Foot Petals Triple Pack for extra comfort. I need to stand for an hour or two at events and wanted a fancy shoe that made me not think of my sore feet. At first I wasn't sure if I felt comfortable in them. After a few minutes of breaking them in they felt perfect for feet. I like them so much I'm going to buy a different color.

Surprisingly comfortable shoe that looks good on a wide foot. I read reviews and ordered the shoe in my 7.5 size and an 8. 8 was a bit big, I thought the length of the shoe was true to size. I wouldn't walk in them all day, these are not sneakers, but i can easily wear them to work and after work with some consistent walking around the office. They look great too, got compliments on them, which is rare for a strappy shoe to look good and not dig into the wide foot

Absolutely love these shoes! Wore them to a wedding and danced the night away. Wish I had ordered a 1/2 size up, the left pinkie toe strap was tight. I got lots of compliments and would definitely recommend these beautiful heels.

These shoes are great! I am middle aged and have wide feet and always find that Vaneli brand shoes fit true to size. The wide width is really wide enough. These sandals are also elegant and a very nice quality. Even though these shoe are strappy the straps miraculously don't chafe anywhere. The heel is a good height. I wore them to a wedding and the following reception without pain.

Love these shoes. Wore to a summer garden evening wedding. They were comfortable the entire evening including three hours of dancing. The most comfortable dress heel I have owned. As a 70 year old woman the heel height was perfect.

I bought these to wear to my wedding, and I found they fit best of all the similar dress shoes I tried. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or 8, and I found the 7 1/2 fit best. I have narrow ankles and these were the only dress shoes that stayed on my feet. My toes, though, were a bit tight, o I had the shoes stretched out around the toe area. I also put a gel foot pad in the toe area. I plan to dress the shoes up even more by putting clip on rhinestone earrings in the circle in the middle of the toe straps.

These shoes are very practical and simple. I like that they offer them in widths, that helps with my wide foot. They are pretty comfortable because the heel is not too high. I would recommend them!

Gorgeous shoes! They look absolutely stunning and the heel is high enough to look elegant without being too high to wear. I have crazy wide feet and couldn't believe these beautiful shoes came in an extra wide. Got them to wear to a wedding or rehearsal dinner and I could not be more delighted. They are elegant and stylish and feel comfortable when I put them on. Haven't worn them for an extended stretch yet so I can't comment on that, but they are beautiful shoes and I feel lucky to have them.

A good dressy sandal that works well with skirts, dresses and ankle pants. I have a wide foot and the W width fit fine. I would have preferred a kitten heel as the height for me took away from the comfort and everyday use. Overall a good looking shoe.

The shoes fit perfectly and looked great on my feet. Very stylish. I would buy them again. I needed something for dressy events.

After trying on a fair amount of silver shoes, this shoe fit the bill for my wide flat feet with bunions on both feet. If you have this problem this is the shoe for you. The heel is at a good height if you need to walk and dance in them, & if you wear flats most of the time. You will ENJOY yourself at party in these shoes! (I bought the 8.5WW!)

These are super cute shoes. I purchased them for my tween daughter and they fit her beautifully. They would really be versatile evening shoes for all ages!

These are the most comfortable sexy shoes that I have ever tried! I wore these for the first time to a party last night. I danced for over two hours and was on my feet for over five hours. The heel is just the right height if you do not usually wear heels. I have narrow feet and often my toes slip too far forward in sandals, or my heels slip right out if not sling backs. These fit just right, and I tried on a lot of shoes before I found these. I have them in silver and just ordered another pair in black.
