I ordered these along with the Merrell Lidia to replace a pair of Merrell thongs that I wore into the ground and am sad to find are no longer made. I hate the sport-sandal look of most supportive flip flops that I intend to use for street wear, so was pleasantly surprised that these look very little like sport sandals. They feel like you are wearing sneakers - great cushioning, arch support, wicking footbed - but look like a classic street sandal! A winner all around. The Lidia, while it fit and was comfortable, was only ho-hum in style in my opinion (see my review for that model). I'm a solid size 7 with moderately high arches. The Lidia goes back, but these are keepers. Great service from Zappos, as always - ordered on Saturday afternoon, had delivery by late Monday morning, in time for my vacation!

These sandals are the most comfortable sandals I've ever had. There is just enough arch support to allow for comfortable walking all day. I love them and I am on my second pair!

I have arthritic feet, but I don't let that keep me from living an active lifestyle. I have had many problems finding the "perfect sandal/shoe" so that I can continue being active. This sandal is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. At the end of the day, my feet don't hurt! Incredible! This sandal is well worth the cost! I intend to buy Merrell shoes for all seasons.

I ordered these about 6 weeks ago, I'm about to order in another color. Comfortable without being clunky, much more attractive than a flip flop.

I bought my first pair 6 years ago. I have never been sorry. went on vacation to Mexico. My feet never got tired I wore then all day for several days. Love em. Discovered the on Zappos. So glad I could get the same style. I wore the first pair out. Than you Zappos.

After trying a zillion different flip flops, this pair is a winner. I had the thought that Zappos would shut me off from ordering. I have foot problems (neuroma) and these seem to have the support I need. Would like a little bit more arch support but this flip flop has far more support than the average flip flop. Very comfortable, I've been wearing them constantly since I received them. Thumbs up to these Merrell's. Usually wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7, they fit prefect. Bought these after reading the good reviews.

These are the best! I have a brown and a black pair and wear them almost everyday! Great flip flops with support!

At this stage of my life I am all about comfort. I have wide feet and a high instep yet many of Merrell's styles very comfortably suit my feet. I ordered this sandal in brown and white. I love this sandal for both the look and how amazingly cushioned, supportive, and comfortable it is. I have been ordering and wearing this sandal for at least the last 5 years.I do order it one half size larger than I usually wear to get the length I need.

These are extremely comfortable from the minute you first wear them. They have great arch support and fit true to size.

Very comfortable for a thong. I wanted something a little more substantial than a regular flip-flop. This shoe is well made and provides better support than I expected.

Another Merrell winner! This is a great addition to my summer shoe wardrobe, and I have also purchased it in white. It looks good and is very comfortable.

I purchased these shoes for a week-long trip to Las Vegas. Having visited previously wearing the wrong shoes, I knew how important my shoe choice would be. I wanted something that would look cute with jeans, casual dresses and shorts. I broke these in by wearing them around my house for two days before the trip, and I ended up wearing them almost 100% of the time in Vegas. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5, and another style I ordered the 8 in did not fit. The 9 was perfect, so I'd definitely recommend going 0.5-1.0 sizes up. Despite walking for miles in Vegas, I didn't get a single blister. I have never owned Merrell's before and am definitely now sold on the brand. I was looking for a shoe that was cute and not "too granola" if you know what I mean. These fit the bill perfectly, and when warmer weather settles in at home, I will be getting a lot of wear out of these this summer.

This is a very nice casual thong. I bought them hoping thet might help my plantar fasciitis but unfortunately they didn't. A little more arch support would be nice.

This is the third pair of these thongs I have bought. They are so comfortable and stylish.

I wanted to love these but I found strap across the top to be a little too tight and that took away from the comfort. Also, my big foot was too wide for the sandal bed. No problems with returning them for another style. Yeah! Rate this high because my foot was the problem.

Fit my feet like they were made for me...comfort, support, they look nice too. I would definitely buy another pair.

These shoes are awesome and so comfortable! There is no "break-in" time needed. I travel with them all over the world.

The Gardena Thong sandal by Merrell was a very pleasant surprise! In total, I have bought seven pairs. First, I told 2 of my sisters to go out and find the most comfortable supportive sandal for the summer. They bought this one and just raved about it. My curiosity got the best of me and I ordered a pair and fell in love. I ran all over NYC in the summer and fall in them and ended up buying a second pair for myself. Eventually all six of my sisters ended up with a pair and I have two. I don't normally write reviews but if you want a really stylish, supportive, comfortable sandal this is it (plus I noticed that they have a variety of colors). Another plus!

I got these sandals to take on a trip to Italy. We walked everywhere all day long and these shoes were perfect! They worked beautifully on the stone streets of Pompeii! I was so happy I got them; there is nothing worse then bad, uncomfortable shoes when traveling.

This is my 5th pair of Merrell Gardena thongs (flip-flops). If that doesn't tell you how great they are I don't know what will. I work retail and am on my feet all day. I am fortunate that I can wear them to work and I do. I live in them all summer and they support my feel like no others can. Unfortunately it is now fall and they have to go back in the closet until next year.

I am on my feet on concrete while working at a day spa. This is my 5th or 6th pair over the years. They are the best for supporting my whole body and stylish, too. They don't wear out easily and I wear them every single day, work or play.
