Beautiful boot. Much lighter in color than photographed. However, I must return them because each boot has a crease -- outside ankle area on the left boot; inside ankle on the right boot -- that rubs and makes it extremely uncomfortable. It might improve with wear.

So bummed I had to return these. Absolutely gorgeous boot in Sassy Brown. Easy to slip on and the foot-bed is crazy comfortable. They seemed to fit true to size with great arch support, but the way the boot rubbed against my ankles was so painful I could barely walk across the room! From the reviews I was really hoping these would be the ones, but no luck. I am desperate for new boots so my search continues. Thanks to Zappos for their fabulous customer service!

I did not find these comfortable. They were very stiff. I'm 6'0 tall and they were very short on my calf.

Adorable but absolute torture on the feet! I have small, narrow feet and they were still tight and so flat, so hard on the bottom. I bought them for a cowboy-themed benefit, and wound up standing on one foot, then other, then the other - all night. I kept trying to sit whenever possible. My feet still hurt the next day.

I bought the sassy brown ones first, they were extremely beautiful also the leather was extremely hard and was cutting into my ankle. I re-ordered in the distressed brown and the leather was much softer; however, the top of one boot had random horizontal lines throughout almost like it was marked with a pen before the leather was cut. It was only on one boot. Even though I don't wear my jeans tucked in, it bothered me to pay that much for boots knowing they didn't look right. Sent them back. I normally order 8.5 in boots and that size was perfect. I might re-order later, not sure if the quality control was there, it also looked like there was some raw leather poking out where it was sewn to the sole. Disappointing.

I bought these and 2 other pairs of boots. I bought a 9 in all three pairs which is what I normally wear. These boots were at least 1 size too big, length and width. They're nice looking but run way big.

Boots arrived quickly but we're not the color pictured on the site and were, in fact a much lighter brown. The fit was true to size but the seam of the left boot was very uncomfortable. Rubber soles don't look like they were cut correctly as there is a gap between where they were glued to the leather. I bought these due to the great reviews and am very disappointed to have to return them and continue my search for nice boots.

I was heavily dissapointed with these boots, they were a dark stale brown and not shiny or nice brown like in the pics and they were super hard, I could not even get my foot inside the boot and I normally wear a size 6 regular and I bought these boots in a 7 regular and still did not fit.
