A fan of the Merrell thongs I purchased in a discount store, I was looking for the same comfort and longevity in a shoe with heel strap for an upcoming trip to Europe with loads of walking. Boy, did I choose a winner. This shoe and its stylish white twin went all over with nary a blister or ache. Great shoe! I could run in it. It runs large, so order a size smaller.

The BEST sandals I've ever worn! No kidding, I've tried what must be thousands of sandal styles before discovering the fantastic Merrell Savannah. All the comfort of a shoe with support and not flopping all over; all the benefit of a sandal in showcasing beautiful feet and keeping cool in hot weather. What more could one ask? Color! I would like to see outrageous colors in sandals to complement summer clothes - purple, hot pink, orange, bright green, blazing yellow, electric blue - designers please take note. And many thanks to Zappos for the most outstanding customer service on the planet. It's always a pleasure to do business with such a reputable company.

This is my fourth pair of Merrell sandals and my second pair of their Savannah model. Last year I wore these all over Portugal and never had sore feet. The footbed is velvety soft, feels like the sole is as cushiony as a mushroom. As with most Merrell shoes this sandal is comfortable and ready to go right out of the box. I wore my first pair for 2 years - hard - and they still looked good, however, the back strap stretched to a point where it could no longer be adjusted and didn't fit my heel. When deciding on a pair of new sandals to take with me to Europe this summer, I didn't hesitate; I bought the Merrell Savannah. AND I LOVE ZAPPOS!

I'm getting my 4th pair of these sandals. They’re dressy, classy look (especially black suede) makes my feet look nice and let me wear summer dresses without heels. At the same time, the soles feel like I’m in sneakers, and the strap at the heel is helpful. I can walk distances, dance, and even jog in them.

These sandles are great. From the moment I put them on, they were comfortable. No break-in required. They are fast becoming my favorite pair. I usually wear anywhere from a 9 to a 10, depending on the shoe. I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. They look good with a wide range of clothing and are comfortable all day. The adjustable strap makes it easy to make small adjustments as needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable and lightweight sandals.

I love Merrell shoes! This sandal has yet again become a favorite. The adjustable strap helps a lot to keep it snug as you walk. I ordered this sandal for a major walking vacation this summer. I think it will be great. It supports my arch and is very comfortable.

I am a huge fan of Merrell shoes! The Savannah does not disappoint ... its super comfortable and stylish ... perfect for the spring/summer months! The size is true to form and the color goes with everything in your closet. I would highly recommend this shoe ... worth every penny! Plus, you'll receive it in record time from Zappos ... they are an awesome company and never cease to amaze me in their tremendous customer service, phenomenal shipping turnaround and product assortment! My second pair. I was so glad to see this style available again. I tried to buy this style locally, but the shops all had the other similar Merrill sandal which had too many straps for me. My first pair of Savannah's were comfy, sporty and a little sexy. I agree with other reviewers, this new pair does not seem quite as comfy out of the box. The footbed and straps seem to be made from a different material. Nonetheless, I will keep them, and hope they will break in. Thank you Merrill for making a variety of stylish, comfortable shoes for woman with active, water-based lifestyles!

I purchased a pair of Savannah's 2 years ago and am still wearing them. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. I have walked many miles in them in the past 2 years. Last year I bought two pairs of a similar style but from two different manufacturers and was very disappointed in the fit and comfort. I am now trying to decide if I want another pair of this style or if I should try a different Merrell style. But I am definitely sticking with Merrell for comfort and durability!

This is by far the most comfortable thong sandal I have ever worn. The sole is cushy, the support and balance grand, and the quality of the product is the best. I am now completely sold on this brand.

I just got these shoes and I love them. They are so comfortable and light. It's like walking bare foot but with arch support. They are wonderful..I will buy a couple more colors now.
